В реальном времени возводите собственные базы, распределяйте ресурсы и развивайте дерево технологий, чтобы выйти победителем в захватывающей одиночной кампании. Либо пригласите до семи противников в многопользовательскую зубодробительную битву и разнесите их крепости на куски!

not super fun to play with bots but SUPER FUN to play with one or more friends
getting assaulted with mortars 3 minutes into the match is very fun
FORTS is a great game in both multiplayer and singleplayer. Great modding community. The only issue I have with the game is that when loading, it takes a long time, although this could just be from mods.
its really fun, hard but yet fun. There is so many good things about it that I could talk for days. highly recommend it.

Very fun game. It's a bit difficult to learn but you can get better with practice and observing over players on YT.
its like pretty cool tho because its so cool that its even cooler due to its pure coolness
its fun but the tutorial doesnt explain that much my friend got very very angry and upset and instantly refunded when he realized theres stuff that wasnt on the tutorial

Games fun for a bit but the campaign gets stale while the PVP battles can be quite unbalanced skill wise. If you enjoy a challenge and want to have a fun RTS experience with friends or strangers, get Forts!
fun rts game with physics. better with friends and mods
Forts is one of the games ever made. If you play forts, then you will be able to tell other people (though you probably shouldn't) that you play forts.
Okay, so i bought this game 50% off, and it still made me regret buying it.
The first 5 hours of it are interesting and mildly fun, but after that everything gets repetitive.
Sometimes you have to wait 2-5 minutes for each multiplayer battle, more if your doing more than a 1v1. And the amount of content you have without DLC's is disappointing.
Please spend your precious money somewhere else.
GREAT GAME 10/10 WOULD LOVE FOR MORE WEPONS IN THE FUTURE
Forts has to be one of the most fun and challenging games like it that I've played, But what is it like? Well, It's like a tower defense game but, Instead of waves upon waves of whatever that you have to mow down from your fortress; You're instead chewing through opposing forts from the comfort of your own.
You'll have to manage your economy in order to afford to expand your fort so you can Build tech, Resource storage, weaponry, Repair damage and even pay for the bullets in the drum of your 20mm auto-cannons.
It's fast-paced as well so if you're not already dishing out the hurt to your opponents after about six minutes of building up then.. You might be fucked!
Don't give up so soon though, It's easier and cheaper to keep building structure as armor for your core so you last longer, Maybe long enough for your teammates to get the opposing team off of you so you can build back better and finally give them a taste of their own medicine!
Goodluck and Godspeed out there on the frontlines, You might just need it.

with the DLC's it dosent need mods
I recently played Forts, and I honestly don't understand the hype around this game. The concept seems promising at first—building and defending forts while launching weapons at your opponent's base—but the execution is seriously lacking. The controls feel clunky, and the building mechanics are unintuitive and frustrating. It often feels like the game punishes you for experimenting with different strategies, and the learning curve is unnecessarily steep.
The matchmaking is terrible too. I kept getting paired with players who were way more experienced, which made the game feel like a grind rather than fun. The visuals are nothing special, and the sound design could really use some improvement. Overall, I found the game repetitive and uninspired. I don't think I’ll be coming back to this one.
forts is fun and easy to get into with an almost limitless number of mods, my favorite mod for example, "the poo mod", campaign kinda stinks unless youre crazy so dont play that, also most lobbies with a bunch of mods are usually just exploited by the host who has a pre-planned strategy
Yes, get this! It's a blast no matter if you're bad or good at the game. Believe me. I'm t-e-r-r-i-b-l-e but I'm having so much fun being awful that I couldn't care less. Losing in Forts is fun.
Core game is good but if you wish to play online most lobbies are modded so you have no idea what you are actually getting in for. That being said, it is incredibly mod compatible as they can be installed automatically.
The amount of INSANE shots you can make is crazy, I once got my reactor knocked down and on my way down, before I blew up, I shot a cannon and HIT THE ENEMY REACTOR. also the mods are amazing
10/10 would nuke my enemies again
I have 42 hours on this game (prob not as many as most) but in the time ive been playing ive loved it, (enough to leave a review because i usually don't leave reviews) shout out to baronvongames. one of my childhood hero's and the person who got me through tough times and introduced me to this, hes on youtube lol (sorry for my spelling i'm not 5 i swear my focus med wore off)
Difficult at moments but really quite fun would reccomend for anyone who loves sandbox strategy games with physics.
Fun, easy to learn, community is great... I highly advise you add this to you're library and come play with us, solo, co-op and pvp. Also if your on the fence at least watch some of the FPL ( Forts Pro League ) on YouTube, the team is always working to improve and add new elements too, 9 out of 10.
literally one of the best base builders ive seen. ive always watched content on this game but actually playing it made it my favorite game ion my library. wonderful modding support, great performance, and overall a great community. 10/10 would recommend if you have friends.
Base building, resource getting, blowing things up - like many fun casual games rolled up into a fun more serious game.
No achievement for shooting down a mortar shell with a sniper rifle though :( or shooting down your own mortar shell :( or having perfect aim as nüb with a sniper rifle :( but in my mind these accomplishments will forever comfort me thank you Forts :)
Also the music is fantastic, esp. the themed menu music. Here, Xmas brings people together and blows people apart! Hooray!
great warfare based game really fun great with friends nice realistic physics the game is stunning for a 2D game 10/10 recommend for people who like 2D fighting games with bases to fire weapons

is fun, you get to obliterate friends with nuclear weaponry. (modded is better)
it is a very fun game that you get to team up with freinds and others and blow things up would recemond 10 out of 10
WOULD RECOMMEND. On the first day i played 10 hours bc it is very fun, you get to build bases and weapons in your order to destroy the other teams core first!
Nettes Strategiespiel. Die Grundmechaniken sind einfach zu verstehen. Bis jetzt lerne ich noch, daher habe ich keine Erfahrungen mit Multiplayer.

this is a fun tastical game to absolutely destroy your friends in and its really easy if they are special needs 8.2834/10
While it needs more in the base weapons, this game has a fantastic modding community and makes everything here more.
Its a fun base building game. there's a bit of a learning curve, but it isn't too complicated, and once you get the basics down, if you like other base builder type games them you'll love this one.
Round-based physics base builder & shooter that lets you be creative (to a point) in how you defeat your enemy. Slightly suffers from having too many options, but not many viable options for each scenario. Certain weapons like flak cannon become an absolute necessity in some ways, along with some others.
That is a nitpick, however. I am glad Forts exists, and I would recommend it.
This game is holding me hostage, it has me deep in its grip. I can not resist it. Everyday I come back to it. Should I worry?

This game made me cry when I lost and when I get sad I have to throw bricks at my infant son to take my frustration out so I hope the game devs are happy.
This a genius take on the RTS genre, I just wish it had more players. You can definitely find online games, but the skill gap is pretty big between everyone playing. There are people who play in tournaments, and people who just got the game on sale, in just about every large lobby. That doesn't take away from the fun though.

Very good game but if your on a steam deck its ok so over all good game.
its a fun game. The modding community is great the DLCs are worth it. the destruction physics are great and the weapons are awsome.
