Обследуй пострадавших
Проверь состояние пострадавших и приступай к работе! Они дышат? Есть ли у них серьезные раны? Всё, что может иметь решающее значение для их выживания. Окажи первую помощь, контролируй кровотечение, проверь пульс и если сможешь, установи их в восстановительную позу. Делай все, что необходимо, в зависимости от характера чрезвычайной ситуации.
Принимай решения
Кому помочь в первую очередь? Как сделать это наилучшим образом? Помогая неверным путем, можно подвергнуть опасности жизнь других людей, или даже собственную. Подумай дважды, но помни - время истекает!
Перемотка времени
Ты сделал плохой выбор? Не удалось спасти всех раненых? У тебя есть шанс это исправить! Поверни время назад и попробуй еще раз.
Найти причины несчастных случаев
Когда ты кому-то помогаешь, каждая секунда имеет значение, нет времени для глубокого изучения причин аварии. Но в конце спасательной миссии ты сможешь проанализировать всю ситуацию, собрать осколки и выяснить, что явилось причиной аварии.
Различные сценарии спасательных миссий
Участвуй в различных спасательных миссиях: от простых столкновений машин до серьезных цепных аварий в разных местах, при различных погодных условиях и даже в разное время. Получай опыт и учись помогать людям в реальных жизненных ситуациях.

I bought this game as part of the 2023 Winter Sale, but didn't get around to trying it for about a year. Unfortunately, this puts me well outside the window for a refund.
The interface is awkward at best, and in some places it just does not work without more effort than this game deserves. In the tutorial mission, you have to perform CPR and rescue breathing on a dummy, and because of how the rescue breathing interface works, it's not physically possible to do with my trackball without adjusting the settings specifically for this game. (I found that workaround by browsing the discussion boards.) This means that I'm trapped in the tutorial and unable to progress the game.
Reading other reviews, it seems that there isn't much more game to explore anyway.
If you could get this game for less than $5, it might be worth giving it a try to see if you like it, but I cannot in good conscience suggest spending any more than that.
For the most part I would recommend this game. I found it quite engaging and thought it was pretty informative as well.
The main steps of the game are simple, but there is occasionally a puzzle element for example the door is pinned shut how do you get a victim out. Also sometimes you have the dispatcher giving hints, sometimes you don't. I love how diverse the scenarios are and how nearly everyone of them has something I didn't expect.
It's also interesting to see the fates of the victims, if your help saved them or not. I'm curious if you try to help someone else how that impacts the scenario. Haven't tried it so I'm not sure. Also, rewinding time function is very useful.
Now there is a slight downside. It's a tad bit buggy (for me at least) the train level I found a funny bug where the car and the engine of the train were just not there. Funny bug until you realize you can't reach anything because it's not there. However, I think the train level may be the last level so I still had a lot of fun.
Oh... and the cpr/breathing. Doing the compressions is a fun mini game but I have limited space so I struggled to complete the breathing mini game. CPR isn't on every level though so not a major issue.
Overall I do recommend it but may need a hint more polishing.
Quick edit: From what I seen in the community hub this game maybe abandoned for different games? I may be wrong but if this is true then that bug may not be fixed. I did report it in the game.
You are a Citizen who finds accidents and helps the victims and then finds the clues for why the accident happened. 10/10 Will play again

This game is fun although you it might be a bit laggy but my main complaint is that there isn't a lot of levels and the game can be completed quite quickly. A way that i think the devolopers can fix this is to add a workshop and let the community make there own levels you can download and play.
It's not that its bad, its just not really worth what you pay. The amount of content is really low, you could probably finish in 2-3 hours. Also the quality of the levels deteriorates over time, not in the environment art per se, but in the level of storytelling and interesting scenarios. It starts off really strong but devolves into very generic scenarios. The lack of Steam integration is really unfortunate, too. No achievements or trading cards. Very linear and nearly impossible to lose at any level.
If it's $5, or even $10, i'd say get it, but at $15 its hit or miss whether its worth it for me.
The game is exactly what you expect it to be, you get put into situations where you get told what to do and once you solve them you get placed back into the main menu. Its more an educational tool on what to do in accidents rather than it being a game.

it's a very good game with great graphics and I have a very good opinion about the game, it's a game in which you have to think about how the acid attack happened and it teaches you a lot of things, this game like coming from the front to do the cardiac massage and how to give first aid
This game is terrible.
1. There are so many bugs.
2. It's really laggy.
There are more things that could be better but Im not in the mood (because of this game) to list them.
It's garbage, avoid!
Really fun and educative. Recommended for young ( 14+ ) and others who are scared of being in that kind of situations but in the end everyone should have a knowladge to save a life
i have beaten it in mins i think it is not worth it
