McRogue

It's time to rage against the machines... Join McRogue in his fight to reclaim his world from the hoards of invading robots. Fight your way through procedurally generated levels in a race against time to find the level teleporter and banish the machines for good. Enemies get increasingly stronger as time goes on, but McRogue can also grow stronger by finding and unlocking powerups strewn throughout the world.

This is a roguelite combat exploration game. Depth in the combat system is designed to come from the enemy interactions rather than a vast array of combos. Spend your time focusing on how to beat the enemies in front of you rather than memorizing endless button combos.

Like many other roguelites, McRogue features permadeath and procedural level creation. McRogue runs on a blazingly-fast custom engine and features a sophisticated level generator based on the latest AAA technology. Enemies grow stronger over time, but their spawning is closely curated by a game director that aims to ebb and flow the intensity of the combat experience.
