Pretty good game, not worth the 25 euro's in my opinion, but with the updates being released in the near future and the way the game handles it's looking better by the day
I've played a lot of this game, and want to like it, but it's just too buggy to recommend to anyone right now. They keep releasing paid DLC's, but seem to give the game itself very little support. Multiplayer especially is rough, with your car and character jumping around, lights or sirens not working, AI not rendering in for some players on callouts, etc. I find myself loading in, spending 20 minutes customizing my vehicles (which is a great feature in itself), and then getting frustrated after 10-15 minutes of actually playing the game and turning it back off. I hope I can update this review to shed a more positive light on a game with a lot of potential in the future.
TL;DR: Get the game if it's on sale. Hold off if it isn't. It's fun when it isn't buggy, but it's always buggy.
Bad game. Full of bugs, 1/4 of my calls don't work. IE can't transport prisoners, can't find escaped inmates, suspects shoot then surrender then nothing happens, just a bad game.

39 minutes in and this game majorly crashed my rig twice causing a complete shut down, black screen, RGB lights to malfunction, and a full refund request. I read other comments and was hesitant to even purchase this but it looked like a decent game with potential, yeah no. All of the comments you are reading are very accurate. AVOID THIS GAME.
its pretty fun but i think they could consider adding first person mode and they could add like direction or arrows that lead you to the dispatch calls cause its pretty hard to naviagate the map overall its pretty nice
Great Game Good Rp for multiplayer and singleplayer you can get dozens of mods that are useful and make the game more fun and i personaly recomend getting all of the dlcs for the game its worth it.
Thought it had a first person view but it's only in the car. Refunded. Please replace those trash gun effects and sounds! LSPDFR is MILES AHEAD!!
Its an acquired taste but also a gamble just buy GTA and do fiveM if you wanna be a cop or EMS
Its fun, busy, and when you have at least one person on every job, Super Fun!! It does have a little wonky here and there, please fix those DEV's?
great game. very fun to play as an EMS, Police Officer, or Firefighter. Only downside is the game seems to have a still in progress feel. but other than that its a great game and its very fun too!

I would rate this game **** Stars as it is a really enjoyable game and me and my friends have hours of fun on a bored day, this game includes everything you need to play as a EMT, Fire and Rescue Or the Police service. It works perfect for a police game

The game concept is fun and it's kinda fun to play but it has so much problem that makes it really annoying to play
the game is really buggy, the AI traffic is a mess, the AI is just horrible and the controls are really clunky. And there's also performance problems. it's lagging a lot even with the lowest settings. my hardware is far from high end but it's well over the minimum requirements, enough to play games like GTA V with fairly high settings, yet it's very laggy most of the time in this game with LOW settings, i even bumps the resolution down. I noticed the game don't fully utilize my hardware, my GPU usage and CPU is under 50% and it's only happen with this game, so i don't think it's my hardware faults

Every time I launch this game, I hope that it works and I have fun. I really want to enjoy this game. It has good bones. Its messy development, focus on paid DLC before fixing bare minimums just leaves a sour taste in my mouth. The Devs have come out and said they are focusing on bug fixes this winter in lieu of new paid content. I really want to believe them. Every time I see a immersion breaking bug, glitch or hiccup it drives me insane and I force close the game because In my mind, these are things you would fix first. Peds that walk away from you and calls that almost always end in just a shootout if it doesn't cancel the call before you get there or fail to load. Traffic stops where NPC cars just stop..IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY with no way to reset the stop or even correct this issue. Nothing beats seeing the ped you arrested and turned in at the station walking down the street with handcuffs still on as you are leaving the station.
TLDR: Too many failed promises. Grab it for $6 or less or wish-list it if you want but don't spend significant money until they fix what should have worked from the start.
Can't recommend or recommend. The game is very buggy although if the bugs get better I'll definitely try to buy it again. The game-play is very good but, the graphics and Npcs still need improving.

