Steep™

One of the best games out there for snow boarding. Is it better than the LEGENDARY We Ski & Snowboard? Hell no -nothing can top that MASTERPIECE- but Steep is still very fun. Just wish there was a proper offline mode.

Realistic snowboarding and whatnot. You can literally fly with a jetpack.

Fun game and even more funny when my guy flys off a cliff into a tree yelling bonzai!!! Would be cooler if they added a specific magenta haired electric based dragon too the game though

currently waiting for a refund, game wont launch without an ubisoft connect account which you cant create because their website and launcher are bugged out and get stuck in a processing loop.

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME (or anything from ubisoft)

icl this game is a absolute masterpiece, just relaxing and super fun to play

the game is good to pass the time but one very big complain is that you cant play offline this is one of the best games i would say to play on a plane but you cant even play it offline

Could tweak it a bit and whatnot but it's basically still the best we've got for skiing, wingsuit, parascending, and sledging (I also quite like a bit of base jumping from one site to another or into just a long parachute while you have cup of tea).
Snowboard I go elsewhere, Shredders.
I basically just spend hours freeskiing in this game.

Great sport's game. I run this game fluently with graphics set to ultra. Commands are difficult to learn on PC tho. Game is played better with a controller. 10/10 graphics are amazing. Whoever says that this game dosen't work has a potato pc and needs to get it fixed.

Lydbilledet er stærkt med en god blanding af energiske og stemningsfulde numre, der passer til de forskellige discipliner. Især når man flyver ned ad et bjerg i wingsuit, mens musikken pulserer, rammer Steep en særlig nerve – en følelse af både frihed og fare.

Steep er ikke et spil, der prøver at være alt for alle. Det er et spil til dem, der elsker vintersport, åben verdens-oplevelser og følelsen af at mestre elementerne. Det er både afslappende og spændingsfyldt, og fungerer bedst som et spil, man vender tilbage til for korte, men intense sessioner. For nogen vil det måske mangle dybde og variation i længden, men for andre vil det netop være den ro og frihed, der gør spillet til noget særligt.

Konklusion: Steep er en teknisk imponerende og visuelt betagende oplevelse, der formår at fange det smukke og det ekstreme ved bjergsport. Det er ikke et spil for alle, men for dem der drømmer om sne under fødderne og vinden i ansigtet, er det et bjerg værd at bestige.

Graphics, controls, mission stories, real-world equipment, and scratching the skiing itch! I wish the store was still available so I could expand my map. As this game gets more exposure it will be more popular, none of my friends even knew this game existed until recently, and all of us are gamer/boarders/skiers. It's a perfect match!

Love this game this was one of the first open world games ive played on my ps4 and when i heard it got steam achievements i immideatly bought it to get it 100%

Honestly its just super janky, mechanics don't work well, spawns are bad, just not the best, ubisoft kinda fucked up an easy layup with this one

best game to chill out to sometimes issues with launching , was slightly dissapointed when i realised it wasn't playable offline but understandable since the challenges change etc

Game is very boring, it doesn't do any camera very well and the first person view is actually difficult to use. The sports are fun I guess but the controls are sluggish and again not very defined.

I can't play the game at all, if its not an activation key which i need to search the 9 realms to find, its the game literally crashing as its connecting to the server. And yes my pc does have the specs for this game.

It's a crazy virtual game and really has crazy graphics. This game is criminally underrated, and I recommend this game to anyone that comes across this.

Very chill and relaxed game, where you can “fly”, feel free and other things are don’t matter.

I personally got this game at a very big sale (i got it for 5.99ca) but i would pay the the full price of it. It may be a little grindy but its not an isue at all if you love skiing please get this game.

Very fun high quality game. It is difficult, and the controls are a little strange sometimes, but once you've played for a while you get pretty used to it. There are a lot of places that allow you to get cool realistic pictures. 9/10 would recommend.

honestly, I fail to see what the hype was about. while its mostly a down hill winter sports game that allows a pleasant variety of sports. its not great at any particular one. the controls are sluggish and non precise. I would have hoped or expected for a few rail parks or some natural formations. which there is too few of. there isn't any way to nose or heel press to combo multiple tricks together from one jump to another. while other games in the past have boasted dynamic snow depth this game provides none that I can perceive. not gonna lie, I remember stoked feeling about as fun and thats not saying much to bring this game up a peg. playing games like cool boarders and shawn white pro snowboarding was way more fun as there was always something to do and they never took themselves too seriously. the tricks feel repetitive. what this game does is try to be too many things at once and thats its biggest flaw because none of them stand out to be the best it can be amongst its peers. its an average experience on all of them that fails to put forward anything new other than its attention deficit.

It's just so good. Everything, from the map to the graphics, the gameplay the minimal HUD and the scenery. Oh and i have to talk about the soundtrack, this game has THE BEST soundtrack i have seen before. The game also frequently gets disqounts on it so it's affordable as well.

I played this game on the Xbox One back in 2019. This game is still absolutely great, even though most of time you will be falling because you lightly tapped a rock. On top of that, if you hit anything during a race, it's best to restart, making it a fun and difficult experience. This game also has a one of the funniest customization option I have ever seen. So in summary, this game is worth a try.
