Small Additions
Added a Stamina meter to your player which is depleted by running, jumping and using tools and can be replenished by drinking from the cooler on the fire trucks using the radial menu
Added a (Shift + R) option when in the drivers seat of any vehicle to respawn it back to its spawn point and reset all of its compartments, and tools
Added a camera option to drive the back of the tiller by hitting 7 when in first person view while in the truck. Mirrors were added as well as an animated steering wheel

Fires now burnout over a long period of time if not put out
Added the ability to spray from a hose line directly connected to a hydrant

Spraying glass with a high pressure stream of water will break the glass
Added a radial menu option when holding a nozzle attached to a hose line to charge or shut down the line, this allows you to move around more freely when the line is shut down and recharge it when you're in position
Added the ability to vault into or out of any window
Added Standpipes to all buildings that needed them that didnt have them
Multiplayer Additions
Ability to see which players are loaded and which are still loading by holding the (Tab) key after loading into the game and seeing the hourglass or checkmark next to each player’s name
All animations are now synced including use of all tools
Players can all spawn there rigs at the same time once all are loaded in, no need to spawn 1 by 1
and much more!

Fixed not being able to stretch anymore hose after returning to the main menu and loading up a map again
Fixed an issue where the radial menu would double click on its own sometimes
Improved the stability of the Tiller
Fixed Hazmat tent bouncing your character
Fixed relay lines not being able to be connected to Standpipes
Fixed the Hose pack carry animation
Nozzle are deployed with the hose when connecting a hose pack to a standpipe

Bad game, no work
BEFORE YOU BUY!!

Ok so to start off this game (When it doesn't bug out) is seriously the most true to life firefighting sim out there, hands down, especially with the new smoke/fire simulation, its actually incredible. With that aside I cant go any further without pointing out the amount of bugs in the game, it is seriously a miracle if I make it through a call without experiencing multiple bugs. . . Alsooo the game (Currently as of April 2025) is kinda On Hold/abandoned, the creator of this game is currently in the Fire academy in NYC (Which is amazing by the way!!) so he obviously does not have much time to put into the game, however I truly believe with time (Not sure how long) he can return and put more time back into the game and like I said it seriously has the potential to be something amazing.
TLDR I would say hold off for now, keep an eye on the updates and im sure the dev will let everyone know when he can return to actually working on the game full time.
The Dev has not updated the game for over a Yr and the last update he did was in Feb of 2024 and it broke the game

Really really bad resolution that unfortunately couldnt be fixed. Asked for a refund.
I was never able to get much into this game because it would bug out/ lag so much, even with a decent PC. The devs also seem to have abandoned it.

This game is extremely barebones and barely functional runs horrifically on most systems even with modern specs. give it a few more years and maybe it will be playable but its been already several and its only progressed in adding features instead of making the engine and game more functional/playable

It's fun, has a wide variety of firetrucks and I love the volunteer fire stations.

Needs many updates. Sirens and trucks are all perfectly on point and the firefighting aspect is definitely realistic but other than that everything is clearly rushed and underdeveloped.
its been a over a year with no contact from the dev no updates no twiter posts no insta posts no youtube posts no steam posts nothing and its very lagy and makes my pc sound like a jet and im done wating so no i do not recommend this game.
This game is a trashy, messy, buggy and laggy game. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME.
When this game was first released, it was known that it had some issues, but the more they updated it, the worse the game became. I just attempted to play this game, and it was laggy, the police, fire and ems units (actual vehicles) had major issues, but this was just the icing on the cake.
The game has an awful camera system, its completely trash. It was hard to maneuver the playable characters with the current camera system, and it would glitch inside of the walls of the building.
Trying to ignore the broken mess of vehicles, is another issue, for the Montgomery area, the police cars, had issues with the spot lights, instead of the light head rotating, the handle rotated outside of the vehicle... the vehicle windows, were broken (thats before I started to drive). The vehicle sounds are terrible, and have a fire engine startup sound, the cars also do not match the real sounds...
The game has a cool mouse toggle mechanic... but even when its not on the screen, you can open and close doors youre not even clicking! I tried to open the driver door of many vehicles, and ended up opening the passenger door, which didnt wanna close...
I couldnt even drive some of the vehicles, they were stuck and frozen, I could dispatch them, but they wouldnt move...
Overall, this is only a small portion of the issues that I had with this game, in my opinion, trash it and start over... IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY, BUY THIS GAME!!!

It really is a shame what's become of this game.
So, lemme start by saying, I bought this game back in 2016, and have held off on playing it, since when I first tried it, it was early alpha. Ran like garbage, and was super clunky.

Here's the bad part, it's still clunky, runs like garbage, and the controls are still insanely jank. It's a shame too, cause the assets, lights, and environment look really good. Visually it's a nice game, but unfortunately that's all it has going for it. Multiplayer is dead, so good luck trying to play that. I didn't even attempt the missions, since well, it runs so poorly that I gave up on it. The audio design is still really fucky. Like I know the dev recorded the sirens from real engines, and vehicles. But the problem is, he recorded them in the city, so you have a ton of echo and reverb. Which would be fine, if you

It's fun once you get the hang of it. When I first installed it everything was unreadable because the default resolution is so low.

To start off in the game it is very difficult, there is a bunch of optimization you should do and etc. But once you get the hang of the game, it’s really fun. I recommend playing with friends if possible but even solo this game can be hella fun most of the time.
For some random reason when i load into the game its oversized, it doent look anything like the videos and pictures and its completly unplayable. Can someone help me with this?

For a long time have I followed this game. From day 1 that I was never able to understand the buttons and how to play it. I've waited and waited for it to leave EA and finally be able to play it. It's now been 1 year since the last update. Safe to say this isn't going anywhere.

As much as I want to, I can NOT recommend this game... It is unplayable. The controls are horrible, the content is lacking, and the game has remained in an unplayable state since its release in 2016. 8 years, almost 9 and it remains a husk of what is could be. I am not a stranger to early access or indie games but this is horrible. I honestly have no word for how bad this is in its current state. If you want to play a game that has lights and sirens go play police officer sim, if you want to play a game that has better vehicles, better mechanics, and runs better... go play gmod
Fun and interactive. There are videos to help you figure out how to use the equipment and trucks.