The multiplayer was not what I was expecting wish you could squad up with friends but you can’t

The graphics are vibrant, and the variety of roles to play makes every session unique. If you’re looking for an exciting multiplayer experience, this game is a must-try!
Game is fun and all but its very basic not too bad but this game should have so much more.
The game is pretty decent, however there's a lack of immersion, especially with the graphical quality. Downtown is the worst part of the map, other areas are pretty good. The callouts are fairly well done, except the random helping and officer and then getting shot at as a firefighter and no AI police to help. Multiplayer is okay, but not a lot online and some rooms they will transport you to the area they want you when you dedicate yourself in a different town. All in all, it's a great concept, but I look forward to more coming to make this game better, especially the graphical quality to near the GTA V look.
I’ve been playing this game for a couple months now, and I think it by far has the most potential out of any police sim games right now. The customization for the lights is very in depth, mods such as skins and sirens and such are very easy to put in the game and when things work properly, it can be a super enjoyable and immersive experience.
However it’s extremely rare that everything does work properly. This game is PACKED FULL of gamebreaking glitches and bugs. And that’s if you can even get into a server and play long enough to see them, because half the time you can’t join any without getting bricked on the “loading vehicle traffic” screen and have to restart the game.
And even if you do get into a game, it’s very easy to get a button prompt stuck on your screen, unable to interact with your vehicle, or your game to bug out and have to leave and rejoin.
The callouts are broken. In multiplayer they are unplayable. Maybe 5% of them you can actually get to clear, that is if they don’t clear automatically by themselves before you even get there (which happens extremely often)
Civilian interaction as a whole, which is what this game is based around, is severely lacking. Half the time the people you try to interact with will walk away, are invisible or can’t be interacted with. As of the latest update, I can’t even SHOOT them anymore, bullets go right through them, and then they can’t be interacted with, so there goes even more callouts that can’t be finished. Seems the game gets MORE broken as time goes on, and not the other way around.
Car mechanics are laughable. Pursuits with ai cars? Forget about it. No such thing as PITs in this game because the cars are on rails. Get one boxed in or want to lightly push up against it? It will fly into the air and spin like a fucking beyblade. The only way to get an NPC to exit their car when you DO get it stopped, is to shoot the tires which is extremely unrealistic. Tires don’t even deflate online and as soon as the NPC exits the car, they dissapear.
Other player’s cars driving around with doors showing open, the floating AI ambulances with the wheels glitched into the ground, being on good roleplay servers but constantly breaking the immersion because of bugged out everything, it gets tiresome.
I used to play Patrol Officers and I thought that game was a buggy mess, until I played Flashing Lights. It makes that game look like a polished triple A title. The AI interaction and pursuit mechanics are WAY smoother and more intuitive by far. The only thing FL has on any other game is the RP servers, ELS customization/mods, and being able to play EMS and Fire. All roles which are extremely limited in their own respects.
As I understand it the game has an extremely small dev team, but it’s been out way longer than Patrol Officers, and even pre-dates LSPDFR I think. A fucking game mod that is more polished.
I just needed to rant and say that this is by far and away the most broken game I’ve ever played and the $30 pricetag I paid with the state it’s in is absolutely not worth it. Like I said it does have SO much potential but with how long it’s already been out, and how bad it still is, it’s hard to imagine it will ever been as great as we want it to be.
But all this being said, I do find myself coming back to it very often. It’s fun if you can get it on sale and hope the devs fix it. Do NOT do what I did and buy it full price with all DLCs. The devs shouldn’t even THINK about releasing another DLC until this game is more playable. I will not be giving them another cent for anything until then. The game shouldn’t have launched out of its beta state.
Absolutely love this game.
Couple things though you need to be aware of prior to purchasing;
-It is an Indie game, it has a lot of quirks which can be funny but also sometimes be frustrating.
-If you are looking for high-realism then at the time of this posting this game may not be for you.
I honestly enjoy the game but the only issue that I have with it is the optimization, it drastically needs to me improved and I have pretty good specs

