В процессе роста существо игрока получает очки талантов, которые можно использовать для улучшения способностей. В этом режиме рост идёт медленнее, но управлять ресурсами легче.
В режиме Жизненный цикл игрок выбирает существо и начинает игру как детеныш этого вида. Здесь вам нужно выживать и быстро расти. По мере роста вы получаете очки талантов, которые можно тратить на улучшение различных способностей вашего существа. Когда вы достигнете роста 1.32, вы сможете активировать режим Вызова, который значительно усложнит управление ресурсами, такими как еда и вода, а также борьбу с болезнями. В этом режиме существо растет быстрее, но управление ресурсами становится более сложным. Соревнуйтесь в ежемесячных таблицах лидеров, чтобы занять высшие позиции по росту для вашего вида!
В режиме Бой игроки сражаются друг с другом на картах, которые способствуют частым столкновениям. Эти карты имеют небольшие размеры и близко расположенные точки появления, что делает конфликты неизбежными. its great very fun and the nature/art is just beautiful, one of the best Dino games I've played definitely on my top 10 favorite Dino games
If you've ever played The Isle and thought to yourself: "Wow, this game is pain and agony. I can't possibly imagine a more mind numbing and un-fun experience" , then clearly you haven't had the displeasure of playing Beasts of Bermuda. Sitting in a hospital waiting room is genuinely more interesting than playing this game. Even if you are an avid fan of Chinese water torture, I would not recommend this game. Just buy Path of Titans instead.
The moderation don't even know their own game or honestly care about it. There is rules implied for the entire game and if you break them you will be banned off a game you paid for. Including offical servers. Its infested with hackers. This game is not healthy whats so ever. I've played this game for a longgggg time and it was good back in the old days when I didn't know what was really going on. You can spend 50-1000 of hours on one dino and grow massive and that is cool and all but people abuse in-game mechanics to kill said dino. Would not recommend this game it was a waste of money and time as you can see
Very fun alternative to both Path of Titans and The Isle, good value for what you get and it has been my main dinosaur game for awhile now. Can't wait to see what else they have in store in the years to come. Only real downside is they don't give any kind of ping rating for the servers so it is kind of hit or miss when you join one but that's only on the official servers i haven't yet played on the community servers but will be giving them a chance as well. Would definitely recommend this game to anyone that likes either PoT or The Isle and hasn't played this yet.
I bought this but left it on the back burner for so long while I played the other two dino games. I kind of regret it now! This game is low key better than both. I've had more fun on this game, with friends or solo, than I have on the other two.
I promise you this isn't a good game. Its just a cash grab with bare minimum effort. The only time its even worth it is on the official servers you can go ahead and forget about joining community servers. I mean seriously what fun is the game when there are safe zones and really stupid rules? This game at its core is pvp not we sit around a lake with 2x growth and talk about the same thing for days lol. The only game of this genre that is even remotely worth it is the isle. the balance on this game is horrible even the optimization is god awful.
I genuinely really like this game but the server and discord moderators ruin it. Multiple times I have been temp banned in game for my steam name. This "rule" is not mentioned in the discord nor anywhere else. I had a discussion with one of the mods about this who said "I will bring this up with my supervisors". This has now happened for the second time and I will have to wait who knows how long to appeal. Clearly nothing was done and this invisible rule was not added to the main set. Further more on community servers they often act as tyrants banning for the slightest rule break all the while being incredibly arrogant about it. The discord unfortunately but unsurprisingly seems to be run in the same way.
TLDR the game servers and discord are run like subredits and overly policed. You will be able to get alot of fun out of the game if your into dino or survival games but the moderating team will likely give you the equivalent of a headache. Because of this Im giving it a thumbs down as my experience has been that frustrating.
The only thing that I don't like about this game is how unbalanced some of the dinosaurs are.
1 Thing that a lot of people would probably like as well is a warning before a reset/ restart.
But other than that this game is very fun and I enjoy playing it!

This game is amazing. better than the isle and path of titans. the people saying the community isn't new player friendly are lying out their ass. this game has one of the best communities ive ever seen. yeah some people are dicks. thats in every game though. It's a small to medium sized team working on one of the most impressive innovations in gaming so obviously it's a little buggy. But I haven't seen a single glitch or bug that isnt resolved immediately by the admins in the servers.

