Just finished game, simply masterpiece...this is what gold era of gaming was like and how it should be, this is why I enjoy older games, it drags you into the story and you're center of doing. Beatiful game as wolfenstein is great title from great era of videogames. Gives you all sort of emotions and ending says "I did my work, now I can die in piece knowing tides turnes to better" You basically reject to die until you unalive deathshead...simply stunning game, it really deserve 90% of possitive ratings

It's a solid game which has anything that you expect and more, it has great deal of action mechanics, good ways to keep your hype up until the end and memorable characters (Metro series is a good example, I think your team here looks like what you have in Metro, and I liked the characters here more.)
And I did not expect an entertaining plot, the story is not complex but the world and characters and atmosphere are attractive.
About the cons, Well there is Uber difficulty, enemies spawn out of nowhere (I see when one of them spawned in front of me) and a single soldier can kill you in one or two seconds. I always like a good challenge but it's a lazy solution to make the game harder.
The weak points are not visible in enemies, for example there are many types of heavy and super soldiers in the game and almost all of them are more vulnerable from behind but there are no visual clues to help you understand this. ( and seems like they have noticed it, this problem was not bothering me when I was playing Old Blood.)

OH yeah, classic Wolfenstein fun! Tons of weapons, dual wield available, robotic bosses, and plenty of evil Nazis.

Was a very solid way to start off the new Wolfenstein games and in a lot of ways great characterization of BJ and the rest of the cast, absolutely give it a go.

The game itself is very good however there are some parts of the game which are completely unecessary and make you rage

Don't make games about foreign countries but hire native developers. Why is the loot not glowing? There's so much loot everywhere but it's not glowing.

Wolfenstein: The New Order really surprised me in a good way. The combat was fun, and who doesn't enjoy the opportunity to take out one's frustrations on Fascists, but the part that really surprised me was the character development and the story. I wasn't expecting much of what happened throughout the story, but I really didn't expect this game to get me teary-eyed at times because of characters in a video game that I barely interacted with.

This game proves that fun action can accompany good stories and fantastic characters, and you don't need tons of dialogue to do it.

Just wrapped up Wolfenstein: The New Order, and coming fresh from Battlefield 1, the story really hit that nostalgia vibe. You play as B.J. Blazkowicz, fighting Naz!s in an alternate history where they won WWII. The action is fast and chaotic, with a great mix of shooting and sneaking around. What surprised me was the story it’s actually deep for a shooter, and the characters are super memorable. If you’re into that old school, action packed vibe with a solid plot, this game totally delivers!

I begin by thanking the hard working developers who put a lot of time, effort and sweat into making a wonderful gameplay experience packaged nicely together with a beautiful art style. This is what I enjoyed about the game and yes, I did finish it.
I just want to point out the bad story and story-telling of this game, not off-topic. I don't recommend this game.
The British-American writer, researcher, economist, and professor Antony Cyril Sutton wrote two very intriguing books (among others): 1. "Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution" (1981); 2. "Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler" (1976). Both sides were controlled by the same global financial banking cartel dynasties and the wars were a business scheme, a means of control, a ritual, and a satanic sacrifice where many millions of men have lost their lives and many other were maimed. The world wars changed life as we knew it.
This game was sponsored by the "Da'at Yichud", if you know what I mean. Remember that the true masters of the world bear no allegiance to a specific religion (however, they are Luciferians in the way they oppose everything that is good and just and in the way they use forbidden knowledge to advance evil plans, i.e: technology such as bioweapons, nukes, hardware backdoors, smartphone brainrot apps etc.) or to a specific country and they also don't share a common race. The only things you can identify these people by are: by their wealth, their family line and their evil acts. They will claim to belong to certain religions or nationalities to gain immunity against criticism, but do not be fooled, in truth they belong to business and unsurpassed psychopathy. I do not blame or condone hating or anything bad against anyone or any group of people. Through peace and understanding we can avoid violence and destruction that lead to nowhere good, such as the evils of communism (this game didn't even mention communism, how curious) or the evils of the nazis that this game focused so much on that it forgot to give us the full picture. I understand this game is a work of fiction that's supposed to be entertaining, but entertainment can carry a message and a message can be propaganda too, whether willingly or unwillingly, knowingly or unknowingly. I hope I have made myself clear. I also suggest watching "Yuri Bezmenov - ALL Interviews & Lectures HQ (1984-1983)" (a KGB defector whose real name is Tomas Schuman) and a series of free documentaries entitled "How the Specter of Communism Is Ruling Our World".

