With the first release we want to test the basics of multiplayer. Further development will include new fish abilities and passives, new fun content for both single and multiplayer with game mods.
Also, we want to focus on the technical stuff and add new animations, new features, make gameplay smoother and more fun.

One major reason why Feed and Grow: Fish can be considered a bad game is due to its lack of ongoing development and content updates, which has led to a stagnant and repetitive gameplay experience. While the game initially attracted players with its unique concept of controlling a fish in an open underwater environment and evolving by eating other creatures, it quickly becomes apparent that the game lacks depth and long-term engagement. The gameplay loop is simplistic—eat smaller fish, grow bigger, and eat larger fish—but this cycle becomes monotonous because there are few objectives, challenges, or variety to keep players interested over time.
Moreover, the game suffers from noticeable technical issues that detract from the overall experience. Players frequently report bugs, glitches, and performance problems such as frame rate drops, poor optimization, and unstable controls. These issues can make the game frustrating to play, especially when combined with clunky mechanics and unpolished animations. Despite being in early access for years, the developers have been slow to release meaningful updates or improvements, leaving many of these problems unresolved.
Additionally, the multiplayer mode, which could have added significant replay value, feels underdeveloped and lacks proper balancing. The limited variety of maps, fish species, and game modes contributes to the sense that the game is incomplete. In summary, Feed and Grow: Fish has an interesting concept but fails to deliver a polished, engaging, and content-rich experience. The combination of repetitive gameplay, technical issues, lack of updates, and underdeveloped features makes the game feel incomplete and frustrating for many players.
Pretty solid survival game; it gets more addicting the more you play; the more fish you consume, the bigger you get. The models of each creature look outstanding, the atmosphere and environment is very well done.. the animation as well, whenever your fish swims.. feels so lifelike; makes you feel YOU'RE the creature itself.

i love the fact when i started i killed a turtle as a level one bibo its also a bit to hard to avoid sharks and anything else that can kill u but 10\10 game
i remember playing this game on my dads computer years ago, this used to be my favorite game at that time. but now, it doesnt seem as much fun, and it was abandoned by the devs so there are no more updates being given, and it straight up doesn't open anymore. I really wish i could give a better review, but i just cant with the game given up on.
This was my first steam game the graphics are amazing and eating up other fishs is great defiantly recommend

This game is amazing I love how realistic the movement of the fish in the game is even though this game is not in development anymore you should still give it a go, you can use up hours of your time just sitting down and playing like i didn't even know I had 25hrs on this game until it asked me to write a review, 10/10 game love it.
I used to watch videos on this game as a kid, right now i tried it after so many years and yup its great. I have gotten some mods for the game to have some modified fish and just to unlock any fish in the game, but i would recommend to fair play (but the mod fish are worth it), the only things i dont like is the lack of updates and that it gets boring.
As of January 2025 this game refuses to launch for me. This was a fun game but seems to have lost all support unfortunately.
The game is extremely fun and I have been playing for 34 hours only taking small breaks. I found this during quarantine and finally got to play it over four years later. It is a truly outstanding game. The one issue is that on most pc's it will not run if your copy of feed and grow fish dosent work try this code "cmd /c set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 && %command%" (Dont use the quotations) I hope this helps and this is an amazing game i hope you enjoy as much as I do :)
very fun and the mods make the game really easy and the fish are perfect for each map but the only problem i have with the game is that when i get too big i get stuck in the air or just freeze.
it has fun but river is hard to survive in though but the rest is really fun
Very fun, Simple to play, easy to understand, and quite relaxing, but not easy to get mods, so I give this excellent game 9.7/10

its fun, you get to eat other fish and grow, which is fun, and also no pay to win, so thats cool, just needs an online mode and its almost perfect

