Все начинается в лесозаготовительном лагере вашей тетушки, который видал лучшие времена. Но постепенно вы возьмете его в свои руки и возвратите к былой славе. Стиль игры можно менять прямо по ходу! Попробуйте идти напролом и быстро стать мастером своего дела. Для этого покупайте и вырубайте много гектаров леса, а затем производите из древесины продукцию — так вы стремительно подниметесь на рынке, почти не отвлекаясь. Или наоборот — постепенно изучайте все особенности игры и воспользуйтесь всеми дополнительными возможностями. Например, чините и обновляйте дома и транспорт, рыбачьте, добывайте мед и выращивайте овощи, а попутно общайтесь с местными. Здесь вы можете даже встретить свою любовь и завести семью.

My son passed away on January 14th and this game has been a life-saver for me. It's fun to play and has so many elements that just cutting down trees. It kept my mind busy so I couldn't obsess over losing my child. All of the Toplitz games are awesome and have games that are east to learn, but are enough of a challenge that make it fun to play!
As with most Simulation games, There no shooting, sword play, or enemies to worry about. The graphics and textures are fantastic, 2nd to none, and if you want to chill out and relax, This is one of the best simulation games I have played. However! there is a lot of things that annoy me, For starters you get Social points for doing some of the jobs like finding lost sheep, repairing buildings and Grass cutting for neighbours, but you get nothing for completing a deliver job. 2nd once you become the Mayor of this town, all the Tasks are done except for buying the Furniture Factory ad that is not an achievement for social points etc The game needs a little bit more Interaction, After completing the tasks and getting Married etc, there are still buildings that need repairs including your Aunt and Uncles place yet no Quest line for it, Sheltered Picnic Areas are scattered around the map all needing Repairs but again no Quest line? Even the Snack Bar staff have the option to ask if you can do something for them, but they never do need anything? All in all I Love the graphics but feel let down with all these unfinished tasks. 5 out of 10 for effort but they could try a little harder The last 3 builds are so quick I did them all in one Day! A little disappointed in this game!
very easy game to get lost into for hours. not hard. can be challenging at times. but awesome fun if you ever grew up on a farm.
Well, I was pleasantly surprised after buying this awesome game on a winter sale. The game is much more complex and fun than it looks. I'll spoil the surprise a bit here because that's what I want to expose with my review. So, in this game you can do a lot of things, fishing, cooking, getting married, socializing, gardening, milking cows, collecting eggs, having a greenhouse, harvesting honey and much more. The usual country stuff, also as a bonus you can have a wife and children in the game with the right people. You have side missions daily, you can participate in mushroom collecting contest, flying drones, make potions, eat, sleep etc. Of course you can wash/paint vehicles, buy/sell things in the game. You can decorate your own house, search and find treasures, trade goods with NPCs and oh boy... the forest, cutting/transporting logs, processing them in the factory to make planks, bark and even wood products, you can use forklifts, trucks etc. You can even make different furniture for your house or to sell it on shops. You are full of skills: you can upgrade vehicles and even repair them... but guys I will stop here because in this game you can do a lot of things, try it. I recommend it with 10++ Yes, I am really a big fan of the simulator. And yes, the game is Open World.

Open world sim is fun. 8/10. Need some depth on lumberjack gameplay though.
While the game is called Lumber Jack Dynasty, I would rather call it the "Handyman Simulator" with Lumberjack DLC. everything that is related to lumber work is painfully grindy for lumbering and gamie in areas that should be realistic. you spend way too much time being the useful idiot then actually working on your mill and the tasks around it. I was expecting more fleshed out mechanics around the mill and more time in the forest. but I am stuck fixing people's fences, finding their sheep and mowing their lawns. why? cuz I am waiting for wood to dry so I can max profits to get bigger lumber machinery.
finally, graphic options is atrocious. There is no way to make the game look good and keep the frame rate consistent. it feels like the devs just grab some random Unreal engine package and just left it at defaults settings.
if you want a grind game to have in the background while you are balancing your lumber mill spreadsheets. get this game on sale only. its not really worth the full price.
PS: For the love of god! Where is the semi truck to move all this wood? how did the devs think that a flat platform truck is enough?
i really tried to like this game.
but at least 80% of it is tedious driving with painfully slow vehicles, there is some fast travel, you can jump to any vehicle you own, and there's buse stops, but the important travel is always manually taking your vehicles somewhere.
What the game needs to be more than a waste of time, is some form of autopilot so you at least stick to the roads, some way to call vehicles etc to you or a way to bring more that one tractor attachment with you at a time, and some form of automation, ideally some kind of worker who can do the most tedious jobs (driving your vehicles to the work site, anything involving the forklift or selling/transporting wood)
this game is so awsome tho a lot of work for 1 player its needs to become co.op so it can be more enjoyable
This is a very relaxed game to play. Don't expect anything to be great or fantastic. Lousy, repetitive voice acting is abundant. The story is fairly simple and has a great deal of grinding to make it advance. Still, this game does play out and has a number of pluses which keeps you mindlessly playing. If you are still interested then it's a recommended buy on sale.
There are a lot of glitches in this game, if you can look past them its a good game.
I do think the main tasks ended to soon, or there just weren't enough to do.
I really don't care for the looking for the sheep in order to get seeds for the green house.
There really should be store

