UNIQUE SYMBIOSIS OF MUSIC AND GRAPHICS
Dub Dash is a fast-paced rhythm based action game. The tracks are decomposed into diverging game mode segments. The obstacles, tracks and visual effects are all adjusted to the music and in perfect harmony with each song. Dub Dash has a great soundtrack including music from Bossfight and the DJs of Geometry Dash – to enjoy the full experience the use of headphones is highly recommended.
UP TO FOUR PLAYER SPLIT-SCREEN MODE
Challenge your friends to the ultimate race in this breathtaking split-screen competitive mode for up to four players simultaneously. Who will beat most of the level? Jump in and find out!
SEVEN ULTRA CHALLENGING GAMEPLAY MECHANICS
Spin your crazy wheel in harmony with the song and keep dodging left and right avoiding obstacles at high speed. Fly like a bird, make hard 90° turns and feel the rhythm of the zig-zag trajectory. The objective for each track is clear: Do you rock the funky road of Dub Dash?
GRAPHICAL FIREWORKS
Dub Dash offers impressive colorful graphics and effects with a steady and smooth high framerate. Immerse yourself in a hypnotizing psychedelic experience.
SKILL COMES WITH PRACTICE
The gameplay of each segment is simple but it´s tough to master the levels. Actually it´s extremely hard, almost impossible – but fortunately there´s the practice mode which gives you a save point after each passage so you won´t need to finish the whole level in one try. Memorize each segment of the level and maybe (only maybe) you will be able to master even the hardest levels someday.

PHOTOSENSITIVE SEIZURE WARNING
A very small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns that may appear in video games. Even people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these "photosensitive epileptic seizures" while watching video games.
These seizures may have a variety of symptoms, including lightheadedness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, jerking or shaking of arms or legs, disorientation, confusion, or momentary loss of awareness. Seizures may also cause loss of consciousness or convulsions that can lead to injury from falling down or striking nearby objects.
Immediately stop playing and consult a doctor if you experience any of these symptoms. Parents should watch for or ask their children about the above symptoms - children and teenagers are more likely than adults to experience these seizures.
The risk of photosensitive epileptic seizures may be reduced by taking the following precautions:
• Play in a well-lit room
• Do not play when you are drowsy or fatigued
If you or any of your relatives have a history of seizures or epilepsy, consult a doctor before playing.

It fun
better than geometry dash
Basically "geometry dash at home". The game looks like an abandoned tech demo somewhere from 2009. There's no user-made levels, so after you complete the game there's nothing to do, except "The Challenge", which is randomly generated so music sync is non-existent. Also, Proton does it's job well with this game
Geometry dash clone with interesting gimmicks, buggy physics, and questionable level design. Its always on sale for like, under a dollar so play if you want a burn through a afternoon lmao
pretty fun gam i used to play back in the day with my brother along side the other rhythm games of the time like geo dash and dash til puff. this one time we did a golfing class over the summer with our friends just to mess around and one of the instructors names was doug so we started calling this game doug dash because we played it at that time
It would have been an incredible game if it received enough attention, but I still find it to be fun to return to every now and then, I wish it had a workshop, or more levels / abilities, but it's a decent buy for what it is.
An unbearable rhythm game. If the colours enough won't distract you from playing, then the controls surely will, because they are ghastly. You'll be listening to the same song hundreds of times and you'll just go crazy. Just as crazy as the Challenge aspect. That part is an absolute nightmare to finish and even if you do, the outcome? Just 5 lives that you'll certainly rinse through, until you go back and play challenge again and again and again. As for the notes collection, they are stupidly placed and some are near impossible to collect. The developers did not test this game out for themselves, that part is clear. This game is not worth your sanity and your fingers.
