Out of Ammo is an intense VR Tower Defense / FPS hybrid strategy game that puts you in the commander's seat against wave after wave of enemy soldiers.
Built exclusively for room-scale VR, the game allows you to move around the battlefield to build defenses and issue orders. You can even directly possess your units to engage the enemy, making use of cover and preparing your magazines carefully so you don't.... run Out of Ammo!

Ngl this game is so fire love being able to control them and mow down the enemy. Love how this was also made in NZ
This game doesn't work in the multiplayer. If you try to reload your gun with a button, it breaks the unit and you can't reload or shoot anymore. The overall performance in the multiplayer is very choppy too...
It's just a tech demo made for the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift in the very early days of modern VR. Not really worth your time these days. But that's not the developer's fault. IMO they are talented, hard-working, even released an update back in 2020 and did a phenomenal job overall. if you feel like supporting them financially by buying this game like I did, then do that by all means. They do deserve it. However, a tech demo is exactly what it is: a tech demo, and buyers should be made aware of that.
Great for a game under $10.
Has some bugs, can't easily grab the radio. Needs a feature to be able to identify unit types better.
I don't give thumbs up though for bug related issues. Especially for games that have been out for this long.