Here I was thinking this game was in early Access!
If what you really want is an expansion to Farmer's Dynasty wherein you'll get to cut down some trees and mill them. Then, this might be the game for you. Not that you'll be able to process all the lumber ...drying times are a big bottleneck in this game. Time is money!!!! And time is wasted in this game... If you want a more intuitive and true-to-life Lumberjacking sim that 's Not a Lumberjacking sim, I would recommend FS22. This game (Farmer's Dynasty 1.5) is a Farming sim through and through.
In it, you'll be picking mushrooms and herbs. You'll be cooking up potions and raising chickens, cows, and sheep! And you'll be doing all the odd-jobs you did in Farmer's Dynasty like fixing barns and transporting things. What you won't be doing is selling a lot of lumber ...because you won't be allowed to process all the lumber or make any REAL money ...like the 250K you'll have to pay to uncle for the mill.
I cry foul... This game is NOT complete.
The storyline creates the need for lots of money! It doesn't create the means to generate lots of money until you no longer NEED the money. IE: You have to pay off the mill [250K euros] to uncle before you get the lucrative contracts with the local investor. THIS IS NOT a Lumber-Jacking game!!!!! This is a cheap-assed knock-off of their other game Farmer's Dynasty ...but instead of plowing fields, we are felling trees. Everything else is the same! It's not enough content to be a stand-alone game.
The dlc is BS. What 'At a glance' map? It's supposed to help us how? It shows literally nothing that the in-game map doesn't show. And the Starter's Guide? Where exactly is that?? I am at the bottleneck in the game and I can't progress any further. The dlc is no help at all. You have to tab out of the game to access the files to even look at the dlc. The map therein doesn't show you the names and locations of the quest givers and it doesn't highlight anything. It's all loosely presented in Pdf format one page at a time instead of all together in one.
Awesome game it's never ending play graphics are great! Farmer's Dynasty 1 is also fantastic absolutely no glitching or lagging with these games and can't wait to play Farmer's dynasty 2 In December!

It is a great game if you want to calm down and just enjoy some grinding. There are still some funny bugs but nothing too bad.
Its a great game, but I highly suggest SAVE OFTEN! I find that my car or tractor get stuck sometimes and then I have to lose any of my progress I made since last save.
Great game. I hate starting over again. I've had to do it 3-4 times now (Steam Issues, nothing wrong with the game). Even so, I still enjoy the game very much. Very relaxing for me.
I fully recommend to everyone on giving this game a try. I play this on a daily basis and for me this is truly the best game that I have found so far. Once I start playing I literally cannot stop. 377 hours played and i am still going. It has great views with mountains, forests and lakes, with plenty of things to do in the game to keep you busy. Not too many quests. All chapters are achievable eventually as it does take time. This is not a quick game to play. So take your time and enjoy it.

It,s a shame this game is still bug. I started a new game because it had been 2 years since I had last played and it's just as bad as it was before, vehicles and logs still sink into the ground and quests are still unable to be completed.

The game is okay, but you really have to like this type of game to endure all the initial grind.
It is absurd that you will make money faster selling boiled eggs than from the lumberjack business, which is useful at the very beginning, where you have to collect a large sum of money to pay off your uncle. Making planks is not satisfying because we sell them for next to nothing compared to the work put into it. It is worth doing this only after we buy a furniture factory, which I recommend doing first, before paying off your uncle. Then the game is quite enjoyable and we earn decent money.
Very poor optimization, the game requires significant improvements and more earning options at the beginning, and above all we should feel satisfaction from cutting down, processing trees into planks and selling them, and there is none, but unfortunately the game has probably been abandoned in this aspect.
yes some of the missions icons get stuck high up but otherwise great game.
One of the best single player Open World games I've played in awhile. Controls are easy to manage, daily tasks are easy enough that you still have half the day to do things on your own property. Fun, and immersive play and the goal of gaining a wife and owning your own lumber mill are fun goals to strive for. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
I kind of wish there were a maybe rating. The voice acting is horrid. I only got as far as wasting my time trying to get the trailer lined up to load the logs. I'm doof with that. Doesn't mean someone else might not be better at it. I don't want to spend what little play-time I have trying to back-up a tractor to get the trailer EXACTLY parallel to the felled tree.
overall i like the style and design but i cant access the attic or progress the game much due to using keyboard and mouse yet everything i find to "help" is all for controller and game-pads and i refuse to waste excess money on such things please fix this problem some such as making the attic reach the floor like most normally do for drop down ladders.
This titles framerate is just terrible.
Unplayable for me. Cant get past intro without a crash and when I walk to follow the lady my guy sinks into the ground.
Fun game. A good no thinking kinda game. Pretty straight forward. No real complaints.
Game hasn't been updated in over a year. Resolution won't go higher than 1080p and looks terrible.
just got a updated computer and still can't play the game because i don't have the right video card? (ANGRY.........)
