Built from the ground up by a two person team, The Living Remain is a virtual reality first person adventure shooter where players immerse themselves in a new world where the undead have taken over. You must survive the horde of undead using an arsenal of weapons in a story driven campaign loaded with a variety of interactive environments. Explore, scavenge, and collect filament to craft ammo and upgrade a variety of weapons.
You are playing as Grant Montgomery, a former military soldier who has been separated from his family. Now he is searching for them in a post apocalyptic world where pockets of remaining humans are surviving within protected compounds, while the undead roam freely. He comes across a group of survivors, one of them is Alex, and she quickly becomes his ally. Over a radio she helps Grant navigate through this dark post apocalypse world.

The campaign is fun, but I find the game unpolished compared to similar titles like Arizona Sunshine 2. You may still like it if you are not very interested in a game looking really good or having solid mechanics, but for me it kills the immersion.
It's quite cheap so if you really like the zombie genre maybe give it a go, just knowing what to expect. Still fun, but in my opinion not great.
the game's a bit too short and a bit buggy but I really enjoyed my time with it def worth the $20 overall
VR oyunlarına ayrı bi ilgi gösteriyorum ve seri haline getirmeye çalışıyorum. Bu ilk bölüm örnek olsun sizler için. Oynanış, optimizasyon her konuda gayet güzel bir oyun.

I love this game and the story is amazing i really just wish there was more and I hope you guys make more games like this that keep me wanting
This game is frigging amazing at an incredible price. The story is linear but I put this above Arizona Sunshine 2 although a similar game the levels in The Living Remain are much longer. How do I know? I completed AZ 2 in under 4 hours & took nearly 8 hours to complete this awesome game.
Really, really good slower paced Zombie action shooter - not COD Zombies if that's what your looking for but more like a bit more serious Arizona Sunshine - when I started it I thought 'well, this is a bit different' and was undecided on it - played it a bit more and started to really enjoy the pacing of it - I actually like the way in this game that you can simply walk up to the zombie and shoot them in the face and they don't do a 28 Days Later and start maniacally sprinting at you (some shamble faster at you instead) but there's a few bits where you literally get swamped - only real issues I had were with the reloading mechanics as sometimes pulling the ammo from the back area didn't work and trying to put the magazine of the gun and uzi would go a bit wonky too - maybe give the option to put the ammo in the belt area as well? - anyway, keep it going devs, you've done a bang up job!
If you are using the valve index, I would not recommend this game for the price they sell it for, even on sale.
I know it's still in early access, but for 10 euros (on sale), the games state shouldn't be like a test demo that usually comes for free on a PC. I wish I could say that they need the money to improve it, but I can't excuse this one, as I didn't see any visible changes after a year of owning it.
Since the devs reached out, my biggest issues were the head hitbox being small with a knife, so when you tried to melee someone, it felt like you are hitting concrete, and (I might of not noticed the setting, which is really dumb of me if I did) there was no way to toggle sprint with the joystick, so I had to press it down, which makes it hard to run when in combat as you already have so much going on.
I have to give it to the devs, they reached out to try and improve it. Maybe I misjudged you, if so, sorry. After a while, I will come back to check it out, as with enough polish, you can make this game good.
