This was one of the original aim trainers before KovaaK and Aim Labs were released, fitting in the family of games designed to help you train and improve aiming skills in FPS (first-person shooter) games. Despite being fairly old and having received no updates since then, the game can still hold up as a decent aim trainer if you care to use it. However I would not recommend it given the other options that are available.
The game provides several built-in scenarios with options such as "Classic" where targets appear and disappear on a wall, "Lightning Gun" where you track a target with a continuously-firing weapon, and seven other options. All these options have different maps to select, different built in difficulties, and the ability to adjust target and time parameters as well as save these presents. You also have the ability to view previous statistics from your training.
As for the customization options, there are some built-in game presets that were popular when Aim Hero first released, such as Overwatch, Paladins, and Fortnite. You can also adjust colors of the walls/targets and the crosshair. These all are pretty standard options for games such as this.
For the time that I used it, I had minimal issues with Aim Hero. It ran well on my mid-tier computer, I was able to customize everything to my liking without issue, and I had noticeable improvement in my aiming skills when playing FPS games.
Overall the game is simple, intuitive, runs fine on most machines, and you will see progress in your skills through consistent, focused practice with Aim Hero.
Despite being decent for its time, nowadays KovaaK and Aim Labs are much more popular and provide a magnitude more options and features than Aim Hero ever did. This game also has received no updates in years and there are no plans for any future updates either to bring it up to par with other options on the market. There is a lack of polish in several areas as well as a lack of some necessary customization features, but suffice to say this game should not be recommended anymore and I would point anyone towards either KovaaK or Aim Labs if they are trying to improve their aim at this point.

Maybe devs don't update this game no more but its still one of the good trainers out there that is somewhat reliable
