GamePlay: Purchase guns and ammo in the store, kill terrorist in each stage/level to progress further in the game.Features:

• Levels: Each level has 3 stages that need to be cleared out before unlocking more levels

They're trying (badly) to pass someone else's work as their own.
It's just a bunch of random GameGuru assets dropped around a really lazy, stock textured GameGuru map template. This one has a "terrorist" theme, and that's basically just the "default" set of GameGuru assets... looks like the "developer" here didn't even bother springing for extra GameGuru asset packs on their asset store. Making this really one of the worst GameGuru asset flips around, and they're almost the worst kinds of asset flips on Steam (yeah, RPG Maker is not getting off that easily).
This asset flip is so badly done it's even using the default GameGuru launch screen and "options" page... and let's be clear, GameGuru is a completely godawful construction kit. If you try to take it seriously as a game, you'll find no resolution or graphics tweaks, no controller tweaks... it's horribly optimised and will be sluggish even on high end rigs.
You can make the argument that GameGuru exists to just make demos and little experimental games to pass around with friends, but that's not what's happened here... the developer is seriously trying to scam people into paying money for this construction kit copy+paste asset flip. That's not okay!
The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 2 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 100,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected.
So, should you buy this GameGuru asset flip? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam?
Terrorist Elimination is relatively cheap at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend. This is also competing with over 11,000 free games available on Steam, many of them far better than this paid product.
Didn't like it, no training. Too fast start
Horrible game. Horrible graphics, horrible shooting mechanics, horrible design, horrible loading time, horrible all around. This game should not exist in the universe. 0/10.

Terrorist Elimination is possibly the most advanced Game Guru project to be released on Steam so far...
POSITIVES:
+ Main Menu background (not the default background!)
+ HUD (not the default HUD!)
+ Hands (not the default hands!)
+ Some sense of tactical gameplay elements (I use this term loosely!)
+ A variety of firearms
NEGATIVES:
- Simple objectives
- Repetitive maps
- Exploitable and braindead AI
- Cannot save progression
- No Map Selection Menu
- No Option Menu
Verdict: A poor mix between Rainbow Six (Terrorist Hunt mode) and Counter-Strike (Buy Menu).
