Awesome Game, Storywise it is not as good as it predecessors but gamplay and mechanic wise it is the best one, and the amount of side contents i can do is astonishing i really wanted a longer Arkham game and this is it, i loved this game and i am doing side quests atm it is really good except for the obvious Riddler challenges xD, idk why it gets the hate so much i loved previous arkham games and its story but this one is the one i enjoyed the most
Hoping for a new Arkham Game xD
Amazing game, Really love the experience you get whilst playing as batman. You are able to change game difficulty in the settings if you want to play on easy , medium and hard. I strongly recommend picking the medium difficulty which is "Normal" mode. This will help you develop late game combat skills much quicker (The fundamental skills you begin with) which will then benefit you later on throughout the game.

This game has become an absolute dime piece with age. With the amount of content in the base game alone you could easily spend 40+ hours playing. That's an absolutely insane value proposition in today's gaming market. If you've never played a Batman game recently, and are looking for something new and unique enough that it is it's own experience- this is a whopper of a title. If you've played the precious games and have been on the fence about this one for a while, I'd definitely say you won't be disappointed.

combat feels nice and driving the batmobile around just feels great.
side quests mandatory to "finish" the game and trigger the last cutscene is a weird decision.
I would be fine with that, IF all 240 riddler trophys were not part of 100% completion to trigger the true ending cutscene.
so with less repetetive and a bit boring side quest content at the end, the game would have been almost perfect.
I personally really love the game's graphics and combat mechanics. The only disappointment comes from the fact that there are no proper boss battles and most of the boss battles are in the batmobile.

An Absolute masterpiece for superhero movies, Perfectly captures Gothan and all its essence. The graphics are better than most games today which is almost sad considering the fact this came out 25 years ago. Combat is as fluid as ever and there is tons to do in the city. Don't miss out on this one

One of the best superhero open world game. The city is detailed and has a lot of unique interaction. Combat is fluid and smooth. Story can be a predictable for hardcore Batman but it definitely won't disappoint you. Puzzles are also good but they become repetitive after some time. Despite these flaws everyone should experience this game.

gameplay wise, it's very fun and not boring, driving the batmobile is super smooth and satisfying, and also the battle mode bro, it's so fun fighting drones with the batmobile in the tank form.
finished ONLY the main story on steam deck oled, smooth 40fps with 2-3 hours of playtime each charge
this game and the whole series carried my childhood and i was so exited to be able to play it on my new pc and be able to mod this game and enjoy it even more so thank you rocksteady
How to put all of Gotham's most dangerous villains behind bars, beat up a thousand bandits, solve all the puzzles, nearly go insane, and save the entire city in ONE night? Yes, its Arkham Knight. Plus funny dialog from the bandits on the radio like “If I were Batman, I wouldn't put the baddies in jail, I'd kill them right away,” LOL.
3rd favorite Arkham game. I love the driving. its like Batman/GTA the map just feels small somehow idk its still fun though highly reccomend!

Very nice.. although my PC is so weak i have to play it at a very low resolution even then only playing at 20 - 30 fps.. even at this frame rate its enjoyable. worth the money (discounted lol) but even if it wasnt discounted id say its kinda still worth it (considering itll cost 400 for me)

Peak of mechanics in the franchise, with so many options for tackling different, albeit slightly underwhelming boss fights.
The batmobile is janky, but playing tower defense with it way highly entertaining.
Riddler is hillariously annoying in this one.
Great game, but my only gripe is that there are way too many Batmobile sections, and not enough good ol' Batman kicking thug & villain ass sections in the game's main story, since I love the Arkham combat so much, & I find it the most polished in this game out of all the games in the Arkham series. Also one more thing is that the game is restricted to 90 FPS max. It should have been able to run at 120 FPS, if not 165 FPS. Other than these 2 gripes, the game is a masterpiece.

An absolute masterpiece. Nearly 10 years old, and still the best superhero game ever. Flawless combat, gripping top notch story, and unmatched atmosphere. Arkham Knight didn’t just age, it became legendary.

In my opinion. Best Arkham game. I love everything in this game: combat, stealth, movement, graphics (one of the best looking games ever), side content, story (it's not perfect but still very enjoyable), leader board among friends which I found EXTREMELY addictive. For me it's 10/10 masterpiece. I can definitely recommend this game (even the whole trilogy) to anyone who's has any interest in batman
Arkham Knight is easily the biggest and most ambitious entry in the franchise by far. Everything from the graphical fidelity, to the story and gameplay is upped and refined, to provide an incredible closure to the Arkham franchise.
While the inclusion of the Batmobile divides the community to this day, i personally found it pretty fun once i got used to it (except the goddamn races) You use it for mostly everything, either traversal, combat (my favorite) or puzzle solving. It can be a bit clunky to use, and maybe overstays its welcome at times, but it helps change the pace of the gameplay at least in my opinion.
The combat remains mostly the same as the other games (though you can pick enemy weapons in this one!)
but the predator is significantly changed due to addition of new gadgets and the removal of others (RIP sonic batarang) The ai is also smarter, moving in pairs and using mines, sentry guns and even throwing thermobaric grenades down grates!
New enemy types such as medics or camouflaged militia, also force you to pick and choose your targets wisely, lest you find knocked out enemies revived, or having your location revealed!
The story is awesome and provides a satisfying conclusion to Arkham Batmans story. I especially loved the bits of dialogue from a certain character that appears throught the story, as well as Scarecrows who i find is the perfect choice for the main antagonist of this story.
1000% recommended for Batman or DC fans but you should for sure play the other games first to fully appreciate it.
My favorite Batman Arkham game, and possibly my favorite game of all time. Gameplay, story, writing, visuals, DLC? Perfect scores across the board. I know people complain about the Batmobile, but I actually like it (besides when I'm using it for Firefly or Riddler). My only big gripe with the game is the complete and utter letdown that is the Deathstroke boss fight, but I can always replay the one in Arkham Origins, so it's not a tragedy by any means.
I miss the Arkham series of games. I think this era was peak comic book - video game adaptation and would recommend anyone who wants to experience the extent to which batman can be explored, to play the whole series

