Will you chug a power drank before you fight the vampire cat? Or should you cast a spell and sip the power milk? Read the cards carefully to make the right choices. Activate dungeon cards in the right order to build streaks for extra power. Tactics are everything.
CONQUER
Dungeon crawl through 3 whacky worlds--Suburbia, the Haunted Forest, and the Deadly Dojo. The mailmen of suburbia are really mad about something, I'm not sure what, but they're throwing envelopes at me and it really hurts! This dungeon crawler card game is easy to pick up and hard to master.
Activate cards in the right order for powerful streak bonuses, and unleash spells at just the right time to dominate the dungeon.
CRAWL
Descend through the multiple levels of each dungeon to slay tougher challengers. Rearrange the dungeon cards to face foes in the order you choose. Drink health drank to recover HP and power milk for an attack boost. Roll a D4, D6, or D8 based on your weapon to determine your damage.
With several types of dungeons including endless dungeons, this dungeon crawler card game will challenge you and provide countless hours of fun.
COLLECT
With a huge collection of whacky weapons, shields, and characters, Knights of the Card Table gives you plenty to achieve, and tons of tactical options. Play as a Sodamancer for an extra punch from potions, then pick up a riot shield and some brass knuckles to slay your foes with style. Also, everything looks so cool you'll want to collect it all.
People always ask us, "Can I carry cool weapons like this in real life?"
No, you cannot.
COWABUNGA
This hilarious card crawl will delight you with its incredible art style, soundtrack, and puntastic dialogue. Chug a gallon of power milk for strong bones before heading into battle. Collect ice pops to buy new goodies and put your gold coins in your piggy bank to save up for a new, ahem, flash saber. This dungeon crawling card game has a captivating style all its own.

Cute mobile port (I think?) of a card-based dungeon crawl with great art. Game is *very* grindy by the end (to an extent that is disproportionate to the pacing of the game, I think), which is a shame.

I spotted this game in one of the sale Steam Events and it's a great game to play.
It's an easy game to get into and unlike any other rogue-lite card game. The graphics are very nice and for this price, you are getting hours and hours of gameplay!
I recently got a Steamdeck (256GB version), and I am currently testing out how well games work on the SteamDeck, etc.
So the following points will be about Knights of the Card Table on the StreamDeck!
Fully Playable!
The game is fully playable with just the touchscreen, just the trackpad or right stick, and L2/R2.
Of course, this is fully customizable, but as the game mostly relies on mouse interactions, it was very easy to play with the normal SteamDeck controls that were given.
The Good
The graphics definitely do not go to waste on the SteamDeck, the performance worked very well, but after some time the game starts to lag a bit. But after reopening the game, this is not an issue anymore.
The Nuisance
I did not really find any nuisances, the game was fine to play, controls were easy.
Overall, it was fun to play, it's fun to play this while traveling if you are riding the bus or just want to relax for a couple of minutes.
entertaining game, the GM is funny but the challenge and last levels felt like a chore.
If you want to play like the trailer for 2-3 hour just for a battle, buy this.
Or you can skip this game.
There's a stupid level with more than 3000 cards, with noTHING SURPRISING.
Dont waste your time on this game.
Definitely fell into "the zone" with this one and lost track of time. New cards and card modifications are introduced a little slower than I'd like, but it's a pretty mellow experience with fun D&D vibes. Certainly worth what I paid for it as part of a bundle!
Cute simplistic Card game of sorts.
But later on in the game they start to pad out the game length by increasing the dugneon size to ludicrous levels. 100+ cards is just the start. One dungeon had like 50 stages.
They really had no need to do that as the game is ok sized for the price already. It just meant that I will never bother to reach the end of the game.
At its heart it's not a bad game, but there are problems to be aware of. But first the good: It's a light game that regularly introduces new elements. It plays well with risk/reward. The DM character has some fun lines. Now the bad: The elements it adds don't do as much as they can to vary the game as you go along. There are stretches where the order you click the cards makes little difference, to the point where it can get a bit mindless. The big issue is that there are some optional levels that are exceedingly long, and as I noted with the sometimes mindlessness of clicking through thousands of the same cards, the levels feel even longer. Near the end there are several of these extra long levels which are not avoidable, and you grind to make it through. This becomes a problem as the game just sort of ends with a whimper.
The core of this game is very good, and there is a strong foundation for something really good. If the creators mix things up with this game, or come out with a new game, I'll definitely check it out. But for now, be aware the game as it stands now either needs to be slimmed down or branched out into some new directions.
I wrote a pretty involved review, but steam wouldn't let it post. I edited it repeatedly to try to shrink it, then I lost it when I had it copied and absent-mindedly copied something else. Thanks Steam!
I'll write a TL;DR
Endless (maybe just feels this way) card clicker in a adventure/crawl wrapper. Very simple dice chuck combat. Has unlocks. Low player agency/decisions. REAL grindy. No danger.
Had high hopes. Likes:
- Visuals: silly, easy to look at.
- Format: I liked the idea of randomized dungeon decks with a limited card row. Saw myriad ways this could be good (see: offer player interesting decisions and tradeoffs) as I played through.
Stopped after a 50 floor stage. I think it took an hour. No challenge, just tedium.

Took this shot after a 40 floor dungeon. I think I increased my HP by about 500% - so much that it interfered with other UI elements. Had more money and pops (2nd currency) than I could spend, didn't have more unlocks ready for purchase.
Not much of a game, just felt like an activity. Cannot recommend.
It's punchy and has a pretty good core mechanic, but it refrains from presenting the player with interesting problems to solve with its ordering mechanic in favor of just having dice rolling and lots and lots of very similar levels.
I wonder if it would be dramatically improved with a less linear campaign, so you could speed through the easy levels until you reached ones that were a more engrossing difficulty if you wanted.
Great game, the art is unique and the gameplay card mechanics is engaging game.
Here is a lot of character. The art is fun! This game captures the feeling of mulling over cards before rolling dice. The number of mechanics fit together nicely, so the turn based combat stays fresh.
What little I have played of this I really like. it loosely reminds me of Chronicle: RuneScape Legends which used to be on steam before it was shut down & I loved that game so much. This for me in a way scratches that itch.
A very enjoyable card strategy game with lots of great color and fun art, definitely worth its price.
In the humorous RPG-lite card game style of We Slay Monsters, Solitairica, Guild of Dungeoneering and looks like Letter Quest. Not sure why old school RPGs have to be parodies. Anyway, addictive and balanced game. Great design and programming. Very easy to get into. I was sold after 5 minutes from Youtube.
Wouldn't have found this one if a friend hand't recommended it. It's got a simple yet complicated kind of gameplay that will stop you in your tracks with a puzzling set of cards just when you thought you were breezing through. In true rogue like fassion, the set of cards can seem unfair at times, which is where I dig the dodge and crit percentages being part of the game - as they feel great when they come in clutch.
Seems like the developer is still feeling things out, as I've seen things move around a good deal since I started playing. It's been pretty positive changes so far and they're responding well to the community section.
In short, it's a pleasant almost casual game that's worth a look.
KotCT has become my go to for late night gaming. It's challenging enough to maintain my interest (while constantly adding new card elements) without being so crazy intricate that it requires a complete devotion to its every last mechanic.
I've also put soooo much time into it, and i'm still only like a third of the way through. IMHO It's really a bargain at $5.
fun game, made me get out some paper and do some math :)
One of the best games of its type. I would have liked more sound effects for the dice rolls and the cards.