the most garbage laggy dumpster box fire of a game, that this is. probably 2 frames per second, have a good PC, and my settings in game are turned all to potato game. garbage. fix the game.
While it is decently enjoyable there are some flaws. The traffic obeys the laws and if you do observe a violation it won't let you write it up except for a few options that most likely are not related to the stop. Speeding will rarely be a violation you catch bc the vehicle spawns trap AI from doing anything and they're not programmed to really break any laws. Pedestrians are pointless "roamers". You will be handling calls that will usually escalate to being shot at immediately on sight. Etc. Etc. Etc. Sure you could find a decent roleplay community, but singleplayer is fun for an hour at a time until they release more content and stuff to do... although unlikely bc game has been out for awhile now... kinda an as is package. I do recommend Police Patrol Sim if you're in the market and download FIVEM or LSPDFR just have to deal w the headache of updates breaking the game and having to re-up the files every time. For medic and firefighting in this game it is pretty fun... just wish PD was more immersive. 7/10. Graphics: 8/10. Handling: 6/10. Gunplay: Average. QoL: 5/10. Buy it? On sale. The games physics and texture is so bad and shit which make the game fun.
Overall, If you are looking for a game to just relax and have a good time by yourself or with some friends, it is a good game. The lighting customization allows you to individualize you vehicles to make it stand out.

Decent game, just small lack of content and animations are weird. But overall a fun game, especially when you use mods.
It is really fun, and easy once your learn the controls! But to make it suit me better i changed some of the keys. Like to enter and exit vehicles, blinkers, etc. VERY FUN!!!

This game has alot of potential. I use to play alot of LSPDFR and FiveM this is a decent replacement considering...the only two problems i have in this game is the performance and the game just breaking in vehicles and menus...i am not sure what causes it but every now and then you menus become unresponsive when you click around or you will get stuck in your vehicle unable to do anything forcing you to either leave game or force close the game. It isnt common enough to be unplayable but it is annoying when your vibing or just getting into a game/server. Idk if i can respect the $24 pricetag...i got it on sale for $6.74 and its worth .....i think in the state its in $15 should be the max but the game does have an active community and servers are usually always up and the devs plan on fixing issues over adding content which i think is great...i would like to see civ roles added because the AI isnt the best...close to GTA maybe better but still bad

This game is kinda goofy, but that is partly what makes it fun, you can find mods, that change the liverys of your cars (i make my cars swedish as an example) and even make your own. You can also change the sounds of the sirens and more!
Its a great game, Way better to play with mods and Friends or just multiplayer itself, Has police-EMS And FD, New updates are also making the game better!
This game has bad lag and doesn't update ever. They say when to expect updates but then you end up waiting 3 extra months for the updates which are always lacklustre and never live up to what they say. This game is solid though other then those problems. I would give it 2.5 stars and honestly wouldn't get it unless it's on sale.
Not recommended for now. My PC specs meet the requirements, but it's still very buggy and horribly optimized. I'm waiting for the devs to fix these issues.

this game is fun and entritaining and will make your dreams of being a police man, firefighter, EMS worker it is so real and amazing and recomened it as a training game for new learners of rescue
This is a very fun game the mod callouts are relastic the only thing i think the game should have added or change is the AI cars make them more responsive to lights and sirens. Also they should add foot chases and real guns like a glock a real tazer like a X 26 or Tazer 10
Very realistic and lots of mods for different rps. As a canadian, I would like to see more alberta or canadian mods, other than that, very fun.
A really great game that I would recommend to anyone that likes to RP as Police, Fire or EMS. The game still lacks multiplayer friendly features that truly elevate the experience but it is headed on the right track. However be prepared to suffer the litany of bugs, glitches and the annoying tenancy for things to fly off at the lightest touch as the physics in this game needs work.
I am hopeful this game gets to a point where it is considered the gold standard for a First Responder simulator
