About the Game
Treasure Hunter Simulator gives you a chance to explore historically important locations worldwide and, by using your metal detectors, to discover that past by finding interesting artefacts and getting to know their historical significance.
With locations scattered all over the world, you’ll need to find something interesting and valuable in your local woods to gain the prestige and funds needed for better equipment and travel expenses to exotic, remote locations. You can decide to keep artefacts for your collection or to auction them off to travel even further or get even better gear.

Have had the game for awhile but just now trying it out. Wish I had looked more into it as constant crashing seems to have been an issue since 2022!!! I feel like the devs aren't doing anything about this with so many folks having this issue. I do NOT recommend buying this game. I would have gotten a refund had I tried it when I bought it.
This game used to be playable, recently it has so many bugs that it causes it to crash and is completely unplayable. Even loading to the title screen (not even that honestly) it crashes. I dont recommend this game unless your looking for a waste of time to play something unplayable. Developer please fix this, it used to be a interesting calm game to play now its junk.
my last laptop it worked fine, when i switched to my new one I couldnt get into any area without the game crashing. i had fun when i could play it but now its junk to me
Unfortunately DRAGO Entertainment did not live up to the expectation with this one.
tedious and boring
Very Chill game
keeps crashing every minute. No matter if im in game or menu. Rtx 3070 and intel i9
While I bought this game a while ago, and locked in a few hours on it via girlfriend's laptop, once getting my new laptop a little while ago I tried downloading and playing the game tonight. I'm sorry to say this but the game is crashing constantly. Can't even get through the "tutorial" mission in the civil war memorial park area. Looking for help via the steam discussions it seems the devs are not answering this problem that is happening to many people. If you have a newer system DO NOT buy this. I have a feeling it is effectively abandoned now and this game has some serious issues running.
And its a shame to cause I remember having fun with this.

It's simple and interesting game, but i had to stop playing. The identification needed for almost everything found is really annoying. Why do i have to find specific angle when the thing is round? Make it automatic, please.
You should add a Geiger counter
Niche game. I don't think everybody can have fun with it. If you want to waste some time I can recommend it.
Crash Crash Crash
Its an ok game if you're into a really chilled gaming experience whilst trying to get steam achievements. I'd definitely wait for a steam sale though, anything below £9 would be ok.
Pros:
- Nice music for each map.
- Maps are nice albeit not the best graphics.
- Didn't take too long to get the achievements.
- Extremely relaxing,
Cons:
- Extremely repetitive treasure.trash finds, it feels like more thought and effort could of gone into different things you could find especially treasures that could be for specific regions.
- Pretty bad graphics.
- Story could do with a better ending.
- My PC sounded like it was taking off.
A pretty cool game, even though pretty repetetive. But pretty informationa with many different objects. There are many things that could have ben better, like different discriptons for the missions, faster shoveling so on, but the areas are different and the items have all a different disciption. Every location has a different music, which is pretty cool. The soundtrack is really well chosen, by the way. The ranomizer for the treasures is a bit of, you mostly find a certain array of objects and no new ones. In summary pretty cool nice graphics, nice ambience but the mechanics can het pretty tedious. I still can pretty well recommend it