Great fun, never ends since you can constantly improve your dinosaur talents with trial stats etc. Also the smoothest dinosaur game I play concerning graphics :)
Fun little dino sim. Depending on your server there are plenty of play styles available to you, and the dev team seem to be good at communicating with to players.
Spent 30 mins trying to figure out how to eat because the developer in their infinite wisdom decided to make the eat and drink hotkey the 'use' key and then not give the player any feedback as to why it does nothing when you attempt to eat or drink, or why sometimes I could drink vs sometimes I couldn't or how sometimes I could pick up my food which is also the same hotkey adding to the confusion and then sometimes I couldn't pick up the food or eat it.

Yes I barely have 6mins of gameplay because this game just crashes. Start it up crash. Load a server crash. Get into server and try to select my creature crash. Selected creature and then move crash. It just crashes harder than the HukTuah coin. Refunded because I can play this abomination. My pc and drivers all up to date and more than meet the recommended specs.
I am truly dissapointed because I really wanted to give it a go.
Bad game, one of the worst dino games out there, got killed by a group of flyers as a grown acro, there is nothing you can do to fight them, they just dive at you and there is no hit model for your body, dont waste your 20 dollars on this game
Muted for misgendering a short fused toxic player that wants to enforce his will on others. I suggest stop trying to bully and enforce your beliefs onto others especially in games like this.
This game awards you points that go toward making your dinos stronger down the line for hunting and killing solo players. This alone makes this game incredibly difficult to try and learn because everyone has been playing longer than you and there is infinite growth, etc. You will have to learn to enjoy losing all your progress just as you are starting to figure things out.. over, and over again. Sadists will give this game a 10/10
its nice, require some time and patience, can be quite stressful but also really chill, can played it alone or with a full groupe, its quite nice.
I mean its a dino game, thats cool i guess. Like other reviews have stated; Shit developer team: focus on more SLIGHTLY different dinos, maps with snow? in a tropical world setting? Low daily average, you've got 4 or 5 servers to pick from that has anyone playing. REQUIRES HAVING RECORDING SOFTWARE TO REPORT ANYTHING [Lol what?] Oh yeah, and the biggest downside of all? Official servers [and Official 2 east coast in particular] staff are literally mouth breathers. instead of doing their job, they split hairs of semantics of "chat ban" vs "chat mute" [practically the same thing] INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY HANDING OUT CHAT MUTE TO OFFENDERS. I could go on and on with the hours ive put in, but ill just say this: they love their chinese players, who are disliked / reported constantly by 80% of their dwindling player base. they never investigate, and due to how currency exchange works, the chinese just buy yet another account [hence the chinese love] to continue hacking/cheating/rule breaking. [Who then get slaps on the wrist cause they're buddy buddy with the lead dev "predatoria", meanwhile actual non chinese players get hard end of the stick first offense, no questions asked.]
Has potential, if they'd actually focus on fixes/optimization instead of messing with dinos and maps no one asked for.

BoB is hands down one of the best dino sims games ive played (ive played quite a few) the games not only gives you the freedom to customize the appearance of your dino but also allows you to "build" in many different ways via the talent tree. each dino has a unique ability to use against your foes and there are MANY dinos to choose from ranging from terrestrial, flyers, aquatic and semi-aquatic. 10/10 would recommend!
this game is pretty good, i like it one of my favorite things about it. Is that the enviorment can change, like if it rains it'll flood the mapl.
super fun game, has a bunch of different dino's to choose from, and the servers are always full of people. Great game all around, have played 12 hours in one week
No real help with players figuring things out. Servers are just pull of toxic players. If you want a game that is more fun for the same level of toxic? Just play something like League of Legends.
"Early access" is a plague upon gaming. Nothing should be "early access" for 5 years, fix your game and stop being lazy cash grabbing goons that do nothing but put out DLCs.
Why does every game studio want to be a con artist?
BoB aimed to achieve what The Isle could not - and it did. It created a dinosaur game that was far less based on realism and plays more like an MMO.
I still prefer The Isle, as I have 30x the number of hours in The Isle than I do in BoB, but I still come back to BoB for a different kind of dinosaur experience where I know the growth progression is unlimited, and if I wanted to, I could create some sort of mega beast turtle that can eat tyrannosaurus.
I'm glad it exists because I consider it the only serious competitor to The Isle (other than maybe PoT), and it offers a good alternative gameplay.

