After completing the entire Sega at 100%, I’d say this third part of the game is genuinely enjoyable.
Its longer playtime adds value, offering more puzzles to solve and making it feel worth the price. While it didn’t blow me away ;) , it certainly didn’t disappoint.
As always, I wouldn’t recommend it for players who lack patience.

Game design is very "We Were Here", it is good on its class.
Puzzle is solvable though you need to think harder because this has no Hint like WWH Forever has
Chapter 8 is still buggy after 4 years smh, swap role between players did fix it (I need to search it up on reddit)

What on earth was going on with the second to last puzzle with the armor statues? I still have no idea how that one works and we solved it accidentally.
I played with a friend it was really fun solving the puzzles, even though it was hard to describe some things.
There were some Bugs with the ingame chat but it was fun
Big step up in quality compared to the first 2, but still has its problems.

The story and puzzles definitely improved. Enjoyed more coop shenanigans with this one! Again, very similar to the last. It was fun with friends. Enjoyed it enough to 100%!
The puzzles are annoying not clever. The puzzles in we were here and we were here too was far better than this one SKIP!
Great game, would highly recommend for puzzle co-op enthusiasts, this one doesn't hold your hand as much the other ones which imo made the game more fun.
The puzzles in this game are a HUGE step up from the last game. 9/10, going to play again
One of the puzzles, the one with the Knights is impossible to solve on your own without trial and error. The trial and error would not be that much of an issue, if all the knights were in one place, and not separated by annoyingly long corridor. The knights on the side of one player are color coded, but the knights for the other player are not. Very unfortunate.
The puzzles seem very very very unintuitive and annoying... I waited a while to try out this game with a friend and neither of us was impressed. A few puzzles we only solved because we got lucky only because some elements of the puzzle didn't display properly or were just too hard to either explain or communicate or even guess. We left the game after getting stuck on a pipe puzzle and after reading the reviews we finally figured out that it must have been bugged (we haven't went back to the game afterwards LOL fuck that)

spent two years completing this game with a friend. some puzzles are obtuse, the plot and graphics are cute but the levels themselves are just frustrating at times. by the end of it we hated it so much we spent three hours straight just to finish it. dont do it
highly recommend playing it. Has the best theme song in the entire series in my opinion. Beating a puzzle is so satisfying. the sound effect when beating a puzzle
Love this game, got nearly 6 hours out of it so definitely worth it. Would love to be able to sprint a *little* faster but other than that simplistic but very entertaining + satisfying
Yeah, its quite solid co-op title.
Some puzzles do land straight away, some not so much for our play trough 2nd to last puzzle of armor stands MADE ZERO SENSE. It still does need more frequent checkpoints because in case of dropped connection, you have to redo in one section 3 puzzles back to back. Graphically, it's just like both previous titles, slightly better but occasionally you do can see flickering [overlapping] textures. The cutscenes are really great, but for one side, partner's side seems to be the least interesting monologues without much going. My friend had glitch, that made his screen frozen for some reason, he still could play and control and hear fine, he could couldn't see.
If you played previous titles from series, you and your partner in crime will have fun.
Best game in the series so far, both stylistic and regarding the complexity of the puzzles.
It was an overall fun experience. Some puzzles were really unique and mind-boggling.
What was not fun were the puzzles with a time limit. What is that supposed to add? Suspense? When you know you made mistakes and there’s no way to make it in time, you just wait, anticipating your demise. Then you need to repeat the puzzle from the beginning, sometimes even with cutscenes (thankfully skippable). So then, knowing what to do, you’ll complete it in a fraction of the time, but honestly, I don’t see the point, as it only frustrated us. Fortunately, there weren’t many timed puzzles.
Since it only took us about 4 hours to complete, with little replayability, I recommend it if it’s on sale.
I recommend this game, but I have to say that this part of We were here... was the most irritating one. The puzzles in the first half of the game were so counter-intuitive and till now I have no idea how we solved it. The second part of the game reminded the previous versions more. The characters were split, the puzzles challenging and fun. If you're not a big fan, you can skip this version.
Some puzzles are a bit hard to understand but once you find what you need to do it becomes fun to rack a bit of your brain here and there. All in all, it's a great puzzle game with your friend/partner, played it with my best friend and we had a lot of fun working together and arguing about our explanations in game.
too many stupid puzzles that dont explain how to even start to solve them.
When we eventually go to hell, me and my partner will no doubt be sentenced to do the stupid pipe puzzle for an eternity.

