Ok, encha esse jogo de mods do workshop, junte uns amigos e ria muito, a historia desse jogo é irrelevante, a diversão nele esta em matar centenas de zumbis com aparencias que você colocou com mods, com os players tendo aparencias engraçadas como da hatsune miku junto do shrek e do scout de team fortress 2, todo usuario da steam deveria ter na conta mesmo que não jogue muito, alem de que esse jogo é muito barato.

Can't go wrong with this Beast of a game, it's the best Zombie Multiplayer shooter to date. (Which is sad cause this came out in TWO THOUSAND AND NINE!) How can it be so hard for others to compete? Others don't even have to be SEVERELY better than this ether. I play this and I feel like it's missing features that would be great just to have, is it really so hard to replicate the formula and add things?
If you don't own it, buy it. Sure, it looks graphically dated and the AI on your team is a little wonky. (Just play with friends or randoms) But the enemy types, character animations, art style, facial animation, and how the enemies die is amazing.
And the mods, don't even get me started on how amazing those are. I mostly play this as Dead Space themed I got the Necromorphs replacing the zombies and the stronger Necromorphs like the Brute replacing the Tank ect. This game goes so hard on mod support.
I really wish that game Back 4 Blood wasn't bad in many aspects. :( But I guess I'll wait another decade and hope Valve Makes Left 4 Dead 3.
(And I'm not sure if it's because I own Left 4 Dead 1 or not, but the Left 4 Dead 1 campaign is in Left 4 Dead 2 so that's cool.)

All the zombie blasting fun of the first Left 4 Dead with new campaigns, a couple new guns, a couple new zombies and some fun melee weapons. The campaigns from the first game are included along with some new game-modes. Both Left 4 Dead are great fun but the second one is really all you need unless you're collecting all the VALVe games.
It's alright, The Progenitor of the horde shooter genre. A monumental achievement by its time. It's one of the oldest games alive. Valve took the trouble to port all characters and campaigns from left 4 dead 1, Add tons of modes, campaigns, and 1-up left 4 dead 1 with new specials,weapons,items, and finally melee weapons.
This game runs on any toaster, despite it's intricate back-end systems. The game has an unsurmountable amount of mod support on the Steam Workshop and it basically has infinite content.
The only problem this game falls short, is that it's gaming at it's purest form with no progression fluff:
- No Progression, or pre-game progression(with the exception of achievements)
- No In-game Customization, for that you will have to mod the game.
- No Battle passes, no Daily rewards, No skins, No Difficulty Gatekeeping.
- Symetrical Gameplay for the survivors, while asymetrical for the zombies(relevant for versus mode).
[*] No level Progression,Badges, or prestige flex
The game is pretty much run and gun, dont get hit by zombies, prioritize specials, and try to clear the level while doing a myriad of simples objectives. Gun play is nothing special, weapons feel like personal preference as if it doesn't matter what you pick most of the time. Shoot zombies in the head, the same old horror zombie movie trope.
I give this game a 7.5/10. This game goes on sale for -80% off all the time, get it on any seasonal sale, and you are bound to have a good time with the caviats above.
The game also comes with a DLC, which includes the following items:
1. A Toxic Community: Mistakes are rarely forgiven. Unless you’re playing with friends, be prepared to face harsh criticism, often from younger players. The game’s multiplayer is largely populated by school-aged players who don’t hold back.
2. Disruptive Adults: It’s not just the kids causing chaos—some adults blast music through their microphones, assuming everyone else shares their taste. Spoiler: they don’t.
3. Frequent AFKs: Teamwork can fall apart when a teammate goes inactive, whether they’re brewing tea, taking a smoke break, or simply wandering off mid-game. And yes, it often happens right after you’ve generously used your first aid kit on them.
4. Team Abandonment: Lone wolves running off to the far corners of the map, only to be overwhelmed by infected, are a common sight. They’re quick to flood the chat with colorful language before rage-quitting the game.
5. Difficulty Disputes: Some players join games on "Expert" difficulty only to demand a downgrade. If their request is denied, they might sabotage the team before leaving the server entirely.
6. Vote Kicks: Occasionally, you’ll encounter players who inexplicably start a vote to kick you from the game. When you ask why? Crickets.
The Verdict: Despite the chaotic community, Left 4 Dead 2 remains a phenomenal experience. The graphics are a significant step up from the first game, the mechanics feel more polished, and there’s a greater variety of weapons and infected to enjoy. However, surviving the online experience without a calming remedy might be just as challenging as surviving the zombie apocalypse itself.

It's a timeless zombie game that still holds up today, no cosmetics or in game purchases either.
This game is an excellent choice for players who love co-op chaos and visceral, over-the-top combat. It may not appeal to those seeking deep storytelling, but it delivers pure action-packed fun.
Very fun, I love when the community contributes in making campaigns and such. The main campaign is very nicely detailed and so are the survivors with their communication with each other and towards the infected.
Left 4 Dead 2 is a timeless game with near- unlimited amounts of replay-ability! Been playing since it was originally released, and I would HIGHLY recommend!

