Tactical ops is a subsystem of investigative, organizational-preparatory, other actions and operational-search activities conducted under a single plan and aimed at solving individual intermediate tasks subordinated to the general objectives of investigating a criminal case.
You take on the role of one of the soldiers, whose goal is to detect and eliminate the enemy in the very center of the fighting events. The set of equipment includes a pistol and a rifle with a silencer and a laser target designator, a lightweight body armor.
Watch the detection indicator otherwise the opponent will raise the alarm and cause support and then you have to fight hot.

The "developer", BitlockStudio/LillyWelland Inc., took the Top Down Shooter Characters Pack Unity Store tutorial/demo/game asset pack from the real developers, Gears & Brains Labs, changed the name, and dumped the result onto Steam. They're attempting to scam people into buying this, so they can get your money for someone else's work.
BitlockStudio/LillyWelland Inc. has shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

- "Find Your Way" = Polygon Western - Low Poly 3D Art Pack developed by Synty Studios
- "School of Horror" = School Scene developed by Tirgames Assets
- "Thunderbolt" = Smash Way Hit Pyramids developed by Andrew Oleynik
- "Eon Fleet" = Space Ace Shooter Game Template developed by Puppeteer
- "Bloody Sand" = Urban Town Pack - Middle Eastern developed by FlamingSands

The products that result from asset flips aren't "real" games. They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "Top Down Shooter Characters Pack" is just an asset pack with characters to be used in top down shooters, combined with a very simple demo to show how to use them in a real game, and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC game, so a copy+paste of it can't be recommended.
Asset flips don't involve any professional game development. Sure, sometimes they may change a few cosmetic things, swap out different assets etc, but at heart it's functionally identical to the asset they're ripping off.
Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that sincerely made indie games should have, and make it harder for gamers to find real games from genuine developers.
Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from BitlockStudio/LillyWelland Inc.
