The game is not beginner friendly at all, the tutorial lacks basic explanation of mechanics (sliding to convert moment, dodging etc.) which are necessary to even stand a chance in some of the harder difficulties and online play. Had a friend attempt to explain these extra mechanics but even then we failed to perform them consistently so even if you do figure it out, it's not a fun process.
Also lacks much base content despite its age so even if you're fine not going fast in a game named speedrunners you don't have much to do that can be enjoyed for the casual player.

Esse jogo ta totalmente morto, ao ponto de achar o mesmo jogador no quick game 5 vezes, sendo que consta mais de 100 jogadoes online, isso é tao frustante, que nao da pra falar mal disso, ainda mais quando tenta abrir ranked, que ai sim é impossivel achar partida.

I beat the campaign on unfair and now my friends hate me
I love this game, however, there is a major learning curve and I feel like I can't intoduce anyone new to the game because of that.

You're literally not even that fast
Hella fun
Number one, you need a controller for peak experience. Number two, this is THE best couch coop game anymore. My family get together once a week, specifically to play the game and we're all adults now. I would recommend this game to every single person who misses the couch coop games. 10/10 PLEASE make SpeedRunners 2. I have never pre-ordered a game but I would pre-order that! (p.s. my family own this game on PlayStation, Xbox, and this. Play it!)
Game crashes after every match ends. Has been an issue since 2019.

This game is one of my all time favorites. It shows it's age for sure, and keep that in mind when purchasing, this game is not young. That said, it's well designed, it's balanced, it's challenging, fast paced, fantastic high energy mutliplayer with relatively short rounds to keep things interesting.
