Do not buy this for multiplayer because the only players that are left are the ones with 27000 wins and 5 losses.
This game has rly bad ranking system for the multiplayer.
i love it. characters look great and guest characters are great. but this game has a lot of toxicity tied to it lol
I never thought I would enjoy a duel so much!
The violence and blood are beautifully displayed in a brutal battle.
Each character is a different world and a different style of play.

Fantastic Graphics, creative moves.
The cutscenes in the the Campaign are probably the best action cutscenes i've seen in a game, really take youz in.
it is a really fun game to play with friend and good for game nights and it has a really good story mode
it really fun the story is pretty good but there is one thing weird it does not have that many x-ray but other then that it really fun
Just as good if not better than MK1. Don't know why NRS got rid of the Krypt.

The Story mode is better than any of the MK movies. Have not played MK I but have seen the artwork and think that MK 11 looks much better, although older. I haven't enjoyed MK in many years, until this version. Highly recommended.
Id still argue this is the best mortal kombat game, i really enjoy this game and always have, and will continue to buy and play the mortal kombat games.
amazing game with peak characters and an underrated story
Outstanding! This game is incredible. There's is so much to do here. After finishing this game I literally rode my scooter to my parents house and slapped my momma. Where do I begin? The fighters look and play great. Tons of stuff to unlock in the krypt. The online play? Yeah, no thanks. I keep getting my pancake butt kicked all over the place. With that said, I'll stick to the enjoyable parts of this game. I noticed that the fighters feel heavier in this game? Much heavier than in MK9/10.
After playing MK XL i thought there wont be any better fighting games but this one proved me wrong. MK 11 brought a new experience in the game by letting you design your own variations for the characters and brand new towers with innovative rules that makes the game the best fighting game i ever played! I strongly suggest MK 11 to all who enjoy violent fighting games.
Goated game had to put some efforts to become familiar with the combos,characters and fatalities although story was bit short but overall it is a fun game

Better than Street Fighter V so far, super fun to play with friends.
boring game, combos are basically non existent and it takes up way to much space for the lack of actual content in it. campaign is a glorified cut scene and the arcade mode has no sauce.

Mortal Kombat has been one of my favourite fighting games. It has amazing gameplay and playing with friends makes the game more interesting and fun.

Mortal Kombat is the game which I had a dream of playing since my childhood, but now I have fulfilled it, and lastly I would say the game is beyond my expectations
this game is good ! tekken , street fighter, capcom vs marvel and snk always being my favorites but when i start playing mk11 i cant stop playing is a really good fighting game
first of all, i have to scour the internet to figure out how to configure the controller so that when I pushed X it didn't register as a Y, for all the buttons. The game play also just isn't as fun as the other MK games, the stupid "Fatal Blow" mechanic is incredibly cheep and takes all skill out of the game. Just not a fan of this one.
Mortal Kombat 11 is truly a 1-up compared to its predecessor in multiple ways. From its stunning graphics to its new detail on blood and the ability to put together very smooth combos. I was already expecting great things but this game overall just blew me out of the water. The character roster is absolutely legendary and packed with some of the best action movie stars. The intros will always be legendary and the fatalities and cinematic features are always top tier.
Awesome game, following in the footsteps of previous MK games. Anybody into the fighting genre will enjoy the carnage of the MK universe, and any MK fans of the series will love it. I know MK1 is out, but that does not take away the glory of MK11 - it remains a great game, with multiple options both online and offline.
This game is sweet. I really cant komplain with this game glad i was able to kombat my way through it and gain knowledge of the deadly arrts and ways of the dragon.
Cannot play an online game without getting disconnected from server. Legit makes me not want to play again

this game is a skid-mark on the mortal kombat franchise. please just go buy mortal kombat x its older cheaper and more fun in every way
For some stupid reason a big AAA company cant finance a normal crossplay between platforms. Very nice, gonna know next time when searching for a fighting game not to include any MK games then i guess. This is why im giving a bad review, its a nice game but the stupidity of the company is hurting my brain. Well done, might as well make it singleplayer next time.
the last MK game i've ever played was probably MK9 on the PS3. i've never played any story mode of this franchise, but i really enjoyed this one anyway. the characters are likeable and although I couldn't understand some references, this was a really enjoyable experience
also this game is really pretty graphics wise