Beat the game entirely on Steam Deck LCD. Runs well and looks great on default graphics settings. I used the 30 fps cap option in the Deck’s performance menu. You get to play as Batman in an open world Gotham City with a drivable Batmobile tank. Combat builds on what the previous Arkham Asylum and Arkham City games had. The story has you going after most of Batman’s famous villains.
Here in 2024 still playing this great game. Can get repetitive, but there is enough here to roam and have fun. Awesome for any Batman enthusiasts. Try to get no hits in every battle makes the game a perfect challenge.

What the fuck kind of voodoo black magic necromancy spell did Rocksteady use for the visuals of this game? Released back in 2015 but damn it aged gracefully.
It's not the best but it is my favorite Batman game, I just wish they toned down the Batmobile segments man, why bother having Deathstroke if the boss battle is set in the World of Tanks universe?
A huge sale is happening at the time I'm writing this so it is kinda stupid of you if you won't add this to your library and experience Gotham in all its glory.
Everything is an upgrade from Arkham City and the car is a really fun addition to the roster of gadgets. The devs went hard with this one and it's a shame that the newer games don't live up to the hype of this one.
It's a good game, not nearly as fun as Arkham City, but overall I enjoyed it for a single play through.
The first time I played this game was on PS4, and I remember it won Game of the Year or something. When I tried it again after about nine and a half years, it was still a fun game and brought back the same vibe as before. This game is better than the new WB games, which is why I recommend it to you guys.
Amazing Game. little to no flaws, amazing story, incredible ending, the city is amazing, the AR challenges are fun but some of the achievements associated with them are insanely difficult (the complete flawlessly or get a million score on the iceberg lounge).

Edit: After 15 solid hours of trying to get the Requiem for a Killer achievement I have finally done it and I can say that this is the single greatest moment I have ever felt. When I first discovered this achievement it made me want to give up 100%ing the game and I can now say that it was absolutely worth it. For anyone that wishes to do the same, look up a guide or figure it out yourself, but there is not cheat to this. This achievement is by far the hardest one and the greatest I have ever completed, requiring a mastery of the games combat mechanics it feels incredible to say that I am finally done.

Picked up for only $4 and probably one of the best games I've played in a while. I didn't have any trouble pacing myself doing the main story missions because even the side quests/story-lines were so captivating. Amazing story, graphics are great, and controls are extremely well-optimized for keyboard and mouse. 10/10.

Batman: Arkham Knight is a mixed experience that didn't quite hit the bar that Arkham City set. The combat in the game is more responsive than ever and still feels pretty fun. The traversal is better than it ever has been, and the batmobile is a fun addition to the game, although there's no way Batman isn't killing people while using that thing. The story in this game is pretty good and the characters are strong, but it overstays its welcome. There were several places throughout the story where I felt it could've wrapped things up but it just kept going. This mostly felt like a way to let you explore the city more and wrap up the side missions, but after unlocking all of the bridges it doesn't really feel necessary to drip feed the endings of the side stories in this way. The main villain in the game is Scarecrow, which was one of my favorites from the other games. Unfortunately he's mostly underutilized here, and the fact that they wrap up Scarecrow's storyline in a cutscene and just make the final boss the Joker again is really underwhelming and disappointing. Additionally, having the ending of the game being locked behind getting 100% is obnoxious, as the Riddler trophies have always been the least engaging part of these games. The DLC doesn't add much here, all but one of them take about 30 minutes and are usually just combat scenarios spanning 3 rooms. They don't add anything to the story at all, and could be completely skipped over and you would be missing nothing since the combat as other characters is the same as Batman, just reskinned. Ultimately I think this game is worth playing and is a fine addition to the trilogy, but misses the mark in a few areas that keeps the game from being the best in the franchise.
Best of the three imo. Combat gives me an orgasm. Finally a lot of stealth and great stealth mechanics to go with it. Side missions are a lot more bearable this time (though a huge grind) and DLC missions are pretty good. Many dislike the Batmobile, but I think it's fun. The tank aspect sounds kinda stupid but the gameplay is very refined. The others were stealth/action - this one is stealth/action/bullet hell/racing sim. The challenge mode is fun. 10/10
Maybe the nostalgia wore off after Arkham Asylum and City but this one wasn't as enjoyable, still worth playing though. Batman's gadgets didn't seem to be used as well as the previous games and I didn't care for the vehicle usage, although it did make for fast travelling across the map. The story was also not as interesting. Good game but meh.

This game is a pure gem compared to the DC games WB releasing these days. Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League really disappointed the fans. WB/ DC had the throne in the comic based games even though marvel took the throne in movie industry. but after this game things went downhill. then spider man franchise took the game industry to their hand as well. As a huge DC fan its sad to see whats happening with decision making in WB with both games and movies. Enjoy the last good DC game y'all. Arkham trilogy is the greatest gift to the Batman fans.

After over 200 hours on this game and 100% completing it I think I have made my mind up about Batman Arkham Knight. This game is my favorite video game of all time, stealth, combat, movement, story, progression anything you can really think off this game pulls off AMAZINGLY. Even the music makes.... and say it with me now.... it makes you FEEL like Batman. This games is a masterpiece, and that's putting it lightly. also Rest In Peace Kevin Conroy you made all of us Batman fans childhood.
