Recommendation: A pretty solid console-style RPG with lots of side quests, a reasonably complex story, really big maps, easy leveling, and odd character art.
This is a fun little RPG maker title that was pretty much on par with what I expected. I really liked the music and some of the boss battles were tough but enjoyable. I was able to finish the main quest in about 4 hours, but I'm sure if you went through the side quests it could likely double the amount of playtime. Didn't encounter any glitches, graphics are all functional but don't expect to be blown away since this is more of a budget title. Buy it on sale for sure, but even for $2 this is a fun way to kill an afternoon if you enjoy similar small scale RPG titles.
It's a very bare-bones RPG maker game. There is no nudity or adult ccontent. The girls on the cover makes no appearance or relevance to the game.
But it's not a bad deal for a perfect game in about 6 hours.
The visual style of this game seems... an odd juxtaposition.
The dialogue is incredibly well-written. There was an emphasis on creating a large world with plenty of secrets and side quests. The plot is cohesive and the devs did a good job of presenting their story in an engaging way. All of these things are great! It's just an odd contrast to... both female party members running around in lingerie.
I'm not *complaining* mind you, it's just a little odd as a design decision.
The combat system was inoffensive; not terribly challenging, but it didn't need to be. The story carries the overall experience rather well. The questlog does a good job of relaying your next step to move the plot forward.
The music is very pleasant. Solid recommendation if you like to read and/or enjoy RPG Maker games.