I played the game when it was on iOS years ago. It's a fun rhythm game to spend your free time. The soundtrack is great too :)
New features in each level, with music that slaps. It's definitely worth it, that I can promise you
This game is INSANELY DIFFICULT this game is fun if your good at geometry dash this game has amazing music from geometry dash music creators and its amazing you will be trying over and over to beat these levels and the harder ones like anti headache is equivalent difficulty to a medium demon in geometry dash (very hard) but i was on the verge of having a mental breakdown because the level was soo hard and its litterally im currently at the level hellum and ive spent about 20 hours on the mobile version of the game these levels will take you months to beat play this game if you can beat a hard demon in gd i 100% recommend
Just play it on mobile. It's the same game but without multiplayer, you're not missing much
Really wish there was a neutral option for recommending games in steam.
If you play Geometry Dash or other rhythm games, then this game is for you. It has great songs and visuals, with some interesting player mechanics (most likely inspired by Geometry Dash). The levels can be challenging at first, but after a while they get easier.
Unfortunately, this is where my praises end. Once you complete singleplayer mode, there is not much else to do other than continually playing challenge mode and grinding the achievements (why isn't there a bloody auto-retry option). The level designs have caused optical illusions for me sometimes, which aren't inherently bad but should be mentioned. Lastly multiplayer mode is janky, requiring you to manually set up keybinds for each player (why are the keybinds in ASCII format instead of, you know, the actual keys they represent).
Overall, a fun game to play until there is nothing left to do but achievement grinding. If you are looking for community-made levels and ongoing updates, this game isn't for you and you'd be better off playing Geometry Dash.
This is a Beautiful game!
The Music is Great! But it gives me Motion sickness. Like this game should be called Drunk Simulator. It got the music the lights the good and bad feeling and the hangover at the end.
Would I Recommend it? Yeah Why not. BUT!
DON'T PLAY THIS GAME IF YOU GET MOTION SICKNESS!
Just look up the songs and I think your good.
This was clearly a microtransaction game on a touchpad device at one point. The controls are very simplistic and it's essential a "hit the button at the right time" game like guitar hero or the like. It does get rather difficult, at which point you will need to use "continues" to make it through levels unless you can play them flawlessly. Without the microtransactions in the game anymore however, the only way to get, "continues," is to play the easier levels 500 times flawlessly to stock up on them.
I bought this game for the multiplayer aspect of it. The multiplayer is more fun because as long as one person makes it to a checkpoint, the whole team gets to keep going. The downside is that you have to unlock levels in single player. Ultimately I decided to just access the game's root files and unlock all the levels via coding rather than playing through the frustrating single player mode.
The visuals and the music are good an engaging, however don't buy this game if you're looking for a multiplayer game.
Super fun and decently challenging game, definitely recommended.
The only, very minor, issue is the achievements for doing 10,000 attempts, 50,000 attempts and 250,000 beats because there's no way you'd do that many after beating all the levels. So it just requires a lot of tedious grinding. Obviously, they're optional so I didn't bother.
There are lots of great parts about this game. The graphics are entrancing and look great, and there are a heck of a lot of gamemodes.
However, I still can't like this game. Some of the notes are placed so they're seemingly impossible to get (or at least ridiculously hard) in a couple of the early levels. In addition, a lot of the levels have irritating or boring gameplay, notably Sound Ward, where there are a couple segments which are the same thing for a really long time. I stopped at Milky Ways; the gameplay mode introduced there is really irritating: you often die before you actually touch the walls.
Additionally, there aren't ANY customization features AT ALL. No level editor, no changing the player or whatever you want to call it, no nothing. It's just the nine levels that are currently in the game, and nothing more.
I bought this for half price in the summer sale and it wasn't even worth that.
I'm not going to recommend this unless Incodra fixes the problems with it and adds a lot more interest.
its a fun game for a very short little while.
-have to beat songs to unlock other songs (not inherently bad but for this game, its pretty bullshit)
-Multiplayer sucks ass. I tried it with a cousin who used an Xbox controller. whoever screws up has to wait for the other to screw up just so they can keep playing
-have to beat the \"Challenge\" mode for more lives. You basically play the same songs but with different obstacles. Basically relearning that fucking song you just learned to do.
