This is genuinely one of the coolest concepts for a game I've ever seen, absolutely recommend as a party game

A fun game to play with friends that tests your communication. My friend and I are obsessed with the game that we played it over Discord for 3 nights straight and finished up to 'Extreme' section. The later sections require some memorization of the manual.

A fun bomb defuser game, that can cause a lot of chaos with your partner. Its fun to see how different people play the game. The game apparently has great mods to increase the replayablity.

A 9/10 game that becomes an 11/10 with mods. Definitely worth a try

It's fun but not too many people are into this kind of puzzles.

kaboom. this is my friend and my favorite game to play together. If you feel like you and your friend can read each others minds and finish each others sentences, this is the game for you

The pace is really good, the levels are actually challenging and keep you coming back for more.

Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes – The Game That Destroys Families (Lovingly)

Highlights include:

1. Learning the Greek alphabet against your will.
   
2. Screaming “It’s ‘YOU ARE’ not ‘YOUR’!” like you’re teaching grammar class in a war zone.
   
3. Learning a Morse code.
   
4. Blaming everyone but yourself, even though you definitely cut the wrong wire.
   
[*] That magical moment when everyone is yelling and nobody has any idea what’s happening, but you win anyway and feel like NASA engineers.

Final Verdict

By the time you finish the game you'll basically commit the manual to memory. I do feel that the game would be much more challenging and fun if there were multiple manuals so that even experienced players still need to rely on their partners. It's well polished and the concept is great but it's not really my cup of tea.

Very moddable. One of the few games I actually enjoyed trying to get good leaderboard scores on with friends. Bomb game is funny.

A very fun and incredibly stressful bomb diffusal game you can either play in-person with people, or online through Discord or something. The starting bombs are quite easy, but as you progress, the level of teamwork, speed, concision, and focus that you need exponentially increases. And when I say the first few bombs are easy, I mean easy. I beat the tutorial bomb in 0:00 seconds by myself. And when I say the last bombs are hard I mean they are HARD.

A solid game. Worth trying, especially when discounted.

It was really fun to play with my family and friends!

The base game is fine for people looking to have a week or 2 of fun with a friend.

But if you're looking for endless repeatability then mods are a must, and trust me, there are an absurd amount of them. Setting them up can be a pain, and loading at first may involve crashes, but if you just try pull through and get help on the discord then I promise you it is a lot of fun.

It just never gets boring with mods because nothing's ever the same, and you don't have to know people irl to play because there's a discord. Of course there are lots of times where it's quiet due to timezones, but sessions can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours, it's up to you.

TLDR: Base game is fine, but basic, probably a 4/10 fun for me. Mods bring it up to a 10/10, but requires the pain of setting up the first time and waiting to find someone to play with. Also, people say you don't need a mic, but most of the time it both makes it easier, more enjoyable, and more likely someone will want to play with you.

Great fun with friends, ranging from extremely simple to having to study and memorize the defuse booklet.

This is a fun game and I use it in a guest lecture to talk about communication!

Intensely fun yet casual game when someone who likes puzzles and problem-solving wants to play multiplayer with someone who needs a little more intensity or spice in their gameplay.

A really fun party game, you can play with friends, family, or even just a partner. Tons of fun exciting mini puzzles to solve, and even more with mods. I only with it had more little puzzles.

I am a bomb diffuser and a man in the chair. If you don't have the game then you should pressure your friends into getting it so you don't have to deal with the stress that comes with diffusing the bomb. Most of the modules are pretty easy once you get the hang of it... whoever made the morse code module needs to be flogged. I can't stand that stupid module. I don't get the stupid flicker THAT ISN'T MORSE CODE. All in all it's a fun game to kick back and have your friends do all the work when all you have to do is read. 8.4/10 would recommend.

Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes is a blast, especially with friends. One person has to defuse a bomb while the others read the manual to help them out. It’s chaotic, hilarious, and will definitely have you yelling at each other. It’s one of those games that’s easy to pick up but hard to master, and the pressure’s on every time. If you want a game that’s all about communication and panic, this is it.
I will leave the cat here, so that everybody who passes by can pet it and give it a thumbs up and awards.

fun game.

Fitting game for 2-3 friends to play together. This game will both test your skill to accurately describe the modules to your friend(s) and to see how compatible are you with him/her/them. Other than that, playing it is really entertaining and can deepen your relationship with your partner(s).

Fun party game

It was a good game 10 years ago. still a good game now

Phenomenal game. Bonus points if you print out the manual and play in person.

This game will always remain very entertaining and fun, screaming at your friends (pro tip: have friends), and panicking with the huge timer in your face, and stressful music in your ears !

I do wish there were more types of modules since there are a lot of levels, but it's not a big complaint because there are a lot still.
