Call of Duty®: WWII

multiplayer is kind of shitty but the campaign awesom realism 8/10 gameplay 10/10 audio/physics 9/10
however it is really hard to find the mementos in the campaign

probably one of my favourite COD games that i've played. campaign isn't my favourite but the multiplayer and zombies is great

This part tries hard to be cinematic, chasing Battlefield with heavy cutscenes and scripted moments. Early missions feel sharp, with decent mechanics and tense pacing. Later, it loses steam — maps get simpler, encounters start to blur together. The first half is where the real game is. Visually, it still looks great, and playing on higher difficulty makes it feel less like an interactive movie. I didn’t even think about touching multiplayer or zombies — I only got it for the campaign, the same one I first played back in 2018 on my first gaming laptop. Just like with the original 2005 Call of Duty 2, it’s a memory purchase, not much more. Worth it if you catch it on sale

I want to give this game a good review I really do, but it's starting to lag so bad, like really bad.

Crashes if you try to enter the video settings screen. Hangs on a black screen after every mission, you can hear the music but can't open the menu, forcing you to close it with Task Manager. Can't play the final mission because of this, its like you are missing the final piece of the puzzle >:(
I regret paying half price for this.

i bought this game purely for the campaign and the nazi zombies. If someone buys it for this exact purpose then they wont be disapointed

Another goated Call of Duty series so far for me. I dont get the hate from what i heard from its community. But be warned that theres one scenario/gameplay that has pretty much janky/buggy controller. i think it was on tank controlling scene. Be warned.

My experience inside of WWII so far :
Single Player : 8/10 (would go to 9 if the tank controller isnt that janky and imo the storymode is really emotionally touching during ww2 era)
Multiplayer : ??/?? but i heard people dont play cod ww2 multiplayer anymore
Zombies : 9/10 (Zombies dlc are separated from the base game. you should get it if you want more maps)

Overall, this would be another best on the go CoD series. The only things you need to watch out are the tank controller (they are just in 1 scene and you will need a big patience for it. i think it took me 30 mins to beat that tank scene) and multiplayer mode is no longer exists.

I know not many people will see this but if you do. I havent played in ages and playing this brings back memorys. This is probably one of the best cod campaigns ever made multiplayers great. Please enjoy and bring back this game it deserves it.

Verry good game and campaing

This game is great. I played only the campaign, becouse not many people play the multyplayer. If you want a short ww2 story, I would sure recommend. Altho if you want an online fps shooter don't buy this game. Multiplayer is dead. If you want a ww2 multyplayer game, I would go for Hell let loose, Enlisted, or Battlefield V. The only thing I dont like about this game, is that you have to download multyplayer separately?! Why. It would be better, if you got both at once, when installing a game. But since the multyplayer is dead, its not an issue :D

I like the game vary much but if they can add like different prerspectives it would have felling being the freedom to be like Tunner, Zuzzman.I would like the game be longer or heck maybe even be the Naizs and if you did't like the americans win the war you could be the Naizs. I just would like to be aboul to do what you want.

CoD WWII was really a call back to some of the original Call of Duty games as well as the Medal of Honour series but with modern graphics and gameplay on full show. The game is absolutely stunning and the gameplay is fantastic, while the story didn't fully grip me it was enjoyable enough.

If you were someone who really enjoyed the old COD and MOH games then I think that you are really going to enjoy this one. Getting the 100% in it did have quite a bit of challenge but it wasn't something that I couldn't achieve with a couple of days of sitting down and putting my mind to it.

Zombies and multiplayer are pretty mid but this Campaign is top tier. Memorable characters like Pearson and it is pretty hard to ruin Storming the beaches of Normandy.

I had gotten this game and for some odd reason it would start launching and show the launch title for a bit and just go away and wouldnt start. I have played this game on PS4 and wanted to play on PC for better graphics but couldnt even play.

I want to love this game, I really do, and it starts great everything you want in a WW2 fps.

But then there is awful qte moments and the game is not optimised for modern hardware.

I got so far but the lag became awful.

Worst is if you lower the resolution due to lag it changes your desktop and you have to go back into game to fix it!

Even though the campaign is short. it's still a good game, did not try multiplayer though.

Absolutly amazing game i loved it and i would 100% recommend but one part that i thought was going to be my favourite was the tank combat where u fight a king tiger and a panzer 4 i was so excited for it because i love tanks more than anything but when i started fighting them in the sherman i HATED it the movment the firing the turret traverse the unrealism they litterally could not have made the tank combat any worse but overall the game was amazing

The campaign quick-time events are ass but other than that its a pretty decent COD

I like the game - when it works. Sadly this game is unplayable. I played for maybe an hour (single player campaign only) and in that time my FPS dropped to like 6FPS a number of times. Now I'm playing this on a pretty good PC (NVidia 5090 card w/ 32gb VRAM, 64gb RAM, i9 Ultra CPU) so this should be piece of cake but no - totally unplayable. Sadly - I cant recommend it despite the fact that it is an engaging and enjoyable game. Refund currently processing.