-NO WORKSHOP TOOLS (Fucking really?)
They start you off with some Lives incase you screw up and since each time you screw up just once it costs you a life and you get to start almost from where you died, unless you have no lives then you just restart from the beginning.
So as i was learning the timing of the first song i used up all my Lives, and this is where the game stopped being fun.
I finished that first song and eventually beat the second. With no Lives at all, just constant restarting and hearing the same loops over and fucking over.
Then i got to the 3rd song and its fun and all but super frustrating and once you\'ve made your 100th attempt, you kinda just stop caring.
I put off from doing this review because i normally don\'t review games but this game made me salty as fuck.
If you have money and don\'t rage then maybe this game will be fun for you but damnit this game just needs a few small tweaks to be fun.
Implement:
-WORKSHOP TOOLS
-Don\'t force people to unlock songs when the fucking songs themselves are bullshit. I wanna fucking play what i paid for, not be locked out
if one of those is implemented i will change my Review to a positive but only then.
This game is amazing. It's innovative in the way it works and plays out. The 3D spehrical view and the concepts behind the gamemodes is something I have not seen before.
I like this game a lot. The music is very good and goes along with each level very well. The graphics make you feel like you're on some sort of strange trip... Which is what all rythm games should do.
Only complaint is when you get to level 7 it's a huge difficulty curve ;-;
Overall I give it a solid 8/10
WOW! This game has some wonderful qualities to it. The camera is warped in a strange way that forces the eye to focus purely on the action, and it makes me feel in a trance. The levels feel perfectly in tune with the rocking soundtrack, and its just plain fun! To top it off, the developers are bros. I came to the store page looking for music DLC to buy, and I was kinda pissed when it wasn't there. That was until I looked in my install directory and realized the devs left the music files there unencrypted, so I was able to put it on my phone and mp3 player! Thanks devs for an awesome game, I hope to master it someday. -PR0XIDIAN
Lets do this short as possible ,shall we?;
[Possetive sides with this games]
- Its very possetive that you got to keep the rythm to keeep up with this game that is a nice feature to train up your skills in reactions and impulsive controll.
- nice music.
- inovating thinking
- Nice with multiplayer local (can be fun in a game evening)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[The negative sides i can feel with this game is these things]
- allmost too much colors sometimes and outfliping.
- shithard level on challange mode to get more hearts ,its allmost like this to an inexperienced person in a mmo; "hey..you seem like a experienced person, lets go nightmare mode.." and throws a very hard thing to handle at the begining. Would been nice if the challange could have more choises like 1-3-5 hears ,and the challanges would climb after that you get and not throw the hard core level asap on you.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All in all ; Beside this its an okay game for a low price. - Would not recommend if you have Epilepsy.
=- I don't normally write reviews with such little hours, but this game deserves it. -=
Dub Dash. It looks like a Geometry Dash clone, and you're half right. Dub Dash takes Geometry Dash's core mechanics and spices them up to make essentially a 3D and more colorful version. It has the normal jumps, but it makes them more interesting where instead of a jump you weave around spikes. it has the ship, that feels way more tight than it should be, yet feels perfect for the game. Dub Dash also adds it's own vehicles to the genre also, such as the maze, where it almost feels exactly like a maze, then there's a 3D infinite runner style vehicles, that plays like your stereotypical Agent Dash. Every vehicle changes your perspective too. With the jump one, it looks like you are orbiting a planet, where as the ship looks like your normal 2D platformer ( in it's own 3D way ).
Gameplay feels perfect. Controls are simply left and right arrow key, allowing for the 3D aspect of the game to actually work. The game seems like you could get about 10 hours in, which is good for 5 dollars!
Graphics are fun to look at, but can hurt your eyes especially if you have epilepsy.
Overall: 8/10 can't wait to see updates!