I'll give this game a thumbs up because I enjoy the gameplay, it overall feels pretty smooth and you are given a lot of freedom to build fun combos. That being said, this new standard of ultra realistic, DEI slop characters is fucking ugly...seriously, go back and have a look at the MKX character roster design and compare it to whatever THIS is.
It's some really sad and frankly disturbing shit, there is no franchise too beloved to be free from the corruption of today's modern gaming industry.
This game still looks great for being 5 yrs. old! The Fatalities are gruesome and creative but I LOVE the inclusion of Friendships which I usually end up performing more often. Overall I'd give MK11 a 4/5 simply because they've chosen not to include a few of my favorite characters (even if according to the "story" they were dead or whatever) and it will take a LOT of grinding out matches to earn everything in the Krypt. If you're a fan of the series then I'm pretty sure you'll have a great time with this entry. Try to get the 'Ultimate' bundle though as it'll give you *most* of the DLC (not including the 1995 movie character skins which kinda sucks) to get the best *BANG* for your buck!
Mortal Kombat 11 is where you don't just want to win — you want to send your opponent to the afterlife screaming for mercy! Insane combos, legendary fatalities, and enough blood to fill a pool. It plays like the classic MK, but with 3D graphics that make every dismembered body look... artful.
Story? Sure, but who cares when you can rip someone's head off with a single button press? It's pure, bloody joy.

Comments: Gameplay will always be good for Mortal Kombat games I assume. They always add a new type of special move or animation. I would categorize the Mortal Kombat franchise as easy to understand but hard to master games. Each character has a unique strength and executable move set, that will keep even the most veteran players a run for their money

Comments: The story was lukewarm and short. Time Manipulation is an old trick at this point so I was not that impressed with the story. Not bad but just nothing out of the ordinary

Comments: Very good considering the wide array of different types of animations dedicated to each character such as elements and energy. The victories, taunts and intros are well designed and not repetitive so far

Comments: The sound and dialog was pretty decent but I expected nothing less from a well-know franchise like Mortal Kombat. I don't see anyway to improve this aspect for a game like this

Summary: A fairy decent game in my estimation. A huge roaster of heroes to choose from so the issue of repetition is not that high. I would suggest implementing more animations like fatalities and brutalities, further increase the hero pool as well as as increase the number of interactable objects. Maybe increase more modes perhaps for a variety of experiences?

Worst time I had playing anything, this game is just 100 gb of cosmetics that u need to pay for, even tho u paid for the game. What a scam.
I would love to recommend MK11 but my experience with it has been so negative that it has poisoned my view on everything that I liked about it. This is because of how the WB servers and customer service works.
I managed to play a solid 14 hours of this game with out flaw (way over the steam product refund limit) then I got message that my account couldn't be connected to their online server. After retrying to connect to the servers, I suddenly get a notification that I am "temporarily banned" instead. This is without a reason since I had been playing online with my friends in a manner that has never been a problem in any other game, meaning I had not gone against terms and conditions in any way.
This temporary ban persists to this day, even after contacting WB customer service, they never got back to me after 2 initial emails, so I never got help to my issue.
This experience has simply poisoned my experience with this game and I can't recommend it for that.
I really enjoyed breaking the sacred timeline and remaking it again in this storymode. Got this originally to practice playing against my friends but schedules never typically line up. Now i just practice fatalities and attempt to use this with my wife to delegate house chores. A good build into mk1
More of the same the gameplay is alright. My complaint is with the uglification of the female characters and generic designs. This game just feels too safe compared to X and 9. Would play those 2 any day over these ugly DEI designs.
So much content! I kind of feel like this game was almost shooting themselves in the foot, cause how are they gonna top it? But then again, I felt Mortal Kombat IX was pretty great too.
This is an ultimate combo count mix-up game. It's really fun to play and also have an awesome story-line. Really made me addicted to its play-style.

My Favourite fighting game series, Its the good old classic Mortal Kombat game but with crazy graphics and upgraded game play, this is number 11 and it feels like its the only one i need but sure maybe Mortal Kombat 20 will be my next buy XD.

mk11 is my first game in the franchise, and i've been eyeing a mortal kombat game for ages. i decided to try this one first, and suprisingly it didn't disappoint. the game looks amazing with detailed characters and brutal, satisfying combat. the story mode is engaging, featuring a time-travel plot that brings together characters from different eras.
gameplay is smooth and intuitive, easy to pick up but challenging to master. i bought the dlcs, so my roster is complete. customization options for characters are extensive, letting you change outfits, gear, and special moves. fatalities are gruesome and creative can make each match thrilling.
overall, mk11 is a fantastic fighting game with lots of depth and content. whether you're a newcomer like me or a veteran, there's a lot to love and plenty of ways to keep you coming back for more. 9/10
