I played this for 24 hours as you can see, an entire day, it is THAT good, its way better then any of the other mortal kombat games, as it not only has the best guest characters, which include
-Predator
-Jason
-LeatherFace
-Alien
Not only that, but there are free skins, and all dlc characters come with their fataliltys and brutaliltys unlocked unsure about brutaltily but whatever,
Its CHEAPER then most other games, and has god tier skins, Want to main a character and have their second finisher? search on youtube for it, especially if its in the krypt, get enough koins, and you search the video up, then, just look at what area they went to and the cordinates.
NOTE: I got this game for 6.99$ on sale, with the DLC included.
MKX is an absolutely AMAZING game. the story is kinda mid imo except for the ending with raiden(which is amazing) but the gameplay is GREAT. the variations are pretty interesting and i like how fast paced everything is. would be pretty cool if they made rain and baraka playable but aside from that this is a great game overall.
10/10 game buy with DLCs if its on sale worth the price

It's damn good, the mechanics of this game is ridiculously fast and smooth, including their varieties of character and their other mechanics of kombat. I recommend for you to buy this.
Mortal Kombat X is one of my favorite fighting games since I first played it on the PS4. Although it might not be as good as MK11, MKX still has a good story mode and obviously has lots of good characters on the roster. It is a bit more difficult and clunky compared to 11 but is still a great Mortal Kombat overall. I recommend.
Got this simply for the good old times when my cousing was playing it on a PS4. Unfortunately I don't feel like keyboard is the place to go in case you really wish replaying for the nostalgia. Guess you learn the hard way sometimes.
Still a great game that left me with terrors from Fatality compilations back in 2015.

What i like:
- Beautiful Graphics.
- Fantastic and Wild Fatalities.
- New Characters added to the franchise.
- Great and immersive Story mode.
- Return of "Test your Luck" matches.
- way more Immersive Krypt. (woah ok).
- Couch Co-op
What i don't like:
- Online Multiplayer is mostly dead. (other than discord + peak hours).
- When Online does work, You're playing a veteran sweat. (Maybe Skill Issue?).
- Smaller roster than previous title. (Not counting DLC).
- Removed Tag battles, Costumes, and Secret Fights.
- Stutters / Slows down on low end hardware / Handheld devices. (Dispite being on the lowest graphic settings possible).
- Audio bug during Cinematics + Xrays on SteamDeck
- Removed MK9 from steam store after this released.
In a vacuum, it's a pretty good casual game. But not my first choice.
The game is pretty good itself. The combos especially but the story meh, gameplay was pretty fine but for some reason i won 2 fights in online and now i cannot connect to any fights anymore. but still its a nice game

This is an extremely fun game, with a long story mode, lots of content, and expansive krypt, as well as exiting, high speed gameplay. Though some characters can be unbalanced, it contributes to the enjoyment and challenge you get out of playing this game. It includes a tutorial that makes it easy to learn how to play, but still leaves a lot to be mastered and discovered by the player!
Probably gonna be the last MK game that will stay classic and enjoyable compared to future releases...
Mortal Kombat X or XL (the version with the DLCs) is a solid game in terms of gameplay and mechanics, which were improved compared to Mortal Kombat 9.
The story, in my opinion, is somewhat weaker compared to Mortal Kombat 9 (a reboot of the classic Mortal Kombat 1, 2, and 3) and Mortal Kombat 11.
The game introduces some interesting features, such as Invasion mode and Living Towers, as well as combat modifiers that make a significant difference in gameplay.
For achievement hunters on Steam or consoles, it’s a game with a lot of grind, but it’s entirely possible to complete it with a boost from a friend.
Overall, the game is a good choice when on sale. However, among the last three Mortal Kombat titles (9, X, and 11), this one is the weakest (personal opinion). Still, it’s important for understanding the story and provides plenty of fun hours, whether playing with friends, in single-player mode, or online.
Awesome game! A great addition to one of the hottest fighting game franchises out there.

