About the Game
You're a robot. Murder other robots with your data-destroying weapons and create a stack of dismantled enemies. Be the last heap standing and DO NOT RUN OUT OF MEMORY! RAM is a 1st person arena shooter with a unique look and fast-paced action. Play online against your friends (or enemies) across 5 arenas. The 9 different weapons in the game won't hurt your opponents, but rather leak their memory, causing different glitches and bugs.Поддерживаемые языки: english

As dead as one can be. This review will be extremely short as there's not much to really say about the game, also there's no story so we go straight to graphics.
Graphics:
Random Access Murder art style is something that I love with all my heart and that's the 80's esque neon colors, almost like it's Tron. The game looks pleasing on the surface, however one thing I'm not entirely fond of is the flashing lights when you fire explosive weapons, the flashing could easily induce epilepsy in a person. I'm not epileptic, but it hurt my eyes pretty badly when I stared at them.
Audio:
The music itself is probably the best part of the game. It's a very nice synth esque soundtrack and even though they are pretty short, before the loop restarts I still enjoyed it quite a bit.
Gameplay:
From the store page and other reviews I could piece together that the game main gimmick is to cause a memory leak to other players which you do by shooting them with guns scattered around the various arenas, which causes all sorts of random glitches and things and that's honestly a very cool mechanic, too bad the game is insanely dead.
I only bought this game because I'm on a quest to get every game that was given out on Humble Monthly bundles when I wasn't buying them. With that in mind and the negative rating on the store page I would have gathered that the game was both dead and not very good and yeah that's the case.
There's not a single person playing this game, actually looking up the game on steamdb charting revealed that I was the only person playing within the last couple of days with the recent peak being a few days ago and then again nothing but silence.
Also there's plenty of bugs in the arena where you can clip through walls and fall through the map, so I can see it becoming a very annoying game to play if you can actually manage to get a full lobby, which is very unlikely.
Verdict:
Random Access Murder is not worth it at all. The game is dead without any chance of a revival, not to mention the dev promised updates, but those never came, so it's dead on all fronts. I paid 47 cents for it and all I got is a game no one plays, so take the advice of everyone else and stay away.
Final Rating:
1/10
Pros:
+ Great soundtrack
Cons:
- Fully abandoned
- Fully Dead
- Pretty buggy
- Can cause seizures, not to mention there's NO WARNING about this

An absolute waste of money, do not buy this.
Glitchy Physics, if you walk into two walls you will fall through.
Very Slow Gameplay
Please Dont Buy This Due To The Interesting Visuals Like I Did, ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY
There is a huge bug where you walk through walls if your going a bit fast, that on It's own absolutely kills this shooter, not even mentioning the absence of a point system and horribly long time to kill.
Nigga
The game seems cool, with only a few minor bugs and anoyances,
however, it appears to be dead.
Fun
fun but needs more work
My first impression was the menu UI that has a noticeable lag when hovering over the menu buttons, and is very dated. Could use a little bit less cluttering.
Next up, the gameplay. As soon as I joined a game, I had no idea what I was doing. I shot other people, ran around, and did everything the trailer told me to do. It got repetitive. And I had no idea what the RAM meter at the bottom of my screen did.
The controls are very slippery and it is very easy to fall off the ledge and die.
The in-game "popups" unlock your mouse and effectively hinder gameplay by throwing your mouse out of the game window (assuming you're playing on Windowed mode like I was) and in turn makes you click other applications outside of the game, which can be bothersome especially if you're in the middle of a firefight. The glitch effects that happen when you're getting attacked become an epileptic eyesore after a while.
I'm not going to complain about the price as $2.54 was all I paid for this game, so I guess I got what I deserved without expecting an AAA experience.
