One of the best games I've ever played! It's in my top five along with MaxPayne, Mafia and Bioshock! The latest RTCW upgrade to version 5 is a huge fail and it disappointed me! The classic Return to Castle Wolfenstein is the best, in graphics, weapons, movement, tension, suspense everything! I highly recommend it!

I watched this games at my friend but never played, maybe 20 years ago! Finished the RealRTCW Version at September 14, 2024, it's not as big as Half Life or Epic like CoD & United Offensive but still a tight game and definitely iconic,
it was fun to blast Nat-see's with all kind of weapons, especially the stealth general hunt mission was my fav, but if they gonna remake it cant just be graphical, we need a team like inglorious basterds, in a way it already has a remake in new Wolf series tho.

This, along with the recent mod "RealRTCW 5.0, which upgrades the game to far better graphics, and that's just the start. Probably the best Wolfenstein game! I play at 4K, 120hz and it's just so good to play an old gem! Buy it now!

Widely considered the finest early FPS title, and one of the best FPS titles of all time, RTC Wolfenstein was a game I have admired 25 years ago.
It's even more rewarding reviewing this game later on in life, only to find that it sports the same charm I was initially drawn by, and then some.

The beautifully designed areas, the conversational dialogue, the typewritten letters, the great soundtrack and ambience, the smooth gameplay, sexy nazis, and more.
The layout, design and conventions of the villages alone sold me on this game back in the day.

When I was a kid, I loved this game for the weapons, actions, and dynamic gore.
This game is so ridiculously dark, w comically evil villains; it’s fantastically amusing.
There's fantastic banter. You get to kick/destroy all manner of Nazi propaganda. Bodies explode.
The various enemy types are very distinct. Everyone looks unique and carries differing emphasis. The maps offer great variety, and nothing feels repetitive.

Watch out for jump scares.
Oh yeah,,,,,,, and don't forget to F shit up!