I think this game is so much better than people say. The campaign is AMAZING easily the best campaign I have ever played. The multiplayer is different but good and the gun play is great. It's really a great game.

Although an incredibly unpopular opinion, this might just be the best COD Activision has released with the best campaign. It is deeply upsetting however, how all of the lobbies are dead and many game modes like infection don't have anyone playing them anymore. This game definitely deserves more love than the newer CODs...

This game is fun, i recommend this game if you are about to learn ww2 and get to see how the soliders went through when they were fighting.

I've been playing this game for years, and it holds a special place in my heart, especially as someone who's always been fascinated by World War history, whether through stories, films, or games.

If you have a passion for World War-era experiences, this game is definitely worth trying. It won't disappoint and offers a gripping glimpse into the intensity of ground zero.

Last of the great COD games, played it when it released and it ran fine. Have tried to play it a couple times since and it is utterly unplayable, ridiculous amount of stutters and lag even on a modern PC.

The tank part of this game still fucking haunts me it is so trash who ever made that NEEDS to be tortured and killed in front of everyone who has played that level holy shit

I always wanted to play a modern CoD set in WWII and this game delivered everything I wanted.

I got it on sale for the single player only so I have no comment on the multiplayer. The single player campaign was a short, but good story. Definitely worth it when on sale.

I am new to the game but I like it. it is challenging but not to the point of frustration and want to quit it. I am concern that all of the young players who really rock at the game will target this retiree.

Game was running fine for the first few levels then for some reason after I got into liberation the mission my game decided to 100% my CPU no matter what I did.

Very good of game amazing campaign and graphics has a great story line and a great lengthy play time.

This game is all around good with multiplayer and zombies the only thing that really pisses me tf off is those piece of shit quick time events that give barely a second to react. Like they think PC players are magical and have the best reaction time and speed of any human being. I see on console how these quick time events are slower and I don't even have enough time to react.

This game has great graphics and great everything. It's such a fun game since I got it on my computer. It's scary at first (for me) but you will get used to it. The campaign is great and every character is very well made and serious. Would really this game for peoples first shooter.

I enjoyed the story and the game. I did however feel limited with the size of the maps, and the lack of additional enemy troops spawning. It is like an old hallway style shooter game from the early 2000s. You are funnelled into limited pathways. While not as obvious, you soon realise, that you can't explore the maps that much, and are stuck following a linear path through the levels.

I still enjoyed it.

I highly recommend this game if looking for an immersive war experience with a genuine story line. If you have a low end pc though, it will not run. (This is the problem I have been facing and cannot play it on my pc. I have experience however from playing it on a PS4 in the past.)

great campaign other than bugs and lag

As if the tank mission wasn't bad enough!!! The P47 mission is ridiculously BAAAAAD! Before you get your bearings you're told "You have left the mission"! WTF???? It then reloads to a point 0.0001 microseconds before you get told again that you have left the mission! Absolutely ridiculous! There is no way to test the controls first. The only option is to then restart the mission and you now have to rewatch the long cinematics and replay a whole section of the game before you can try again, only to have the same thing happen all over again! I must have replayed it 5 times!!!! FFS!!!! I can't get past this point!
Way to go Sledgehammer / Raven, you managed to screw up an otherwise enjoyable game with such crappy mechanics that should be easy to fix! No choice now but to ask for a refund! >:(

EDIT: System Guardian's 6 YEAR OLD!!! o.O bug fix worked! At least I can now complete the game!!!

the game is cool unti Colateral Damage the sensivity of the tank is imposibile because the enemy has time to turn his tank and you barely cant move it. I like the game very much and i wish the tank was playable ;{{{

I decided to buy this game and then everything was going fine until i encountered my worst enemy probably ever in any game ever. So mission started with me driving a tank, nothing weird there until i get ambushed by 2 tanks, 1 of em being tiger. Well right then and there my tank decided to get awtism i press "W" i go left, then logically i try pressing "S" to go right but instead i again go left, then i try pressing "A" i go again left. Like wtf am i supposed to do to go anywhere else than left. Other than that my turret moves at a speed of fking dead horse. I give up and ima just watch rest of gameplay on youtube. DONT BUY THIS GAME.
