This game is FUN for local multiplayer, playing with friends and/or girlfriend on a couch. It is also playable with my PlayStation Dualshock controllers, not just Xbox 360 controllers. There are a few Bomberman clones on Steam, but Super Bomberman R, while it isn't really bringing anything that new to the table, is better than other Bomberman type games on Steam.
But it is overpriced. 40 EUR is WAY too much. I would say it is worth it when on 80-90% sale, or if you get it in a bundle. I wouldn't and didn't buy it at full price. It also doesn't gain anything from the 3D graphics, you get used to it, but it's not a plus, more like a small minus IMO.
If you have IRL friends, you're gonna have a good time. Otherwise, sorry. Even with good online play, it'll never be the same.

Complicado falar sobre esse jogo. Adoro os jogos da série Bomberman desde pequeno, mas esse aqui é problemático. Apesar de ter gráficos bonitos, e o multiplayer local ainda ser muito bom e render boas risada, os problemas acabam se sobressaindo na experiência como um todo.
O jogo conta com uma campanha para quem quer uma experiência solo. As fases seguem formatos como destruir todos os inimigos, salvar alguns personagens ou sobreviver por um determinado tempo. Os formatos em si não são ruins, mas em cada mundo você repete os mesmos diversas vezes entre 8 fases (sem considerar os chefes). As batalhas contra com os chefes consistem em duas partes: enfretá-lo na forma "normal" (que pode demorar bastante e fica chato), e depois em uma forma "maior" onde a batalha fica mais interessante (porque foca em interação com o cenário e pontos fracos). O sistema de "derrota" não ficou legal porque a dificuldade não é muito equilibrada (toda as vez que você perde todas as vidas é necessário refazer todas as fases do mundo a menos que você pague uma grande quantidade de moedas do jogo.. mais sobre isso abaixo). O enredo é bem simples, e as animações bem infantis e entendiantes.
A parte do multiplayer segue a fórmula padrão sem erro, só que não trouxe mecânicas legais dos cenários que estavam presentes em jogos anteriores. O modo local com outros jogadores é sempre divertido, já o online eu não consigo opinar porque está morto já faz uns anos.
Finalmente podemos tocar na problemática das moedas do jogo: você pode obter algumas jogando a campanha, pouquíssimas no multiplayer offline e suponho que em maior quantidade no online. As moedas são utilizadas para comprar cenários, personagens e "continues" na campanha. A questão é que esses iten são bem caros e hoje você demoraria muito tempo para comprar tudo.
Enfim... os jogos antigos valem mais a pena que este aqui aqui no estado atual (a não ser que você compre em uma boa promoção e seu foco seja jogar casualmente com os amigos em casa)

Great Game love it originally bought it day 1 on switch however please release a update for Native 4k support.
I'm aware there's launch prompts to give 4k support but such a simple fix won't hurt.

Not a very good game. Insane price. Emulate it.
The 3D environment doesn't really blend that well making it quite confusing to navigate it, and the gameplay can feel unecessary long with nothing much happens (Specially bosses).
The voice acting is also kinda annoying but at least you can disable it.
If you ever played any of the classic bomberman games, this is okay, it doesn't live up to what it could be though. Also make sure you get it on sale because 40 is just not worth it and this is coming from a big bomberman fan. Same typical bomberman mechanics. There's a typical campaign mode with a decent amount of worlds. Sometimes I find that the camera angle is a little weird on some levels but it's usually not an issue. Local multiplayer is incredibly fun (as it should be, its bomberman)! I believe there were a lot of issues with the online multiplayer or it might not even be functional. For the amount of functioning content in this game, don't buy until it is at least 50% off (even then not the best price lol). I overall think that this could have been much better than it really is.