P.S. Please make a game where I can fight bankers or communists and call it Wolfiskaya or something, to make it more in theme :-)

It's fun but it's helped me to realize I don't enjoy shooters like I once did. 4 of the 9 hours played have been on loading screens or time between missions on my phone or doing something else. It would definitely be a great shooter if you enjoy the genre but It is not my cup of tea

Wolfenstein The New Order is basically a WWII take on shooters similar to Half-Life. And that's a good thing.
It also is a big contributor for why single player old school shooters have become so popular again these last few years.
Both story and gameplay are very engaging. The combat is gory and satisfying. The stealth elements are well implemented. Some levels are really memorable in terms of design and aesthetics. The characters are well written, from B.J. himself to the supporting characters and the villains. The soundtrack is great also, with the track "Ransacked" being my personal highlight.
It has aged very well. So, yeah. Highly recommended.

Very good game. A great first person shooter with action movie levels of carnage and violence. But there's also a very real, gritty, and engaging story behind the Nazi killing. Very well written and well presented. I do miss the supernatural and occultism elements from the previous Wolfenstein games (especially the weapons!), but it doesn't detract from this one. Great game.

This is a great game! Good single player story, and it is challenging if you choose the right difficulty level.

Killing nazis to save the world, awesome! Very intimidating story with a unique requirement to vary your gun gameplay to not run out of ammo.

Haven't completed this game as of yet but it's a nice campaign to play through on a fairly high difficulty, even as a casual gamer - although dying is still fairly frequent it's not necessarily punishing.

This game is fucking incredible. It's honestly the perfect example of how a single-player only game should be. A lot of collectebles, easy to pick-up, hard to master gamplay mechanics. Obviously the gunplay is second to none, but also the stealth is, in my opinion, even cooler! Sneaking your way behind the backs of nasties (I don't know how Steam treats that word) and basically being a ghost everyone fears is a fantasy that this game revels in. I know I'm 5 hours in, but I've already experienced the core gameplay loop it and I know it only gets better!

It's a genuinely amazing game. The plot is outstanding, the characters have unique designs, the enemies are fun to kill, it's a perfect balance between action and story. It's my favourite game series, and for a good reason. Frau Engel is genuinely creepy, and the game brings light to what's missing in a lot of games: being immersive. I've perfected it because I really enjoyed it. Yes, Deathshead was a huge pain to do on Uber difficulty, but it's genuinely really worth it. I would recommend playing this game after The Old Blood, but most people are fine with either being played first. The Old Blood is a prequel to this game

Game has a great story, solid music, good graphics for its time, a little scary at times with engaging and challenging game-play that will force you to use your mind, a great experience and reminder of how single player games use to be that I remember loving as a child. I highly recommend playing the whole Wolfenstein series besides the newest game called Youngblood. Overall 8/10 only bug or issue I ran into was make sure your in game volume is turned up. Use the volume mixer to lower the audio otherwise certain cut-scenes will not have any audio.

Shooting Nazis is always fun, but unlike the old Wolfenstein games, this one actually has a story and not just "go in guns blazing." What's more shocking is that the story is actually really good! I would recommend this game to anyone who likes shooters and a good story. Also, I really recommend everyone play it on the "I AM DEATH INCARNATE" difficulty, which is essentially hard mode.

Is really interesting to see a game take the idea of a "What if" scenario and actually present it quite well in a game. It has a great atmosphere for a game that presents how cruel wars are. You might want to avoid this game only if you are a snow flake.

As a game its great fun.. Nothing beats killing natzi's and I get joy doing it over and over again. As for a FPS its pretty standard. Weapons are good not great, variations are ok. The slide shooting is gawdawefull but I didn't use it all that much so no getting that perk. I great game if you loved the original game.

This game surprised me. It has a great story and amazing characters in it. From the protagonist to some of the evil hence-men (or woman) in the game. The information is there if you choose to consume it but conversely the game can be played all out action. Great re-run potential as there's 'decisions matter' moments, and also a great loot system. I honestly can't recommend enough if you fancy playing a FPS game that isn't so dumb, that's actually very clever.

I found it fine, good on a sale. Some good "hell yeah" moments though! It just didn't click as well as the second one.

The game design reminds me of Metro. Clearing each area with either a stealth or run-and-gun option. The story line is mediocre and cheesy but made up for with the gunplay and level design.

Time has not been kind to The New Order,this game isn't as good as most people remember due to some pretty poor balance,while you're very fragile you are not a glass canon in this game leading to some pretty sudden deaths,making you have to play very slowly,of course this only applies to the higher difficulties and if you're more interested in simply taking in the story and tone of the game then you can play on lower dificulties and this problem goes away,story and tone truly is this game's strong suit,if you are looking for strong gameplay look elsewhere

As a first of the new Wolfenstein games it set the new pathway for the series. And it could not have been a better new attempt. The gunplay is insane the opitons and veriety is way more then I could have wished for. Plus the fact that some guns have multiple firing modes I mean how big are BJs pockets this is a lot of whiegt for this nazi killikng machine. The styling of the overall game is just the vibe for me the, diesel punk future mixed with bits of brutalist architecture. The story is both entertaining and funny. The reality this game is set in hase some really good backgroun lore if you read the optional newspapers and look around a bit more. overall 8/10
