The Last Patient is an FPS game developed using GameGuru, "The Easy Game Maker". Its a pretty short game, it can be completed in 30 minutes or less.
It has the usual GameGuru issues, awkward movements, stiff reloading, useless iron-sights, dumb AI, and choppy framerates. I can't blame the developer for these issues, as these issues should be fixed by the engine makers, The Game Creators (TGC). However, I will blame the developer for picking GG over Unreal and Unity.
Unlike some other GameGuru games, The Last Patient has a price tag slapped on it. I think I paid $0.49 for this game, so you can say that I got ripped off. This game is not worth $0.49, and its not worth your time.
Conclusion:
Avoid it.

Summary
This game was so good, it made me cry near the end.
I wish I'd punched myself in the scrotum for 5 minutes instead.
this game is fun and scary but not for people who hate gameguru i rated it a 10 out of 10
Start up game. Witness all-too-familiar GameGuru title screen, followed by a similarly familiar GameGuru menu. Have brief, traumatic flashbacks to Ivan vs Nazi Zombies. Feel the briefest flash of a smile on my face when I recall that Ivan vs Nazi Zombies got taken off Steam. "START GAME" irrespective of the risks such an action evidently poses to my mental health.
Suffer through interminably long load screen. Awaken in near-darkness with appallingly murky graphics. Press "F" in case that's a flashlight. It is. Game still looks murky and shit. Game continues to look shit, even after I accept game's prompt to optimise the graphics for me.
Walk outside ugly hospital room to find ugly hospital corridor. Immediately find pistol on nearby stretcher with corpse on it. Enter nearby room. Get approached by overused zombie asset. Shoot overused zombie asset a few times in body, then realise I'm supposed to shoot it only in the head. Pick up some health and leave.
More doors, more corridors, more rooms, more zombies. Find a key, then run away from zombie with chainsaw. Close door on zombie with chainsaw, who fortunately doesn't seem to know how to use chainsaw to remove wooden door obstacles. Be haunted by the absurdly loud sound of the chainsaw for almost the rest of the game, even when the zombie is nowhere near me.
More doors, more corridors, more rooms, more zombies, more keys, more weapons (two). Some military dudes who, just like zombies, will only die from headshots. A final key, a final door, a car waiting outside for me to escape in. GAME OVER.
Pause, reflect. Realise I have just wasted almost thirty minutes of my feeble existence on this half-arsed excuse for a "game". Get up from chair. Search my home for a shotgun with which to remove my brain, lest I should ever again be tempted to play a GameGuru product, even out of sheer morbid curiosity. Realise I don't actually own a shotgun in real life. Accept that I am a wretched excuse for a human being who will, in all probability, buy and play another GameGuru game some time between now and death, despite the soul-crushing levels of self-hatred such an act would surely inflict.
Write a lazy review (game will probably get taken down anyway). Realise with horror that, for all its worthlessness, The Last Patient was at least infinitesimally better than Ivan vs Nazi Zombies.
Move on and find a better game to play (not GameGuru). Realise that life might, just might, be worth living after all. Take comfort in the fact there's always that pack of razor blades under the kitchen sink, should I ever find myself begging to differ.
Verdict: 1.5/10.
Since writing a review about this game is already giving it more attention than it deserves, I will be brief.
NEGATIVES
- Redundant menu theme heard in so many GameGuru project
- Painfully long loading time
- Uninspired horror setting
- Poor level design
- Unbalanced difficulty (brainless zombies vs deadly soldiers)
- Unoptimized GameGuru engine
- Redundant use of premade assets
- Length of the game is 5 minutes
- Game always starts with default FOV50
- Had some trouble picking up enemies' weapons
- Some clipping issues with doors' animations
- 1$ price tag (game should be free)
POSITIVES
- So bad that it's worth a good laugh
Overall, The Last Patient simply adds up to the long list of horrendous GameGuru releases (Elves Adventures, Kimulator, Slingshot People, The Face of Hope, Aztecalypse, Bold New World, Lost Base Escape, IVAN vs NAZI ZOMBIES, etc).
Buy at your own risk! You've been warned!

The Last Patient is literally not worth your money because you can play a free game on ModDB that uses the same assets and is slightly better.

The Last Patient involves you wandering around an abandoned hospital (which is a stock asset pack available on Game Guru) and shooting zombies in various rooms. You find a couple keys to unlock doors and sometimes shoot zombies that take more than one bullet to kill.
I fought a chainsaw wielding zombie that I defeated by leaving the room it was in and closing the door. Same goes for a giant Left 4 Dead looking zombie.
Also when I trapped the chainsaw zombie, you heard the chainsaw full blast for the remainder of the game until I restarted.
The game is extremely dark to the point where you can't see if there is anything useful near you. It also makes dealing with enemies extremely difficult. Thankfully this problem is solved because when you take damage it turns the entire screen red but also takes away all the lighting effects so you can see everything in the room.
I found a shotgun that was off center when you aimed down the sights. Shooting this shotgun will break the lighting in the game even further to the point where you actually can't see anything.
I opened a door and was immediately gunned down by two random NPCs and had to restart.
This game is truely awful and you should avoid it at all costs, even for $1.00. In fact, here's the link to the ModDB game that is essentially the exact same thing with a better designed level and actual lighting.

This has taken the crown from Lost Base Escape as the GameGuru title that has gameplay but also the least effort.
No one will take the crown from Bold New World which was just finite assets in an open map & didn't have an end trigger unless your physical death by natural causes was its ending, but you shouldn't release a game for money that is of lower quality than Lost Base Escape.
The game uses alot of base models and textures, i don't know if any of them are unique. Theres no story and a wrong turn gets you killed instantly and starts you over from the beginning.

This is just the typical Game Guru FPS Shooter (kill enemies, search keys to open doors) with the typical assetts that are included with the Game Guru Pack. I am honest, sometimes, i like this cheap kind of games. But this is just a bad joke. First, you have to kill some easy zombies. then some really hard soldiers, then, it is over. From now in a second. There is no story. Playtime is around 10 minutes. I do not recommend it.
Here is a video that i made, so you can see the whole level (it is without the enemies):

Because the hard soldiers, i decided to show you only the level without the enemies. Because they kill you sometimes in a second, i had to reload often. That was just boring to watch.
