Wonderful game! Short, but great experience, i highly recommend this game to those looking for a short fun time.
Fun if you're bored and not doing anything else.
This auto runner, like most who have played it, caught my eye with its superb graphical presentation. Its gameplay is somewhat unforgiving in the sense that when you die you start at the beginning of the game. Memorizing the level layout is critical to completing it and, sadly, there is really only one way to successfully complete it. Any deviation from this will result in the creature that’s chasing you catching up to you and sending you back to the beginning.
Thankfully, the game is quite brief. If you know where you’re going and what to do when you need to do it, you can complete the game in under 20 minutes. Of course, you won’t and much of the gameplay is padded by the many times you will have to restart.
This didn’t bother me, and overall I enjoyed this game, but keep that in mind should you decide to take the plunge with this one. At only $2, the risk is, IMO, minimal.
Play this for the incredible art direction.
It certainly has nailed that "steam boat willy" vibe bordering on creepy yet adorable.
Also it easier than the similar themed Cuphead so thats what kept me playing it

It was released on 2 October 2018 so I guess they're working on many things. Expecting more updates and features. Need to add buttons configuration and that's all it is important for now. =)
A short and sweet platformer that requires you to learn and perfect. This game is essentially a single level from Rayman. No real replayablility (apart from simply beating it again and again) but it's one you can play, beat and be done with.
The mechanics are simple and require little expaination (I will say that I was quite fond of how the tutorial was given), this is a game that you must play, lose, retry until you eventually get there.
The art speaks for itself. Unique and eye drawing. The world is quite beautiful. I found that I wanted to character to just stop running and let me soak up the visuals for a little while.
Perfect for someone with an hour or two to kill and a little cash to spare. Took me around 1.5 hours to finish.
I liked that it was unforgiving in that when you lose you're back to square one, but forgiving in that you don't have to perfect your run to finish the game. It's not necessary to find all the shortcuts. However, it sure is satisfying to discover them and incorporate them into your next run.
This is not a "must play". But I think if you're drawn in by the art and can spare the low price, give it a go.

Talk about a diamond in the rough. C'mon man for this price, you gotta check it out. A straight up runner with goregous hand drawn graphics that run at 144hz, smooth as butter.
I have quite a few problems with this game, but it's only 2$ so I can't say it isn't worth buying. My problems with the game is that the running get very boring after some time due to how slow it is. I think just doubling the speed at which you run and jump would make this game intense and fun. Not to mention, it get irritating when you die and have to spend another 3 minutes to get back to where you were. Also, I think this game could use just a little bit more of something, like power-ups or additional paths. The thing that really pissed me off though is when I complete the level and it just goes black screen and restarts. That pissed me off. It feels like they put a bunch of work into the art but hardly tried with the rest. Just increase the speed and maybe add multiple routes that give different endings so that you have some sort of story. Then you might have a 5$ game.
Black an White Running Game
Gameplay : Auto run, you jump medium or high and attack, basic running game.
Graphics : Really well made Black and White art style, it's not everyday you see some good quality like that.
Ost : Good background music and like the devs. recommend use headphones.
Character customization : No but on start you have 4 choices, a boy, a girl, a cat and a dog (or a bear i don't know).
Ultra wide support : Yes, thank you devs. work great on 2560x1080.
Controls : I use a XBOX controller, you only need 3 buttons.
Recommended price : I paid 1,11€ real price 1,59€, recommended at 2.99€.
Devs. activity : They are present on forum, seem nice.
Nice Runner game with a crazy price, great art style a little to hard for me i would prefer shorter runs.
Short, but challanging game and the visuals!! AMAZING! :)

So I beat this game in just under 50 minutes then went back to see if there was anything extra.
There was nothing.
The game looks great and is fun in the first half of the map, the rest was pretty mediocre.
You run from a worm, step on a pressure plate which stops the worm, and thats it...
its fun for maybe half an hour.
Dont buy for the gameplay, buy it for the amazing details they put into the map.

Bought on a whim, definitely worth it! Great art and a solid challange, does what it says on the tin!
Played Wormster Dash on iOS and I really struggled. I loved the game, but could never get past some of the tougher areas. I sat down to play the Steam version, which imho, is the definitive edition of the game.
That being said, if you are looking at this now: buy it. It's cheap, it's hard but it's satisfying to finally see the end. This game is so rad.