Even the progress in towers is not saved when leaving the game. So, I must beat 10 opponents in a row?? You fkn serious???
This part is a drastic deterioration in comparison to MK-9

I don't own this game. I don't recommend this game to other players. You'll only see this 52 times because that's how many times I jumped back on the hamster wheel.
its an amazing game try it out and if you dont like it then search steam return click on the second link there should be another link in that link its steampowerd.com or somthing and sioghn in then you can return the game but honestly your not gonna return this game it is amazing but its old so the graphics are not the best but just put the graphics up and its not that bad it does look like gta 4 a little like the dark graphics but its not really that dark and gameplay is amazing 9.8 out of 10
I've always loved the MK story modes, and this one is no exception. It's actually the only reason I play the games since I never really liked fighting games, aside from Smash Bros. I play on a 3080, and the game's story mode is poorly optimized. My frames will drop, sometimes momentarily freeze, making me miss certain buttons on those scenes where you have to quick react. But the actual fighting is nice, the arenas are cool, as always. And also as always, some of these fighting moves you can sometimes perform are just extraordinary. Technical difficulties aside, this is a good game -- you can never really go wrong with MK, though.
This stupid fucking game will not fucking open. I spent two fucking days trying to open this damn game and I kept running into fucking problems. If anyone knows how to help I would appreciate it 1000 fold. I hope whoever released the game like this should be ashamed, and I hope that have nothing but misfortune and woes for the rest for their lives.

Mortal Kombat X is an incredible fighting game . The combat feels smooth and satisfying, with a wide variety of characters to choose from, each with unique styles and moves. The cinematic presentation and intense battles make every match feel epic.
As a beginner, I found the tutorials helpful, and the game makes it easy to pick up and play while still offering depth for those who want to master it. The brutal finishing moves and stunning visuals add a lot to the experience. If you're a fan of fighting games or just looking for something exciting, Mortal Kombat X is definitely worth playing!

I am a huge Mortal Kombat fan :)
Don't mind my hours here, I played Mortal Kombat X religious back in 2015 when it came out, I was in love with Mortal Kombat ever since I played the MK9 reboot in 2011. The best Mortal Kombat game for me is still MK11, I think it is gloriously fun to play even today :) but I gotta admit MKX had something I enjoyed the older MK games for, it still had that silly charm to it that I enjoy the series for.
Characters: My favorite character of all time regardless of MK game is still Scorpion, but I gotta admit I honestly enjoy the new Shinnok, especially his corrupted form it looks incredibly evil and demonic, I like that I think it is creative. I also like Raiden a bit more in the rebooted series, and in MKX he is a bit more likeable compared to his original MK4 self.

Fighting and mechanics: Mortal Kombat is known for its fatalities and gore, this is something we all enjoy the series for, it is extremely over the top and MKX was certainly a step in the right direction for the series. MKX is not as gory or beautifully artistic in its brutality as MK11, but I gotta admit the gore was extremely crazy for the time in 2015, some of them are still incredibly stupid and I honestly doubt we will see a fatality that is taken seriously, that is the point of Mortal Kombat it is artistically brutal and extremely silly :)

If you've played any MK games, you know what you'll be getting. The only complaint with this one is one of the previous versions had every single character from the known universe, whereas this one is missing some of them, despite being a newer game.
This MK is pretty good. Not a fan of microtransactions, so buying the XL edition is a great way to get all the DLC without being milked for skins and characters.
If you're a Mortal Kombat fan you gotta have this. Still looks and feels awsome. You can unlock classic skins, Different Fatalities and Brutalities. Must have DLCs such as Jason, Alien, Predator, Leather-face. I recommend buying the XL version. Btw Online lobbies are still active.
This game is amazing, pure childhood and never stops getting fun
Its yet another MK game, you know what its all about - PVP against some sweatlords, or do like i did and spend most of the time against the CPU. Lots to unlock in the Krypt. Alot of fun. Another thing to consider is this game is only about 40GB, whereas the game after this, MK11, is around 100GB. Yikes.

The kombat is unmatched in this game compared to past and future titles. I only have an hour on PC but i had several hundred on ps4 when it came out. I also wish they had somewhat maintained the gritty art style and coloring of this game. Very much just not a fan of how bright MK1 is. This game is so badass. Very fun to play even alone.
One of my favorite mortal kombat games, the crossover characters are great and not badly priced and the story is fun as well

If you like action then you can play this game, But the graphic of this game is too high quality and the level of brutal things happens in this game are insane. If your too sensitive to brutal things then I would tell you not to play this game
