Pretty good but not as good as the first batman telltale series game. The ending was the biggest disappointment for me, largely because it felt kinda abrupt. They definitely did what they did to leave things open for another game, but we're not going to get it. I'd probably give the game a 7/10
The ending absolutely felt like there was supposed to be a 3rd game in the series but I really enjoyed this one regardless of the "cliffhangers."

Not to be Confused with other Batman games , this follows more of a Telltale approach to story telling. As you would expect its as a generic Batman as you can get. Furthermore its not as great as there walking dead series. I would rate this game a 5 out of 10
an improvement to the original and a fun entertaining game with a great story
while I enjoyed the majority of this game It did feel like we spent way to much time in the whole undercover plot line, and i really enjoyed the pre-joker stuff, again, seems to go on way to long, not even being batman anywhere close as much as the prequel, overall a good time but started to drag in a way the first one didn't, needed more actual joker and less undercover slow burn.
The game was good, there were some moments where certain decisions didn't make much sense, or I didn't get the feeling I was looking for, the character design and story were completely great
Late to the parade (released 2017) but enjoyed this. Some good weighty decisions. Interesting story, fun characters, especially the standout John Doe (Joker). Not a fan of the (thankfully) short manual walking pieces, breaks the immersion when the legendary Batman (or Bruce) can't even navigate a simple room due to weird camera angles, invisible walls etc. A simple click and go would be better IMO. Overall, had a good time for 10 hours.

I highly enjoyed the game. Once the story got started it really captivated me. I would say it's almost as good as the movies. I enjoy the darker tone much more than the movies to be frank.

What a game. I’ve played some other Telltale games, so I wasn’t expecting huge changes to the usual formula, but this one surprised me. The story is top-tier, with some tough, meaningful choices and an incredible take on the Joker.
It ran smooth, the controls were great, and the voice acting really nailed it. Even if you haven’t played the first game, this one stands on its own. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into story-driven games or just love Batman.

Batman telltale game was better then enemy within, but i liked the vigilante joker in ep 5 the starting chapters are fun with joker, i think they should release 3rd season to this story enemy within felt underwhelming but i will recommand this if u like batman games and something like this stuff, i replayed the chapters in episodes that's why it took me 18 hr, i'm not replaying it lol.

This is without a doubt Telltale's magnum opus and one of my favourite interpretations of the Joker's backstory. Can't recommend it enough!
very peak game by telltale and a good sequel, sadly no catwoman sex scene in this game.
Played it on the Oled Steam Deck. Looks very nice with the oled display! Very gabagool game. Unfortunate that the series ends here but oh well. It doesn't run at 90hz all the time like Wolf Among Us does but I have no idea how this is considered "unsupported" when it runs very well apart from a few scenarios where it dips to the 50fps range on high settings...
EXTREMELY ANNOYING! Game will NOT save for some reason. Spent hours nearly finishing chapter one and had to get off. Zero option to start where you left off. Only to start the chapter from the beginning, you can not skip.
1st game did not do this so it's some kind of game bug they never cared to fix. There are people asking for help on this from 2017.
dialogues too childish, characters and their behaviours too cartoony, quite normal for a telltale game but feels goofy thinking it's a game about batman. puzzles are meaningless and easy af. the scenario lacks logic and common sense in multiple places, but, for once in a telltale game, your choices actually matter and the story is tailored by how you play.
At first I thought this was superior to the first installment in every way. It certainly looks better and plays better.
Now that I've finished it, I'm not so sure. The narrative here has some standout moments, but your enjoyment of it is going to come down to how much you want Joker fan service, because that's what this is.
If you played this with no intention of becoming Joker's bestie, then I think it'd get frustrating fast. You'd be running into a brick wall each time you try to forge your own path, which is ultimately what this game claims to be about.
I'm also not a fan of the direction they went with the story in general. An underwhelming ending, to say the least. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't end abruptly, and it's not unfinished. But it feels railroaded to the point that many if not most of your choices feel completely invalidated. The destination is neither the one I think my Bats would've arrived at, nor do I think it's good taken in the abstract.
Ultimately, I do think the level of quality and the great standout moments are worth the price of entry. But if you're allergic to the joker, or if you played the first game and you're not entirely sure if you want more, then I wouldn't bother. The ending to the first is infinitely more satisfying.

