You shouldn't get this game, it's really full of bugs and it's becoming worse and worse with no fixes. Just don't
brilliant game presenting the tasks of a firefighter. graphics are okay the truck details are awesome and the driving feels smooth. have not seen any bugs in the 6 hours i have played. it can only get better
While this game is complete, the Dev is still continuing to add, and tweak certain things to make the game more enjoyable. A recent bug that was pretty bad, has been fixed, and the game is working more smoothly now.
Brought this a few years back, totally forgot about it. I came back and from what I can remember, it was never this buggy. Don't have a clue what happened but it's in a terrible state, unplayable for a matter of fact. Avoid at all costs, not worth the money.
The most bugged game I've ever tried. It would be acceptable for an early beta, but you can't call this a full release.
It's a bummer because the idea is really great, but the game like this is frustrating to say the least.
One of the better firefighting games on the market. I enjoy the whole station to scene aspect, the tones sound right, and being able to open up the equipment cabinets on the trucks is a nice touch. Hopefully in a future edition there will be a chance to play on different maps or in other, different stations.
I really wanted to enjoy this game. The concept of managing firefighting operations is appealing, but unfortunately, the performance issues make it nearly unplayable. The constant lag and frequent glitches completely ruin the experience.
Lag: Even on lower settings, the game suffers from significant frame rate drops, especially during intense scenes with multiple firemen and vehicles. This makes precise control and quick reactions incredibly difficult.
Glitches: I've encountered numerous glitches, including characters getting stuck, fire effects not displaying correctly, and even the game crashing entirely. These bugs break the immersion and lead to frustration.
While the simulation aspects show potential, the poor optimization and technical problems hold this game back. Until these issues are addressed with substantial patches, I cannot recommend purchasing Emergency Call 112. It's simply not worth the frustration.
this game is for people who like firefighting and for playing normaly 10/10

Game looks promising, but full of bug that make it unplayable. cant move in the story because the bugs make the game literally stop can't do anything you're just stuck there. Too bad it looked awesome very detailled.
I got this game as a Christmas present and I started playing it, the next day I started to find a LOT of bugs some that stopped the functionality of the game. I tried to get a refund but them I got a message saying that "You have spent more than 2 hours playing the game You cannot get a refund". Moral of the story don't waste you money

All The Vehicle’s interior such as the copy scania truck, has no real dashboard, all the other dashboards are FAKE. The game isn’t optimized at all. Problem being Aerosoft likes to support crapy game developers, who use the cheat way to develop video games, using Unreal Engine. This is no way a simulation, the game is boring, and the price is a complete utter rip off. Same old Germans ripping people off, who cannot be trusted, and are serial liars just like aerosoft.

There is multiplayer included, but I can't get into multiplayer with a friend of mine who has the same game as me, which I find so strange.while he returned the game they make this game and add multiplayer and then they put on it that it is a single player I don't understand it then add that it is also a multiplayer instead of single player.that it is a single player but also +multiplayer

This Game has its bugs but when it works oh man is this game fun!! i would give it a 10/10 but because of its bugs i will have to give it a 7/10. i love the sand box mode!!
When there is an event such as a fire, a car accident or something like that and all the emergency services do not work alone, I have to do everything alone

Spiel ist noch sehr im anfangsstadium, normalerweise währe das noch early-access.
Game is still very uncompleted/bad, normally you would call this early-access.
Bugs bugs bugs, poor graphics for a game released in 2021 (a squeal no less), being from america I'm not sure the accuracy in simulation in Germany, however i find it boring, and too task based. Do this then that then this then that. Driving feels clunky AI is unresponsive the map does not even work and to top it all off they're charging money for a single vehicle as a DLC. It's sad that there are not many firefighting simulators out there, and this one can't even be called a simulator.
Managed to complete the tutorial without any help from the tutorial... So in short this game is very buggy. But this game is very cool, but the bugs really annoy you. Not recommended - buy something else.
Overall probably going to give it 2/10.

If you want a slightly better firefighter sim - THE SQUAD (America) or FLASHING LIGHTS (American) are probably better options.
The game has way too many bugs, and it sometimes seems like the developers don't test the different missions before updating. Aside from that: Playing the game when it works is extremely fun. With support for steering wheels, it makes it extra enjoyable. Recommended, just a heads up on the bugs!

I really enjoy the game. In my opinion its most realistic fire department out there. you don't know when the bell goes off or what the call is going to be. there's nothing I don't like about the game. I will recommend the game 100% .
This game is very good but has some bugs where the crew do not follow pack up orders they just stand there and do nothing then the game freezes