Great game, the progression of the different fish unlocks throughout the game made it feel great to play and earn your way to gain different fish.
It's a game that has been forgotten, it's fun, but I wouldn't recommend it unless it gets an update.
I would give this a good review if worked, but it doesn't. I can't get to load and it wastes my time! If I get to work though, I'll say otherwise. It may work for, but that's up to you!
the game is really cool i like the maps but there is a lack of updates and new fish to play as so that could take off some of the fun but if you ignore that part then the game is vary fun and i would recommend playing the game atleast one time
its a good game but kinda hard to start off but non the less a good game.
its not working i did nit even play the game. everytime i tried to play it it kept on going to a white screen and then crashed ansd went to the play steam play menu again.
It was hard at firs but don't get disapointed as eventually you will get the hang of it it is a great game would recommend .
Well it is a good game but at the same time I don't know why it doesn't save my progress, if I could get help on why it doesn't save and how I do make my progress save i would be very thankful.
This might be not only the worst game i ever played but also the most annoying level too and think the That is the freaking god damn river map WHY!?!? For Starter I Just A Awful Map layout it just dots areas connect with lines and it awful secoundly of all the current.......WHY They make your movement so hard to control espelly when getting chased by a fish thirdly there low amount of easy prey only crayfish,bleaks, and red little fish and they move to quicky making landing a bite diffuclty and fourthly and it not even the worst part yet and it those freaking god damn annyoing stupid eels,pikes and basses all being a real big pain in the ass because eel can shock and stun you in bad spot will shreading you hp with it inrting 1.5 Bite Speed!! Then pike really pain in the ass too since he slowly chase along with a giving wired Slow head start but when you have low stamana and this guy is atfer you manages to bite you with it ambush abillty it deal 19 damage! that hit like a truck and basses which is a annyoing tank which keep trying to attack from no reason and steal you big xp meat with there dovour abillty fitly still the worst part the river map's boss and like some bosses in other map like meg who can be a good fight and cat fish is cute and king crab put your skill to the test but the river boss failed to complete those stuff meet the river it has 477 Hp which is stpuid then her damage is kinda a pest but then here his speed why is it 48 speed! wtf this is fast for a big bosses and that not even the worst part it also is a good ambusher and blender to the background if you not careful but is nothing compare to the worst part in the river map........
Salmon why......- i can even say a word excpet THE SALMON HAS THE MOST ANNYOING STAT OF ALL THE RIVER FISH AND IS A AIN OF MAN EXTENCE.
My final overall is this game is crap,lame,Annyioing and awful
and don't you even think about click on hard mode on this river map because if you do all hell breaks loose more eels,salmons,basses and pikes
and hopefully anyone on earth will recreate the game in a better and easier way.
it is a great game free open world but i had some trouble when buying just look up some tutorial videos overall great game

its stupid some times because your animal is so much better than some one elses but some how they kill you and the animals on your side eat the animal you just killed.

ok so ive realised that in order to play the game you have to turn your wifi off, makes no sense but its actually quite fun once you play it.

This game was fun while it lasted. Now that it seems to be abandoned, it's no longer worth any support. This game has not updated since 2021, which is a shame because I was looking forward to more gameplay and graphic updates, but that has not occurred. I did get my money's worth, but I can't recommend it when other games have caught up in terms of Feed & Grow's concept.
I can still play it, but some people have complained that they are unable to play their copy.
Very addicting when it goes right, but in my opinion not worth the price tag. Playing on lower classes is miserable with no protected spawning areas, while playing stronger classes ensures you very quickly become the biggest in the pond. Can be glitchy with walls and occasionally the seaweed gets all stretchy. 'Also having most of its achievements being locked annual holiday events is a scummy move imo.
well there is a lot of glitches however the gameplay is actually fun if you have the smallest fish and make it a monster from hell (in my opinion)
We had purchased this game a few years ago and it has not worked for the past year. when we go to purchase it again it tells us it is already in our library
This game is not worth it it doesn't even start it just gives white screen then closes the tab even after uninstalling it. Fix this waste of 15 dollars.
its great for new players and tons of fun! some troubles running it but any computer will do
Don`t go near fishes or crabs that are bigger than you you`ll probably get eaten.Eat food or die when you eat enough food you`l grow up. I`v played Feed and grow fish for 4 hours.
This game used to be good when you could swim freely and have fun but they ruined it by making you look down when you jump out of the water
This game is so fun i really enjoyed being so big i could deep throat the titanic. Also dont look at the sun in this game i ended up in hospital for 9 months in a coma
dont download, waste of money, Multiplayer and the game in general was abandoned by dev
