Game goal
As a pathogen which infected the human body, you could choose to evolve constantly, you could choose to infect more organ or tissues, you could choose to propagate to a huge mount, you could choose to hide from the immune system... Make your own choice with your act.
The behavior of pathogens in the human body affects the health of the human body and gradually activates the body's immune system, which will affect the ending of the game.
Game character
Most content of the game is recomposed based on book or internet information, there will be some popularization of science.
You could explore the human body in microview.
The pathogen could evolve to many pathogens well known.
The evolve will change every thing, the way of attacking, the way of moving, even the condition of endings.

The idea of the game is really great, as a medicine's student i've appreciated a lot this style of playing.
however it's an early access game, as we can predict about it there are a lot of bugs and wrong characteristics, especially about the differentation of the tissues.
I would have seen more work about cells and an improvement of the arterial tree ( more access on other organs not implementated and maybe a better maps to catch the body in his entirety).
Anyway it's a big work, congratulations. Hope to see other updates.
It's very rare to see any games based on the body these days. I would like to see you finish this at some point, because there's a lot of good stuff here to work with. Your beating heart animation is very impressive.
My Thoughts:
The first thing I want to go over is the graphics. I would say they are surprisingly good, especially considering the game is in early access (as of the time I am writing this). Also the gameplay is actually a bit of fun. It's not something I would say I could play for several several hours, this game isn't something like No Mans Sky or Subnautica however it also is not as priced as either of those, neither is it anywhere near as developed as either, so with those factors considered along with the factor that more stuff will be added in the future I can honestly say I think the 7USD or so I spent on this game is worthwhile, at least for me, and hopefully more stuff will be added in the future (With that said, the gameplay does feel a little repetitive after some time)
Tips for the Developer:
Quite a few things need polishing. For instance, in the tutorial pressing any button goes on to the next test. What I found myself doing in the Tutorial is trying to move and without realizing I moved past several lines of text (Usually 3-5 at a time). Also, the main menu could use some work as it is a bit strange moving left to right, however that is not a big deal as it is only the main menu, but it is still something I want to mention. Also, the gene UI (the thing where you can see all your Pathogens genes) and the genes in general, is unpolished but also seems very confusing at times do to that as I do not know exactly what each one of them will do so it becomes a guessing game with some of them. Also, the color scheme for the for some of the text over the background could use some work (Example, dark blue text over light blue tinted background) because it makes it hard to read some of the text. Of course this is obviously all a Early Access, and everything is still subject to change in the future, but I still want to mention it because it is still criticism the developer could use to improve their game. One final thing, there is an obvious language barrier since the developer speaks mainly Chinese (If I am correct) and some translations to English seem are very confusing at times, just something I want to mention for the developer because I see no English reviews for the game so they might not know about that. Overall though, the game looks to have good potential, just needs a bit of variety added to make it less repetitive along with a few changes here and there.