We Were Here Forever takes the basic mechanics of the first two installments and adds a plot, voice acting, characters, and even some changes in setting to create a satisfying puzzle experience for you and a friend. If you liked the first two games, this is the same thing but leagues better.
Only complaint I had was that one of the later puzzles bugged out and so I drove myself mad trying to find any little details I may be missing before restarting my game, resolving the issue right away.
If you've got 4-5 hours to spend with a buddy and love puzzle games, I don't see why this wouldn't be worth picking up. Not to mention it can easily be replayed to experience the opposite end for each puzzle.
This was my friend and I first experience with this franchise and wow we're either both very dumb or the puzzles are very hard or just make no sense at all. Some of them were fun but MOST of them are just annoying. Even when we looked at the solution after being stuck for a while we ended up being more confused than when we started lmao.
Maybe we will try the other games maybe not ; we shall see but I 97% do NOT rec this one.

The first 2 games we played were so good, so much fun, but they went too far with the difficulty from this one. Almost none of the puzzles makes any sense at all, no logic, you can spend hours and hours on the same room to figure out the most simple things. Basically you have more possibilities of guessing randomly.
I'm so sad because I really enjoyed the first 2 games but this one was literally desperating :( I truly recommend the other two games I mentioned tho "We Were Here" and "We were here: friendship". Moreover the puzzles break sometimes T_T
We really enjoyed the first two games but the puzzles in this one follow some very bizarre logic and even when we looked up the answers, they didn’t make any sense to us. However, the next game in the series is great. Maybe skip this one, though…
me and my roommate yelled at each other over this game. our other roommate thought it was hilarious. i can say that we are still friends afterwards. good game.
Definitely, without a doubt, the most challenging We Were Here game. A few of the puzzles in this one had my brain in shambles. I personally found myself falling asleep in all the outside snowy moments just because of how dull everything is, but when you're indoors focusing on what to do in a certain area it can be pretty fun.
Multiples puzzle are bugged and break the game.
Multiple Puzzle are easy to understand but tideous to set-up to be solved. Not really hard.
Time limit on puzzle add nothing interesting to the gameplay, it's just a pain. You can restart it, you just get punished by loading time.
I cannot recommand at the time.

Unacceptable glitching. The fact that it hard locks you in Chapter 8 with no way to progress is pitiful considering there have been years since release to fix these issues. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS GAME.

We're either stupid or some of the puzzles were ridiculously difficult to communicate through. Especially difficult when you can't even pronounce a single word. Had fun with the more practical puzzles though. Preferred the first two games over this one, but still enjoyed it for the most part.
Not gonna lie, by far the worst entry in the series. The riddles are actually no fun and are just being bruteforced by the two of us. Skip this one and play the others, they deserve your time more than this game.

The worst one out of the series. I was done with it half way through, but co op friend wanted to finish it.
As much as I loved the newer games like We were here forever, this one was annoying and the puzzles were rather absurd and incoherent.
A much more well-rounded and polished experience than that of the previous games.
It offers engaging yet generally very logical puzzle-solving mechanics, fun (and very silly) lore and worldbuilding, and a truly solid co-op adventure.
Also I cannot overstate how much I enjoyed the dramatic organ solo.
Third Game of the series and by far my favourite of them all. I never had any problems playing it when I did. Also IIRQ is the first game where the two protagonist's see eachother.
this is definitely the most difficult one so far but also the best one of the series in my opinion
Most puzzles are extremely unfun. Aside from the fact that no puzzle has at least a small explanation to what you're supposed to do, there is no good feeling from completing a one at all. Most of the times it was frustrating and confusing in an unfun way to the point that continuing the game felt like an absolute drag.