I'd like to say nice things about this game, and when I originally got it from a friend it seemed alot more promising.....for a very short amount of time. they just introduced the snake, so player base was higher, but at the same time it was nothing but trolls that have 1.3 thousand hours in game. The community isnt new player friendly, even the ones that pretend to be, they treat you like if you dont know something they know(with their over 1k hours playtime) that your missing a few chromosomes. Sames to be said about admins and devs on ALL servers. Too small of a player base just puts you dealing with the same clowns non stop. TBF if you want to play a dino survival, play the isle or path of titans, both are ultimately better(even with the isles spastic and many times disappointing updates, they atleast try lol) Besides the mutation mechanic for nesting(which was brought back to the isle) theres really no other mechanics that would make this stand out from its competitors, plus the un satisfying game play and **** community, you're way better off. PoT and Isle both look better, feel better, have better mechanics, better Dino selection and dare I say better player communities. Both are also cared for by the devs unlike this one it seems. So most negative reviews on this one are justifyable......expect the one trying to say they need to add tarkov mechanics to a dino survival who have 0 in common with each other besides PVP lol adding mechanics from another shite game isnt gonna make this one better. Again Better Off With The Isle or PoT. The isle looks better, more dinos(though some are about as inaccurate as the dinos in the first 3 JPs) and more attention to the game, community is hit or miss. PoT larger selection, alot are as realistic as they can be, based mainly prehistoric planet to be more accurate, maps are better, graphics are nice, not quite as realistic as the isle, but wayyyy better than this, MODS!!! the mods in PoT help it alot too, and the community is slightly less hit or miss than the isle. Dont give the clowns any money for a game that was already not as good as the other 2 mentioned, but it seems like player base has dropped to the hundreds and the devs lack of attention to their own game just puts this one at the bottom of the pole
i wouldn't recommend this game to a monkey admin abuse, server wide bulling, mods play favorites seeing as the whole population of the game is 200 people if you had high hopes to explore and conquer just know all your going to do is get conquered, make a complaint then get banned. this is a sad show of where this company went.
Toxic community.
You'll be killed for simply existing, forget the fact that you're intended to survive in packs, most people are KOS with everything they see. It makes for a schizophrenic gaming experience that quite easily could have been fixed with a simple addition of a new mechanic similar to how tarkov began rewarding scavs for having higher positive reputation as a scav.
But don't tell the devs that.
They are lazy developer and easily offended.
they went off crying about how they do so much and no one appreciates them because people on the server were asking "why are there trees under the map?" the question was never answered, they just got offended and responded by muting people on their server. There were multiple issues pointed out like "meshing" which is when collision detection fails and the character "rests" outside of the map, essentially in a rock, a tree or under the fabric of the map - as a gamer, you should instantly realize how that shouldn't be a long term problem. Imagine how you, a simple gamer, would fix that ... goes to chatGPT... asks.. gets answer... adds collision detection... i mean geez. that was hard though I see how implementing basic code would be pretty difficult.
They have mixed up priorities like all these messed up developments.
They are not fixing collision, making the maps nicer, adding more species to the game or improving the species - or most importantly providing some semblance of an actual help menu for the new players who will genuinely be lost as to what their special ability is, and what it even does, for each species - which makes the learning process painful to say the least. The other players all know what abilities are what and how to use them, their is no actual in-game help that is going to help new player.
They just play the game on official servers and argue with people. It's really weird.
They wonder why the game isnt doing well but they put in the absolute minimal effort and thrash about like a monkey in the jaws of a crocodile in a death roll if you even ask them to do something about the litany of issues.
It causes them eternal and ethereal pain to think about doing work.
there is one official server that is populated. it is on the east coast of the US.
Outside of that, there is one low pop EU server.
The rest of the populated are community servers with their own custom rules that skew towards extremely easy gameplay, not realistic or the intended experience. Think Rust x10 servers.
You can't really fault the gaming community for not taking up this game with the development team being so openly hostile towards it's playerbase.
I highly recommend NOT getting this game.
Look for a clone.
Look for something similar but you will be disappointed with the shell of a game.
it's fun, but it has some balancing issues. lower player count than some of the other dinosaur games, so you're kind of restricted in that sense.
The Game is fun for the most part. I wish their was more Survival Role Play instead of Chill or Semi Chill.
Their is a lot of Dinosaurs to choose from. The Skill Tree is great very useful. The Dinosaur customize is good.
They have events you can do. I like how some of the servers look. Sastrei Studios, LLC is doing a great job!
A potentially great game, pledged by hacks cheating, rule breaking (mix packing and scouting) and ddos and ESP on the only official server that only supports 100 players. There are other private servers that are less prone to ddos/instability but they both alter the game balance to support clan ganking and give stupid buffs to growth and let u respawn at no loose to growth. Great for lots or your friends to team up on, but impossible for a solo player to get any real advantage, the second you achieve anything as a solo, anticipate group snipping and targeted attacks, if not blatant hacks on the ONLY OFFICIAL SERVER.
TLDR; a great niche game ruined by hackers, clans that cheat and exploiters. But what else do you expect in a small indie pvp game

