Very fun to play, though I hope Cure mode can eventually have Necroa, Simian, Neurax, and Shadow Plague mode
This game allows you to play as many different infections like a bacteria,virus,fungus.zombie infection,parasite and more! Highly recomend
Late 2019/Early 2020 had a really blast with this game! Humans eventually managed so i kinda lost interest. Darn it!
Maybe come 2025 a new patch drops, might give it another go then. I've only heard rumors!

it was a very cool game about plagues and diseases where you can infect and kill the world. very nice premise, would recommend to others.
This game is so good, the cure, main game its incredible you can be a bacteria, virus, Nano virus pretty much every known infection, disease i highly recommend
Originally played the mobile version. Big step up. Not only is it way easier for custom scenarios to be installed, but I generally love the layout. 13 bucks well spent. Also, this game makes it more realistic, with things such as views of the pathogen, and a body scanner. There are also many shortcuts, making the Bio-Weapon on Mega Brutal someone possible. If you like doing everything on Mega Brutal, or you like to speedrun games, I highly recommend using Plague Inc Evolved over Plague Inc. (However, both games are still good)
Very fun and addicting, definitely would recommend as it helps me pass the time when I'm bored.

Fun little game to play during downtime after working on projects. While playing I have noticed that popping plague bubbles don't give points, orange bubbles don't always give double pop ups which makes them pointless from normal ones. Also popping research bubbles doesn't do anything, the speed stays consistent.
Popping research bubbles need to decreases research speed by 1% or 2%. I'm also getting points before popping any plague bubbles.
Popping red bubbles needs to offer +1 or +2 points.
Popping orange bubbles needs to offer +3 or +4 points.
22% death rate. try again.....97% death rate for Bacteria. Need 100% to unlock Virus :P
It's really fun, plus it's surprisingly hard to destroy humanity given unlike real humans they aren't stupid anti-vax people to spread the virus for you.
Come back 2 or 3 times but its only really worth playing one game then its all very similar - Some selections too difficult even on easy and you cannot skip to next games - I am the school of if you cannot beat a level after third or forth try then give up uninstall and move on to a game that is fun, but that just my opinion.
If you are wondering to buy this game,do it.It has amazing gameplay and levels that you are not gonna get bored of. Every time you will experience something new when the world is loaded up and that makes it a very nice game,also there are more gamemodes that worth trying out 9/10.

It's fun to get the idea what the poor virus, ebola etc. has to go through to infect people.
Fun in game but not IRL xD

This is a great game for somone who likes to make a plague,infect 99% of the world just to lose because greenland hasnt been infected.

once you figure it out though, its pretty easy but also highly entertaining.
One of the greatest games i have ever played. I've beaten all but 3 plagues on brutal and am working on beating them on mega-brutal. I love this game. If you are a fan of strategy this is a great game for you. The music is also really cool and i think they might still be giving away the DLC for free right now.

My disease had no symptoms so no one worked on a cure nor did they shut down any ports or airfields. Game's logic is bullshit now.

The game is perfect! It is not suitable for everyone, because to play it, you need to be a skilled strategist!
Unlike the money far too many have spent on the mobile version, all of the extra gimmicks in the PC edition make it worth the money.
Even after all these years, I still enjoy playing Plague Inc Evolved, because it's a unique game. I haven't really seen many games where you try to infect the world with a disease and kill everyone. Plus, the Scenario Creator allows you to create scenarios to play and share them with the world and you can play other people's scenarios. That's cool. It might not be an easy game (once you get to Necroa Virus, you'll understand what I mean) but I still enjoy playing it, even after 7 years.
Cool game. It may have a learning curve, however fun when you get the hang of it. You could make your own scenario, although doing that would require all the knowledge about this game from top to bottom. A very precise scenario editor, but fun to play nevertheless.

second game i ever paid money in game for, Fun to play when bored
The game has taught me that the true threat to humanity is not a virus but Greenland closing its ports.
i remember having this game way back in the day when it was just the basic game and i loved it then. I just recently got it on my steam deck about a year ago and saw all of the updates made to the game since i played it last on my phone. I am a big fan of Zombie games so i was extremely happy to see that a Zombie scenario was implemented into the game. I love all of the other scenarios as well. I would like to make a suggestion for the next update if there will be another one in the future. I would really like to see a Werewolf Virus. I think that would be cool. Thank You devs for making a good game a lot better.

it is very goof and all the plagues were fun it is very intresting i did enjoy the nerax worm that was my fav i did find that some of them the plagues were some what hard but if your a fan of creating plagues and curing them i do recomend that you should buy the curse mode that was really fun i did not like the start with the bactera sorry if my spellings bad i think its def a buy i wish it would update more often and mabey make all the plagues have there own symptons like what they did with the specail plagues so it dosnt get borning or repative in my personal idea its a 8/10 there were some good thing but stuff that could have been better

I used to play the phone version, which is AMAZING, but when I found it on STEAM I was overjoyed that the graphics and everything had been upgraded but the game itself stayed true to the OG. I'm so glad, I love this game. WORTH the 15 bucks! Enjoy!
Looks a bit boring on the store page, but the gameplay is actually fun. It's an IQ test where you try to end the world with viruses and disease. Your virus/disease can mutate, spread, kill and travel anywhere. One thing about this game is that it is immensely hard. Even on the easiest difficulties, there is still a challenge. Which is why this game is so good. After the tutorial the game stops babying you and throws everything it can at you.
TLDR: Very hard and fun.

if you love death destruction and being the harbringer of earthly chaos this is the game for you! doesn't matter where you play it and on what, this game is always perfection.

This was a mobile game before 2020, and I'm surprised more people didn't learn anything from playing it.
It's based on good science, and very well thought out.
I'm not big on strategy games, but I dig this, it's always enjoyable to wipe out the global population with a questionably named disease
its fun and nice. i like the scenerios other wise itd get boring fast.
Seems simple or overwhelming depends on the person. Easy to learn hard to master type of strategy game. Effects and musics are good
Very fun game, lots of customization with custom and official scenarios, can change all of the mechanics completely, serves a nice progression system and can be as difficult or easy as you like!
