Обращайте внимание на ее поведение во время езды: как у нее с управляемостью, какой дым выходит из выхлопной трубы, какие звуки доносятся из-под капота. Все это поможет найти источник проблемы.
Вам нужен полный привод, но у вас не хватает денег? Купите аварийный автомобиль по бросовой цене и сделайте из него полноприводного турбированного монстра для гонок, покупая «доноров» и б/у запчасти по объявлениям в газете.
У вашей машины мощный двигатель, но вам не хватает скорости? Следите за тем, чтобы коробка передач и дифференциал тоже соответствовали вашим целям!

В реальном мире гонки на 80 % состоят из работы с механизмами, 19 % — это тестирование и лишь 1 % — сама гонка. В игре мы попытались приблизиться к этой формуле, но при этом сделать так, чтобы игровой процесс был увлекательным. What a very fun game. if you like arcade racing games and enjoy making cars go faster, this game is a must have.
Something happened to me playing this game. I don't say it would happen to everyone but I suddenly found myself 80 hours in, and loving it. This is truly a gestalt, only summing up it's various parts will reveal it to be...kinda...a life Sim? Wut? Hear me out :)
Obviously, you gotta be a bit of a petrolhead as there is lots of buying parts, browsing catalogues (yes really!) fixing things up and modifying them your way. Though there are only a few base cars the options are near endless. And are you fixing them up to race, or make money, or as a favour?
That's why you gotta like management games. There is a lot to get your head around, things don't always go your way. Will you be able to plan ahead or maybe lady luck will smile on you to get just what you need done when you need it.. But you're probably balancing your business with building your own killer racecar.
Because this is also a racer, a proper one. I'm not saying its the best racer out there but it definitely charms with it's variation of tacks and surfaces, race types, understanding of racing physics and cause and effect from parts you've used. And believe me, many of the races are not easy.
But if you need to take a break from the pressure, you can free roam around the small but perfectly thought-out world, and the kicker is it's all set, rather uniquely, in the Australian outback, and that fits the game so well and creates an immersive vibe. You might decide to tow a broken down vehicle, take the bait on a road race, find hidden junk secrets or just tool around working out shortcuts.
Put all these things together and the game is utterly absorbing. I really felt myself in my character's role and it's great to fire the game up and decide what you wanna do today on the fly. For a small world there is so much content and a tough but natural progression curve - these devs really thought about how they wanted to construct this game and in my opinion that design has really paid off.
You might not at first be struck by the look and feel, the graphics don't impress on first look but you soon realise that they fit just right with the game and are original. I grew to greatly love the art style. There's a fair bit of jank but it's that loveable jank, the game was super reliable for me. At the start you might find it very unaccommodating in what it does and doesn't teach you. If you love working things out for yourself you'll love this approach, if you don't the dev has posted several out-of-game help guides in Steam Discussions. Although controller support is there, you will need to use your keyboard and mouse a fair bit. You'll honestly probably need a notepad (can't believe I wrote that, can't remember the last time i decided I needed one!) And walking (well, running) is absolutely horrible! Luckily once you've got going you dont have to do that too often...
This game was not at all what I expected but after a couple of hours became a thing that exceeded any expectation I could have had anyway. Highly recommended unless any of the above descriptions don't float your, erm, Hotrod.
I can see the heart that went into this game, but in it's current state it leaves a lot to be desired.
The good: if you like cars, this game does indeed feature a few cars. The small selection of vehicles is offset by generous customization options, and I like that most parts are interchangeable between most cars. The freedom to frankenstein a viable build is nice.
The bad: practically everything else. The garage/repair portion of the game offers no actual gameplay, only menu navigation. To repair a customer's car, you pull up a menu that lists the car's parts and their condition, you scroll through the list until you find the part in bad shape, then you click "fix" if it's fixable or you replace it with a part you bought from the newspaper, which itself is just another menu to navigate. There is no actual diagnosis, no challenge, no engaging gameplay whatsoever. This means making money outside of racing is trivial and quite boring--all of the repair jobs feel exactly the same: scroll through a menu and click the fix button.
The on-foot controls and camera are atrocious. Imagine early Resident Evil tank controls, but with terribly slim margins for turning in place and no way to move the camera around the player. It's actually difficult to imagine it being any worse.
But surely a game that bills itself as a "car racing simulation game" would have a strong focus on realistic handling and physics, right? Not here. The cars behave extremely unrealistically; I couldn't even recommend it as an arcade racer. A car's behavior should depend on its setup and the way it's driven, but in this game there's actually a slider in the options menu from understeer to oversteer that determines how the cars rotate when steered. You'd expect drivetrain layout, tire and suspension setup, and driver inputs to be the primary factors in a vehicle's behavior, but no, those things are actually secondary to a slider in the options menu. I wish I was joking.
The racing itself is boring and unchallenging, and with vehicle dynamics like these, you won't want to race very often unless you simply have no idea how a real car should behave. This is not a simulation by any stretch of the imagination. Even the physics in Car Mechanic Simulator are leagues better than this.
It's impossible to recommend this game when so many others do everything so much better. The premise is great and I really wanted to enjoy it, but what's here is just subpar in every way.
I'm not playing a game with arrow keys like it's 2001. I just want a car lifestyle sim game that works, besides MSC.
I love this game (judging by the hours I've played it, lol). The environment, the gas prices, the cars and the car parts...I kinda wish there were other cars and/or like the ability to buy your own place or garage after a while. Maybe not a garage, but like a separate house or something, maybe even rent an apartment upstairs from the garage. Yeah, but this game is wonderful and a lot of fun. It can get frustrating at times, but once you get that right combination of parts to help you win the races, its great. If you're not into racing, then you can fix up other people's cars or fix your own and keep or sell them off...although I do like taking a cheap car with a few racing points and selling it off for a lot more than it would be worth normally.
Overall, its a really great game.