Has a nice nesting system that benefits both parents and the offspring. Can be buggy like most games but makes for some funny moments. New gliding system coming soon which looks very neat and nicely done from what we have seen on it.
A lot of my friends were hyping up this game so I decided to check it out. But from my experience, there just isn't really anything to do aside from eat, go to growth boost area, and sit afk waiting to grow. Ironically I have more fun in The Isle's Legacy even though it has the same problem because The Isle has some horror elements to keep gameplay interesting, and Path of Titans has the quest system to boost growth and keep the players busy. While all the creatures have their own abilities which helps in diversity of playstyles, some of them are very bugged, such as Velociraptor's climbing, which barely works.
The event zones do help keep things interesting, but the high player density caused by these events causes an incredible amount of lag.
There are some areas where the game does have some fun mechanics, though. The talent point system is very interesting, and I like that you can inherit traits from your parents if nested in. The mutations are pretty cool looking too, and are a nice touch when it comes to adding to the already very well-done skin system.
I do think this game will turn out fairly well in later updates, as it shows a lot of promise, but for now I don't think it's worth buying.
Can't actually enjoy the game unless you have a five person group to play with and protect each other from the 99% population of asswipes who run around killing ppl cause they have nothing better to do. No matter what guy you pick, some little incel will come along and bite your ankles and chase you in a impossible circle for SEVEN MINUTES until you die. I wasted my money on this this.

Game hardly updates, hit boxes are bad on certain dinos, even after years of fixes.
Idk, how many years we been waiting for the final map to be finished.
Ai needs serious work, even after how many years ago it was introduced.
Ocean creatures get Ai dolphins, that are broken, but they provide saturation.
Then you have nothing like that for the land dinos.
Talk about dropping the ball with game development, understatement on Beat of Bermuda.
a LOT of fun with friends! Really grindy but so worth it to make friends and grow cool dinos to be the biggest in the game!! Really awesome Quiet servers that I've made a lot of friends in!

AFK for 6 hours and die to toxic clans simulator. If you wanna do anything but RP with furries or kill newbs and solos with clans and their cringe hierarchy then don't play this game or the Isle for that matter.

Great fun game not like the isles not much of a time investment comparing to the isles
Playing as a herbivore in any creature survival game, to most, sounds really boring on paper. It's okay to be skeptical about certain aspects to any survival game, but trust me when I say this. The herbivores are really fun in this game from my experience. Parasaurolophus or "para" is maybe at first glance a "weak little flimsy armed herbivore who can only run from things and eat grass." You'd be correct partially. As one of the MANY creatures in this game you can play, para can run away if it wants to or if the player knows they can't possibly defend themselves from a threat. However if it is used correctly with the builds a player can make, or using the environment, it can be an absolute power house and kill up to 3 mid-tier sized carnivores. And that is one herbivore out of the many in this game, with the many different creatures in this game. ALSO this game has a playable snake creature. And it works. It just works.
This is a very, very fun game. It is a perfect mix between arcade and realism.
It is early access so there much to come. Even though it is early access, there is little to no bugs.
The only bad thing is there is not to many good populated servers, witch is sad for how good the game is.
2500+ hours in. and its changing vastly for the worse..most recent trying to say an Acrocathosaurus is ANYTHING Like a Carchar is STUPID. these people don't know what they're doing anymore. it like they completely swaps crews working on it. trying to go all woke an crap. nope cant do it anymore.
