It truly deserves the name Ultimate Racing 2D.
A throwback to the days of 8 and 16-bit consoles in terms of gameplay.
Although you won't get absolute realistic physics or VR support on this title, it is a lesson in game design with just how much the cars handling changes between classes and how fine tuned it for cars in the same class.
Definitely playable on a keyboard as well, which is a huge plus for acade style games.
Feels like playing a mix of "Enduro" with "Speed Race: Challenge of the X Racer" with "Micromachines".

Bought it on sale for $1.99, It looked fun and it could have been fun, if only the controls weren't so bad. Keyboard or game pad it doesn't matter, when turning right or left it is full on, all the way right or all the way left. The skills needed here are how long to mash the gas key and then when to get off it and start tapping to get through a corner, same with the steering, and don't bother with the break it is useless. If you can master the mash and tap skill set needed to stay off the walls, out of the grass and dirt and keep the car on the track this could be fun for you. Otherwise, you'll play it for 3.9 hr, then permanently delete the game, place it in the Crap Heap category of your Steam library and write a review much like this one.
