I love this strategy game. So many modes and flexibility to play.
I remember when Plague Inc. first launched on mobile devices. This PC port provides a quick jump in and play opportunity to a deep meditative, strategic challenge at higher difficulties. I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with this game.

Truly a timeless masterpiece for whenever you feel like ending life one earth in many different variations.
In tough times like this in our truly fucked up world even now after years from it's official release this game will continue to satisfy me at each time I'd like to kill us all. I highly recommend this game of every novice gamer, grandma's, grandpa's and even babies to truly understand the meaning of life, remembering the rough past, and overcoming a rough time with life.

This game is so fun and addicting! It rarely recieves updates, but it's timeless! My favorite disease is the Neaurax Worm, i love the win condition that it adds, where you can evolve the "Trancendense" symtom and enslave the entire world! Overall a very good game, I've been playing it for years!

Honestly, 10/10 would do it again. It is a chaotic masterpiece that combines strategy with a wickedly dark sense of humor. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves unique, thought-provoking gameplay with a sinister twist.

Classic sim game that has stood the test of time, absolutely a must play.
Multiplayer aspect is kinda lackluster though, singleplayer and workshop is the good stuff.
I bought this game while it was 65% off with The Cure DLC in the bundle, and it is a super fun game, would recommend. If you don't like story mode type games there is a Vs and Co-Op version in multiplayer. Check it out!
In this game you play as the virus...
And your goal is obviously to take over the world.
But turn that upside down, in reality it is how this world will react TO your virus.
And how biology works.. this is how viruses can and do spread.
So you learn a lot.
the lord hath rain down plagues, good game, later virus modes lowkey are hard like the zombie virus but on my end was a lack of understanding Z-COM and how to deal with them! its also very hands on whereas the prior viruses were more of a sit back and click and mutate! overall 10/10! ive killed the world like 100 times over, truly satiating! buy the game, if you see this it was just meant to be, take the sign and play, also friend me :D

Good, fun game, different from what you usually play so its more fun because of that. Love the option of so many modes.
Addictive. Each plague type (virus, fungus, bacteria, etc) represents a different challenge. There are also scenarios that have vampires or apes (as in planet of the apes). Again new mechanics and new challenges. Well worth the $4.49 (autumn sale).

Don't let its simple graphics fool you, the game is well polish and focuses on what matters.
You'll be spending quite a bit of time figuring out how to beat those doctors and travel barricades.

Its alright for a plague simulation game, but there are better options out there that have great characters. This one is more simple in structure because its' just you, the player (at first). When the game has R+G events that happen in order for you the player to get a specific achievement or outcome, you will no doubt struggle to keep on playing the game. I would wait for a discount on this.
One of the best sound designs in any game, some of the best gameplay mechanics, and you can destroy france, so it is an amazing game.
Still lack of content that make this game interesting, for example the cure mode lacked Necroa Virus to fight against.

--- The good:
The original modes and the illnesses are good, scenarios and scenario creator is good, but i find them all really easy. Gameplay is good and its a distracting thing to play when you are bored.
--- The bad:
Cure mode is hard, but that's okay since you can learn the strats.. and i did! And somehow with the same strategy i won with before i lost after. Why? It's all basically rng, will you get lucky with how much it spreads despite your efforts? When you buy something to better a problem the game does not care and still will cut authority (something like cure on illness mode) away because well it's technically still pretty bad out there. You can't fix stuff as fast as the game wants you to due to the fact you dont get enough points to fix it, the game wants you to manage 5 things at once with 16~ points and you can't focus on one thing. Yes you can ignore the quarantine but the game will sometimes rng punish you for not managing it, causing the strat that worked before for you to not work anymore. YOu can have all the upgrades but if Ice land with no infected does not like you, it's over.. and there's no reason why because you dont have shit under lockdown.
Another bad thing is the vampire illness and apes, vampire illness feels really rushed and the actual strategy for winning it is very boring.. due to the game again not rewarding you for dealing with stuff. making the user intentionally have to meta game. The ape mode is a boring living mess of vampires and zombies.
Only one game has been able to satisfy my needs to give crippling necrosis and heart failure to half of the worlds population while giving STD's to the other. I feel like f@cking Dr Who, giving parasites to Asians, nano viruses to Americans it feels so...so...wonderful. Also creating custom diseases....TESTICULAR CANCER!!!!!
It's a fun game that you can play tactically or just goof around with. I'd never regret buying this one.

The sound design of this game scares me more than all the horror movies I've played/watched
It is addictive and fun and with tons of modes. However after a while it becomes monotonous
It's pretty basic and sometimes repetitive but still fun with a lot of customization for your disease

Plague Inc: Evolved - The game that has you play as the engineer of a virus and how to take over the world with the greatest amount of effort.
It took me about 50 hours to get all the achievements with a guide, but it still is a great game to just see how the world works if they didn't have the advancements of medicines.
This is a interesting strategy game that has nothing to do with war or anything like that, it's a war against the diseases and I love how morbid this game is due to how close it is to real life.
(P.S. I hate the Mad Cow Disease scenario it really hits you in the balls.)

Fun and educational, different difficulty settings available.
It's absolutely peak if you're new to biology. It teaches you different diseases and their symptoms while making it challenging with different game modes friendly to new players to help them get on their feet also. Could be frustrating from time to time but it's rewarding when you win

Very fun to play, though I hope Cure mode can eventually have Necroa, Simian, Neurax, and Shadow Plague mode
This game allows you to play as many different infections like a bacteria,virus,fungus.zombie infection,parasite and more! Highly recomend
Late 2019/Early 2020 had a really blast with this game! Humans eventually managed so i kinda lost interest. Darn it!
Maybe come 2025 a new patch drops, might give it another go then. I've only heard rumors!
for years i played this game cracked (yes i was poor teenage for buying this) on my android phone.

it was a very cool game about plagues and diseases where you can infect and kill the world. very nice premise, would recommend to others.
This game is so good, the cure, main game its incredible you can be a bacteria, virus, Nano virus pretty much every known infection, disease i highly recommend
Originally played the mobile version. Big step up. Not only is it way easier for custom scenarios to be installed, but I generally love the layout. 13 bucks well spent. Also, this game makes it more realistic, with things such as views of the pathogen, and a body scanner. There are also many shortcuts, making the Bio-Weapon on Mega Brutal someone possible. If you like doing everything on Mega Brutal, or you like to speedrun games, I highly recommend using Plague Inc Evolved over Plague Inc. (However, both games are still good)
Very fun and addicting, definitely would recommend as it helps me pass the time when I'm bored.