Zombies and mods itch my brain, would recommend if you like to just kill hundreds of zombies and have your brain turn off but also overload.
A staple of my youth. I appreciate the addition of the Jockey, Spitter and Charger. L4D1 feels very empty without them, not that you'd have any reason to play that over this. It has the original campaigns and the modding was single handedly the best thing to happen to this game. Keeps it fresh that way.

Judge by the hours played. Haha. Very fun. Didn't realize it looks beautiful after setting everything to max settings. Also just recently discovered about mods and other maps created by other people so i guess the replay value is very great.
My absolute favorite game ever. Gameplay and characters are timeless and the workshop gives you almost limitless modding potential. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to play a good coop and/or zombie game. I would neglect my son for the rest of his life if it meant I could play one 12 pm match of Left 4 Dead 2 with the boys.
One of the most incredible games of all times. This is a masterpiece and it's still being played until this day. If you dind't try out L4D2 you're missing something very important. Valve games are always worth it. Oh, and I almost forget to mention: if uou play co-op with friends, with your family or with random people you'll have a great experience too!! (there's also a versus gamemode that could be a little bit hostile with new player but you should definitly try it!! I had so much fun playing with the special zombies lmao)
One night i was looking through goole trying to find a game under 5$ because im broke, i found l4d2 i bought it and downloaded it and played for 10+ hours, If you are looking to buy a fun game that will last a while this is the game.
classic brilliant game. especially with a good team. heavily relies on teamwork so if you are not a team player then please do not join our games XD. easy simple controls and still holds up today. 10/10
For solo players, except for the main campaign, I don't recommend playing this game alone without mods that allow you to free yourself from being grabbed by special infected enemies. The only bad part that I can think of about this game is that when you are grabbed, and AI turns idiots, you will be facing inevitable death. It becomes worse when you play in endless mode and need to rely on your AI teammates. Besides this, everything about this game is perfect. It's one of the games that seem to be able to play forever without getting bored.

Its a very fun and exciting game especially with friends but i recommend you having atleast a bit of experience before playing the game because the community in this game is pretty toxic. You can get kicked very easily if you make one wrong mistake or something but still i highly recommend you to play this game
This is one of the most addicting Valve games out there! I can't put into words what about this game is so good, but, you don't actually have to care if the story-line, or the game-play, or any of that is good, because of how limitless your options are with mods, and even better the mods are just in the steam workshop, no external app needed! 100% top-tier game!
Genuienly fun even for a game that's been out for years, the modding community helps ALOT and adds more to the fun, most fun i've had with this genre of videogame.

This game is a no brainer when its on sale for 1-2 dollars. It has plenty of content and is super fun with friends. It goes on sale pretty much every big sale event but for the quality I would still pay the base price.
Worth playing time and time again with friends. It's a classic for a reason, and the fact that L4D2 contains the entire original L4D game is just smiling upon the fans of the series.
Left 4 Dead 2 is a excellent co-op game, and can be played on your own with slightly smart bots, if needed get a mod for the ai, speaking of there are plenty of mods that are comedic, realistic, and can bring plenty of replayablity- and can go low as 0.99 pence during sales.

Very fast, yet simple gameplay and shooting mechanics. The bullets last longer than they should but you need them all! You will be killing tons of zombies constantly, but there is a large variety of different types to keep it interesting. The AI can be kind of dumb, we tried a mod to fix it, but still fun with just two people. Four would be better! For a 2009 game, it seems to hold up well. The game also provides TONS of stats so you know who exactly killed how many zombies and how. The stats scroll on endlessly.
Hear me out, even if you somehow know nothing of this timeless masterpiece and are new, it's Left 4 Dead 2, I rest my case, although it is night and day difference when playing on console compared to PC, PC is good for adding to or improving on the experience, and console I've personally found to have more traditional players gameplay and mentality wise, enjoy fighting the hoards!.
Modern zombie games try to complicate themselves by integrating over-the-top mechanics and ridiculous stories that ruin the overall experience, making the game stale and not fun. L4D2 is a great example of how zombie games should be made, entertaining, basic, and chaotic. No dumb story that drags the game down, no exaggerated gameplay that becomes dry rather soon - just you and 3 buddies gunning/slashing hordes of the undead on creative and simple maps. 10/10
Left 4 Dead 2 is the ultimate co-op zombie game. It’s chaotic, terrifying, and absolutely hilarious when played with friends. Every session is filled with screaming, laughter, and moments of sheer panic.

i am sitting in sorrow while surrounded by smokers, tanks, and hunters. i try fending them off but there are too many of them. i think i have been... left for dead... Then! one of my teammates comes to my aid! but they walk up to me to give me some dire news... "i have been left for dead... too..." they said...

I remember getting this game back in 2010, and it instantly became one of my favorites. Personally, I’d prefer the maps and characters from Left 4 Dead – the first release.
There is nothing really I could bring up against this game. Sometimes, there are a few toxic players who might shoot you in a co-op mode. Nonetheless, if you block their Steam profile, it fixes the problem. That’s it.
Worth the money!
