Remember Disney Infinity, the toys-to-life game featuring characters from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars? Its customizable "Toy Box" universe was initially slated for expansion, but the series was cancelled in 2016 following Avalanche Software's closure. However, PC "Gold Editions" were later released, containing all characters and content. This means bypassing the expensive figures and playsets and experiencing the complete game for a single purchase price. While not flawless, Disney Infinity's PC Gold Editions are a highly recommended nostalgic trip.

its missing some stuff like black panther and the whole avengers battle set but its still a decent port.

One of my favorite games and the best game of my childhood. Would for sure tell someone to play this game! The stories are great, the play ability is great, the sandbox is just fantastic!
the nistalga is amazing
Bought this as a star wars fan and was rewarded with three interesting campaigns set during the prequel, original trilogy and sequel era. Interesting character variety and lots of content availability.

I bought this game 16 hours ago. If you like Disney SpeedStorm this has a gamemode were you can select in Disney car and character and race around iconic locations including Sugar Rush. There is also a story were you play through the whole star wars timeline and a inside out bonus level. Also there's marvel and star wars characters and you can make your own games : includes Esports , arena and Platformer. Also this game unlocks all characters and items that require purchase.

An excellent game I enjoyed in my childhood given new life on PC. It doesn't have all the original game's features, but overall it's just as enjoyable as I remember it being.

Fun game, easy to mod
Highly recomend,better than i remember as i kid playing this game with Pc enhanced Graphics.Only downside I would say is This Version doesnt support Split Screen Multiplayer
I bought this so that my father and I could play this. It's the only game he's really gotten into since I've grown up. The fact that they ported the game to PC without co-op functionality is baffling to me. It's a fun game with friends, but it's pretty underwhelming solo.

I love this entry of the series, but the only thing this version does better than the console releases is the mods, for obvious reasons. Content that wasn't cancelled on all versions mid-development is either inaccessible or not patched in, and bugs can occur on occasion.

Oh man, what a nostalgia trip, having grown up on 2.0, always looking forward to saving up so I could buy another figure, this was a no-brainer. 3.0 includes all prior and new characters, at three bucks on sale. Whereas buying all the character figures back then would easily set you back roughly $500 or even more, need I say more?
As for the game itself, honestly for being a kids game it's quite enjoyable. The focus being on beat-em-up and sandbox elements, but it includes other modes too depending on your taste. It's almost painstakingly simple, fight over and over again - unlock new skills and attacks for your character, and repeat. The charm of infinity for me was seeing what every character could do, and building the most atrocious mismatched bases in the sandbox mode.
At the same time, this is missing a lot of gameplay elements for some reason - co-op is not an option anymore, a few characters and many modes are missing. Why?
As the huge bonus of the Steam version, all content is already unlocked with no need for a baseplate, every character, game mode, mod disc, you name it. I can't describe how happy I was finally getting to play as the characters I could never find in stores, but that's about it really.
I doubt it would appeal to anyone over the age of 13 unless they've played this before and return for nostalgia's sake - but if you're up to give it a go, I'd definitely recommend picking it up on sale, it's a lot of innocent fun.

This is my childhood game, and is such a good game for kids to play! there is alot to do in both storymodes and in the toybox! My personal goal is to make my own theme park!

theres some flaws and annoying things like bugs and the fact that you cant use non-starwars characters in the starwars sets but underneath that theres really fun gameplay and a creative mode too!
this one is best for starwars fans tho
30$ for a sandbox game that barely even works. Disney at it again.
