After the installation you will be asked for a DirectX update when you start the game for the first time, which is actually not necessary, as Windows 10 generally updates itself sufficiently. The game start fails with the message "DirectX update required - you need the August 2008 update ...", a completely outdated DirectX update that works up to approx. Windows 7 ...
Ultimately, the game is unplayable (for me) under Windows 10, even with the latest updates - despite repeated attempts to reinstall the game.
The time that is shown in my Steam account for the game is pure test time or the time when the game hangs and is not automatically terminated in the Steam program, so that a steam restart is necessary. .
Conclusion:
As long as the game cannot be started properly under Windows 10 (for me), I unfortunately cannot recommend it.

Nach der Installation wird beim ersten Spielstart nach einem DirectX-Update gefragt, was eigentlich nicht nötig ist, da sich Windows 10 generell selbst ausreichend updatet. Der Spielstart schlägt fehl mit der Meldung "DirectX update required - you need the August 2008 update ...", ein völlig veraltetes DirectX-Update, welches bis ca. Windows 7 funktioniert...
Letztlich ist das Spiel (für mich) unter Windows 10 selbst mit neuesten Updates somit unspielbar - trotz mehrmaliger Versuche einer Neuinstallation des Spiels.
Die Zeit, welche übrigens in meinem Steam-Account zum Spiel angezeigt wird, ist reine Testzeit oder solche Zeit, wo das Spiel hängen bleibt und im Steam-Programm gar nicht wieder automatisch beendet wird, so dass sogar ein Steam-Neustart notwendig wird...
Fazit:
Solange das Spiel (bei mir) nicht sauber unter Windows 10 startbar ist, kann ich es leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

После установки, когда игра запускается в первый раз, вам будет предложено обновить DirectX, что на самом деле не нужно, поскольку Windows 10 обычно обновляется в достаточной степени. Не удается запустить игру с сообщением «Требуется обновление DirectX - вам нужно обновление от августа 2008 года ...», полностью устаревшее обновление DirectX, которое работает примерно до Windows 7 ...
В конечном счете, игра не воспроизводится (для меня) под Windows 10, даже с последними обновлениями, несмотря на неоднократные попытки переустановить игру.
Время, которое отображается в моей учетной записи Steam для игры, является чисто тестовым временем или временем, когда игра зависает и не завершается автоматически в программе Steam, так что перезапуск Steam даже необходим.
Заключение:

I cant read Russian but still seems like a nice little game to waste some time in just go around a shot other ships and vist towns a map would be nice though
