growing up i enjoyed platformers quite a lot and now that im older i enjoy them less and less, but somehow despite this fancy pants has kept me captivated throughout the years and this game is just as great as i remember all those fancy pants games were on kizi.com back in the day, i know my play time is 3 hours but i played through this whole game on a different computer throughout high school and loved to play fancy arena with my mate and if the great single player and multiplayer wasnt enough theres also world 1 remix included which is my favourite fancy pants of all time and was great to go back to for that sweet sweet nostalgia
would highly recomend to anyone that enjoyed the fancy pants browser game, if you arent sure youl like it try the demo to the other fancy pants game on steam, they all handle similarly and itl give you a jist of how the game is
somehow this shit is better than every AAA platformer combined. bravo borne.

The last boss fight took me like 10-15 tries and i never wanna open this game again.

Longer but more boring version of the original flash game. Unnecessary details and uninteresting level designs made me uninstall, I dont recommend it for those who are excited to buy the game.
I love that fancy pants is still around and even more accessible for gamers now! I love this game :) SFPA gives me wonderful nostalgia from the flash game era, while further improving the fluidity of movement that makes it so fun to jump around and kick a** in this game. Added controller support also increases the ways you can enjoy the game, as it makes me feel like I'm playing a brand new platformer. I recommend this game for those who appreciate a simple game where movement mechanics are smooth to the max, and movement that is wonderfully parkour-esk, giving you the freedom to jump and slide around freely across a variety of platforms and obstacles, while simultaneously beating around various bad guys.
Short but fun game, i definitely recommend it tho if your into games similar to sonic or mario

The game is quite short, taking at least less than half-an-hour to play entirely (an hour, for me) if you're not aiming for 100% completion, but the replay value is very good and anything made by Brad Borne is an awesome game to me... or dare I say, fancy.
You can't just look at Fancy Pants Man doing stuff like running across various worlds and places and swiping at evil bad guys with his artistic weapon and not say that he's fancy. I've been interested in this series since I was 7, and it's awesome—err, fancy (yeah, that too!)—how far this series has come, and I can't wait to see what comes next for this stick figure with an awesome hair style and fancy orange pants. (I think I've been throwing around the word "fancy" a lot for this review.)
Anyways, the boss fights deserve some praise as well. They're so well-designed and it feels very awesome when you defeat them. The ability to upgrade your abilities and get new hats and all sorts of pants colors (including ones that are mysterious... in a fancy way, of course!) are also worth mentioning and what I find to also be cool. Some of the rooms where you get the hats and pants colors are kinda paaaiinful thooouuugh... but still evermore so fancy!
Running fast and running fancy feels so... um... uhh, I can't think of a word that starts with "F" to describe how awesome it feels. :(
This momentum-based platformer is criminally underrated. It has tons of ideas (even if it's too short to expand on all of them) and consistently fun level design. Though it has a somewhat underwhelming presentation, and combat that breaks the flow

It's a fun platformer to play.
A very fun and short game! Though personally I got lost for hours doing the special door challenges, and seeing how fast I could speed run certain sections. Can't wait for more fancy pants to come later down the line. 10/10 would highly recommend to anybody looking for a fast paced platformer.
If FP has any sort of nostalgia to you, I highly recommend getting this game! It has all 5 games in it, and controls better than any of the originals!

Hey is that one flash game but in its fourth installment. Very cool and fast platformer, I hope Brad continues the series. That one part with the handgun was insane.

but the movement is insanely sick so it makes it all worth it
