I played this game when I was very young and I found it challenging, but my partner played through it and it's not that difficult. It's a lovely collection of varied puzzles, and we got about four hours out of it. I think this can be a very enchanting first game for people who enjoy simple, adventure games.
Great old game. One of my first steps i made in by playing games. Some puzzles are pretty hard and or annoying but still a very nice puzzle game to play once in a while. I can recommend it
This is a hidden Gem game 💖
Reminds me of my childhood, excellent game, I wish more games like this one exist.
i ADORE this game
bought this from big fish many years ago and it still holds up
very short tho thank god there's a sequel
one of my all time favourite puzzle games. a good story, but some puzzles can be quite tedious and repetitive
I played Azada when it first released on disc. It still holds up to this day with fantastic mini-game puzzles and a fine enough story to keep you intregued
It, on my device, crashes every few levels, but nostalgia is a hell of a drug. Oh, and it autosaves. This will be my new obsession for the next month.
The first two Azada games are classics and ones that I often come back to. They are unique, and they often feel like mini-escape rooms with the puzzles that you have to figure out. I would buy the first two in the series.
Game completely freezes after 2 minutes, completely unplayable.
Can't click on just about anything without the game freezing. Oddly the sound always come through though.
A nice, gentle game for those that loved getting their teeth into that old-fashioned puzzle book that grandma gave for Christmas. It's about solving traditional classic puzzles in a quaint setting and won't over-excite you. It is a timed puzzle game of ten chapters of nine puzzles in each ( with 24 types in all lined up suitably on a shelf).
The variety is excellent and they really are all your old favourites with a few new ones thrown in. (I could personally do without those annoying matchstick ones but there ya go.) Two or so puzzles in each level, however, involve a still picture which you interact with and it's these that can sometimes be a little obscure or baffling. (You can use an exploit though - rush through using hints then restart the level!)
Still, worth a dabble on a potato computer for a session or two when on sale.

used to love it but it doesn't work on my computer. i was exited to play it again but it just keeps freezing :(
I had this game years ago. PC crashed, couldn't find cd key or something. Been so many years ago I forgot what happened to the game. I am glad to have it back along with 3 other ones. I have one them already, But 4 came in the deal, so I got them all. Love this game.
Me and Azada goes all the way back to when I was just 17 years old and I find this point and click game nostalgic and I really like the game.
kinda a middle of the road game, the puzzles are a bit to repetitive. Not a bad game for casual players though.
Nice game, I used to play it when I was a kid and I used to love the puzzles. It has always been very easy though, wish it was a bit more challenging and there were achievements. Finished the game very quickly. The story itself is a bit weird but the goal of the puzzles is very interesting, although I think it is a little bit pricy considering it is a very old game and absolutely nothing changed on the graphs, story, puzzles difficulty and so on. To children I think it is a great way of teaching how to use logic to solve problems - although some solutions sometimes seem to not make sense at all, but it also teaches to work with the unexpected and open your mind to different possibilities, considering all ideas even if it seems stupid at first. In general I like it, but if you are thinking on buying it I would recommend waiting for a Steam sale or something like that.
Steam Really Needs a Neutral Option.
I got this mainly because of the rave reviews - and I found it disappointing.
Pros:
They really did put a lot of effort into the game play and graphics.
After you unlock puzzle types you can go to a room and replay just that puzzle type without have to go through the whole pages part of the main story. Might be good for Kids.
No problems with bugs or anything like that.
Cons:
The puzzels seemed to get boring after awhile. The aged paper/colors seemed to half put me to sleep sometimes. Not the relaxing pleasent feeling I was expecting.
The Hidden Object Puzzles just didn't work for me. And I play a LOT of Hidden Object Games - and still a lot of times it was difficult to figure out what they wanted without (and sometimes with) the Hint button. An example is in one place you need to "spell" out one long word. The only thing is that the clues for the word are letters on 4 different peices of paper. ummm. Also the "story" really isn't interesting so working out the final solution was also sort of meh.
I don't see any replay value - although some people seem to.
For $10, I feel the game is too pricy. On sale not so bad. Still I do feel frustrated.
A great game for puzzle lovers and casual players alike. The process consists entirely in solving puzzles with time limit. I only wish that the puzzles would be a bit more difficult, because most of them are quite easy to solve once you understand the principle.
Azada is a a decent puzzle game. It should give you about 6-10 hours of enjoyment.
The game is split into 10 different chapters where you have a certain amout of time to solve 8 puzzles. There is generally more than enough time to complete these without too much of a worry but some leave you floundering around in the dark. If you fail to complete all 8, the chapter restarts again. As you go along you get a token that will give you the option to bypass any puzzle that you have a problem with. I think there are 5 in total. They help if there is a puzzle you don't enjoy.
There are quite a few different puzzles that test your memory, observation and logic. Some are excellent and a few are poor but generally this is worth what you'll pay for it.
From the moment I played this game back in 2008, I have loved it. I logged more than 250 hours before losing all game data and CD. i recommend this game to anyone in the mood for nonstop puzzles.