Telltale games rarely stays in the backlog for me, the decision making aspect of their games still appeals to me after all these years. And this Batman version of their game gives a whole new perspective on Batman's story. So far I've played the VR, Arkham, and Injustice games, this one pulls me in a different way that makes me question myself as Batman, since most of the decisions I make are rarely things I would do in real life. It helped me reflect on myself in a weird way, and helped me make more rational decisions along the way. If you're in to games that make you think about your decisions and yourself, give it a go.

i've been hooked to this game for AGES. buut theres a MAJOR bug to where you could just open the game one day and have all your progress on the episodes reset. really annoying and can't find a fix. lost 10 hrs of gameplay and was nearly finished :(
Better than the first Batman Telltale. I'm glad that the last episode can be completely different based on what you do. It adds more replayability, something not a lot of Telltale games can do in my opinion. I would say I wish more of their choices mattered, but it's Telltale, so that's asking to much. Either way, good story and writing while the Gameplay is a bit enhanced compared to the other one.

A little bit worse than season 1 but still has a great beginning and ending just stumbles in the middle somewhat.
After finishing my playthrough, I went to YouTube and discovered just how different things might've turned out; Telltale gets massive kudos for all the work they did into creating a massively different ending. Just as importantly, I found their take on the Joker to be surprisingly refreshing, thoughtful, and maybe even touching... Bravo, TTG.

Great story love the game but i like games like this to be short an cheap ... this game is cheap but not short it is too long i got bored , it should have been 4 to 5 hours but this is a personal preference sooo buy the game and enjoy .

After finishing Telltale's Batman saga, I can confidently say it was an incredible experience. This and season 1 were awesome! I dont have the shadows mode, that might be why, but I did see a lot of graphics glitching in both seasons. Nothing that made them unplayable though! Loved how this one was a bit more focused on Joker and stuff. Loved it in general. :3
A great second season to a great first game. I personally think Batman: The Enemy Within improved on a lot of the aspects of Season 1, but parts of the narrative just seem really conflicting and unnatural.
I loved the characters in this season a lot more than the previous. The villains are much more interesting (the fight scenes featuring them are also much more engaging), and the Batman/Joker duo is super interesting. The game gives you a lot of freedom in whether to take advantage of your "friend" John Doe, or to actually treat him as a respectable friend. The whole "betrayal is wrong" kind of narrative is executed really well in my opinion.
What made the story miss the mark for me though is just the whole concept of Bruce Wayne joining these criminal gangs as himself, not disguised as Batman. Let me preface, I have never read a Batman comic, watched a movie, or consumed any other media other than these two Telltale games. But if Bruce Wayne is as popular and as recognizable as the game makes him out to be, it just doesn't make sense. Realistically, I feel like he would be followed everywhere, questioned why he's involved in any criminal activity, and the whole "undercover" operation wouldn't actually be so undercover. I don't know, maybe I'm missing something, but it seems like a really unrealistic story, and something that would play out much differently than we see here.

One of the more interesting things for me is how much you can influence certain characters with your actions. The game also touches on so many philosophical questions when it comes to Bruce Wayne/Batman and why the crimes in Gotham is becoming worse, is it because of a natural phenomenon, or is it Batman who makes this happen? Is Batman really a force for justice and good, or is he just as psychotic and dangerous as the people he locks up?
Personally i like this one way more than the first one. Oh, and the best part of the game is that I can be friends with John Doe. He loves me and I love him!
Joker ♥ Batman
Game play is the same as the first one which is not a bad thing I think, but the story ends in the most abrupt shitty and undeserved "you're a bad person" rant from Alfred before he leaves you basically no matter what you choose to say to him. As much as I hate to discredit something based purely on the end result, this is a game where "your choices matter", and to have a character, that I believe most people would like to be in good relations with, just be like "I don't trust your judgement anymore, so I'mma head out" is incredibly disappointing.
This is one of the few batman games that will put you in the shoes of year one Batman and is definitely worth your while with the replayability that it offers!
