This game is the most realistic firefighter game out there, which is a shame, because this game is the most unstable game I have ever owned. This isn't a me thing, I tried this game on different computers, and I tried reinstalling the files before writing this review, however crashes still remain I have 15 hours in this game, and 71 crashes. 4/10 I wouldn't buy it.

The game is good but as a volunteer firefighter irl is missing so much stuff and they say the game is done when we all know there stuff they could add. i think they are lazy so they dont have to work on it. could add a free roam or something.

my PC has 14700 power, 4060 CPU.
I just brought your game today, it loads, I was able to click "New Game." Couple seconds later, it'll crash. I reinstalled the game, still crashing.

I first saw this when Jeff Faviagno was playing it on YouTube with a few other people. The gameplay was pretty funny because they all took it not too seriously. But he also explained the background of the game and the mechanics of the game and it's deeper than you think. The fire spreads realistically and you have to use your brain as much as brute force to solve some of the fires. I like the details. The driving is pretty sketchy. But the trucks are pretty detailed and it's fun to interact with them. I find it to be pretty relaxing to go out to fires, save lives and put out fires sometimes when I'm playing in singleplayer. I would recommend.

i cant really recommend this game to anyone, uses denuvo, is dead and still has bugs the dev is just ignoring. not to mention you have to have friends to play because the ai just doesnt help you even if you tell it too. maybe if its on sale for 3 or 4 bucks but not worth it at full price.

Okay. First the AI is stupid it dons't focus on 1 fire instead it instead decides to spay everywhere instead making you do all the work with no help. 2nd the other fire engines with there crew DON'T help either they just stand around. 3rd The campaign kinda sucks it would make more sense to show the map but instead of showing XP it should show the name all at but make it go in order and not allow any other mission other then the one your on. And its honestly a was of 25 bucks save your money or steam points and computer space
This game is something amazing if you want to relax while still being alert. it has very realistic gameplay with a wide varitiy of things to do while making sure you are ventalating the building and saving everyone before putting out fires. the fact that you have AI workers to help you put out fires and save victims makes it a lot easier but harder at the same time. the last thing is driving to the fire, which adds another level of gameplay which is booted by the fact it is a huge truck you are driving instead of a normal car.
Would be a great game, but AI are as stupid as you can get which makes fighting some fires nearly impossible. I'm not going to go into a huge song and dance but this game had a lot of potential that the creators squandered by not paying attention to detail.
the Ai team mates dont do anything and then they epect you to have a fast mission time with just you playing the game also you cant play with others real players/ your friends unless you are on the same System also new missions dont show up so you have to do the same one again to unlock a new one this game is fun when it can be but other than that it just makes you wana put the game creators through a wall

This game gives you good ingredients, the rest is up to you - you have to cook everything in your head.
I just imagined there would be more challenges, more drama, mb more obstacles, more of a plot. Although the locations are different every game, it feels like you do all the same thing. The missions only get more creative towards the end of the game.
The core of the game is GREAT though, it's pretty immersive. Could easily be even more immersive if there were more details. The game really lacks them. Feels blank.
Buildings do not collapse if they burn for too long. I don't necessarily wanna see real-time simulations, baked ones would do the trick. You should be quick to rescue people though.
Mb I just shouldn't have expected more from a simulator game, but even the music was so generic, I got completely tired of it within the first 30 mins.
The game also stutters like crazy.
There is also a bug with AI. Sometimes when they're carrying people on their back and I accidentally tell them to do something else, they forget about those people, which makes me restart entire mission cause I simply can't progress. Little did I know there is a trick, you should tell them to stop what they're doing and that makes them put the people on the ground. Now you can progress. Found out about it by the end of the game by doing it accidentally, a bit frustrating.
I also didn't like the fact that some valuable info on how to behave during a fire is not a side product of this game. That would've increased its value.
All in all, it's a really beautiful and addictive game, worth experiencing anyway.

very well made few bugs but still perfect would like to see the firefighter get an updated model and the same with the fire engine/firetrucks update the model so they look so much better from the out side and inside
would like to be able to run or even a slit sprint with a victims and attack lines cuz its a little anyoing when trying to do something fast
I do not recommend this at full price, but maybe 75% or more off I would say get it.
It just feels very clunky and very rinse and repeat.
The AI firefighters you control to put out fires only put out a small fire and then just blast water onto the extinguished area, even though there is a fire blazing away in direct line of site.
Putting out the fires themselves is also very boring; you do not get the option to switch water nozzle functions, there is also no sweeping functions, so if you want to go left and right, you have to use your Left and Right movement key, which can be very sea sickening.
You can not change the tone of your fire engines siren, nor what type of lights to use.
The game is very point and click but not in a good way.
Also when you drive to the scene of an incident, you keep getting the warning that you can not exit the vehicle, even though you are driving.
But yeah, can be mind numbing fun if you are board, but do not pay full price.

Okay, fires and graphics, intensity you feel it it’s not bad.
However what makes this game BAD is the lack of attention to small details the community wants and Astragon needs to seriously consider this since police simulator also has its own issues regarding this.
The fact that it’s called firefighting simulator. You’ve made the world looks so nice but how about spending some time on things that make it a firefighting simulator.
Siren is only constant and it starts low volume and goes up: Ew
Everything you do you need to wait for the circle to complete like 3 seconds to just open something: Ew
Lights are … lights are…. : Ew
Doesn’t even have two water spraying options: Ew
You have to park in a square dedicated and if not you can’t even do anything like exit your truck…. What is this 2002…. : Ew
Just in general concept is great, potential was there but they managed to ruin it. It just needed a little more to be a good game but as it stands. Ew. Disappointed I really tried to enjoy it but it’s too basic for even the sale price I paid $5 that’s how bad it is. Again the potential seems to be there could have been great with the team and AI all that but uh uh. Feels like a game made for 7 year olds. Doesn’t deserve the title.

Could not have been a bigger waist of money, Bought the game when it came out a few years back and gave it the benefit of the doubt hoping it would get major improvements, especially to fire physics.(hence a fire game). I re-installed it this past week a year of not playing to find it is worse now than ever before. Since its release, these developers have not touched this monstrosity of an unplayable game. I have always been a fan of Astragon and their previous simulation games. It just seems like a fire sim was not on their list of qualifications lol. If they ever decide to come back to this game I really hope they make it more like another game Emerge NYC. IF this game has it's physics it would sell like crazy with the GFX updrades.
