About the Game
Hotel Transylvania Popstic is a super fun VR rhythm game where you move your entire body around to match fast-moving patterns of colorful orbs flying toward you with corresponding colors on each end of your Popstic or Wands. Connect the dots, ride the rails, or deactivate lasers without missing a beat. Watch out for obstacles!This game is packed with energetic songs, full body movement, special powerups, and bonus levels.
KEY FEATURES

- Two ways to play (Wands or Popstic), 3 different levels of difficulty, 9 songs per level.
- Hotel Transylvania's Griffin (the Invisible Man) guides you throughout the game with helpful tips and fun commentary.
- Bonus levels have been added for extreme gameplay.
- Rack up combo points and high scores by correctly matching colors and beats.
- Powerups have been added to allow you to slow down time, blast obstacles out of your way, and hit orbs more easily to score more points.
- Full body movement. Quickly move your body up, down, or to the sides to get yourself thru the rotating obstacles safely by getting your head and controller thru without touching any lasers.
Play the game in Wands mode using two Vive or Rift controllers. From the main menu inside the Hotel Transylvania lobby, tap the 'Controller' button on the left to set up your controller. Note: Popstic mode requires a Popstic accessory and does not currently work on the Rift (Vive only). Only choose Popstic if you have the Popstic accessory attachment. This is a prototype accessory. If you do not have this accessory, and would like to order one, please visit our website for more info. We also encourage you to make your own as needed and we welcome any feedback. The Popstic mode is optional and offers players an additional type of gameplay experience. The game is fun to play with and without the Popstic.

This game is impressive. More polished than Beat Saber. base game better than Beat Saber. Better music and graphics. Way better than Dance Collider.
The gameplay is sort of a mix between BoxVR and Beat Saber little bit less depth because your slashing direction doesn't matter but it's more polished than both of those. Plus there are some other mechanics like slow time and the obstacle dodging is more intricate.
Obviously cant compare to the user generated content in Beat Saber, but that's not really a fair comparison. I like the base game here better. The music is way Way better.
First off, I love a good rhythm game. Just putting that out there...because I sadly cannot recommend this game. It does a lot right, and the multiple genres of music is neat, the graphics are pretty, but it's lacking in song selection / environments / and just overall fun.

Very fun rhytum game,Gameplay is fun.suitable for all age.
Would be better if there some song from the movies,Or have more interesting vitual.
In current game when we play you will be on the ship deck,see our DJ far away with a big screen and a open space on the deck which fill with nothing,which look kinda boring.
*But This is an Early Access so I sure the dev will improve it.*
It would be much better if there some monster around,and make some interaction with player it would be great!! Like some monster run left and right and you have to avoid them,just like your already exist gameplays. Let's some main character dancing nearby player would be great too.
And put the main character that didn't choose to be the DJ randomly stand near player.(Just like the way you put Griffin but with random character)
All my point is on the visual which not have an important role when play,but will surely make this game more look much more lively,and can bring a fan to buy it.
As a fan of Hotel Transylvania,this is my greatest chance to see them closely,and immerse in their world.So please comsider the idea I just give you.
I was kind of off put by videos I watched online because I wasn't a fan of the visuals, but the level design and gameplay were phenomenal. There aren't any VR rhythm games like it out there. I'm sure it was built specifically for staffed play but I had a lot of fun with my Oculus + wand mode.
