Got stepped on, spit on, and investigated the cult of a fun guy. 10/10 definitely would own on multiple consoles
You should play this game, it would be funny
cool
THE WRITING, THE WAY THE GAME IS PLAYED, CHARACTERS.
This game is amazing!!! It is such a fun and huge exploration/survival RPG. There's so much content, from keeping little baby pets and raising them to be BIIIIG, to bosses and a very simple but very entertaining combat system. Simple but effective really is the name of the game here. I often get frustrated with a lot of other survival games that seem to over complicate things and make it so that it's extremely difficult to progress. However I feel that this game has a gameplay loop that encourages you to work for the resources and items you need without making it feel like a slog, or a grind. Also it has super funny dialogue and characters. Great game all around 10/10
Crashlands is a crafting paradise where your inventory is bottomless, the humour is sharp, and the alien world feels like a trippy cartoon come to life. The exploration and crafting systems are good, but the combat can feel a bit clunky at times. It’s rarely challenging, which is great for casual vibes but might leave hardcore gamers snoozing. It has a quirky story and a sassy robot companion to keep things entertaining, even when the difficulty curve doesn’t. Overall, it’s a delightful blend of creativity and chaos—just don’t expect a fight to make you break a sweat.
For a game released 8 years ago, this game is fucking awesome. It's a mobile game ported to the PC and the controls are.. definitely something to say the least! You can play this game with only a mouse, that's how awkward the controls are at times, sometimes locking onto an enemy is atrocious because your muscle memory is telling you, "hey move with WASD" but the game is also "hey move with M1 but you can also move with WASD if you want", which can sometimes throw off gameplay when you're dodging things.
Other than those complaints, god I love BS's games. This game's charm is VERY old, don't get me wrong, it screams 2016 fart jokes or "MLG" humor with all the loud noises and stuff which the humor doesn't hold up to 2024, but god it still gives this game the charm it always has been. Loading up this game back in 2016 when I was 12 still feels the same way it does when I load it up when i'm 20. I love this game, game is great. Would listen to "ITS SO BIG" on loop again.
I'd play juicebox if my husban showed even the slightest interest in this game 10/10
I have played quite a few survival games and heck, I have played Warframe for 500 hours, but the grind in this game is simply not worth it because of the tedious and boring gameplay.
Been playing this game since I was a small child and bought this while it was on sale and it was worth every penny

AMAZING!
There are better games. This one just didn't grab me enough to deal with the insane grind.
funny, fun. i LOVE!!
good
Highly underrated game, well paced progression, genuinely funny characters.
Simple yet really addictive game. Finishing the Hardcore run is like you wanted it to end badly, while you also wish there's more to do and not ending yet...
*Slap Boombox* IT'S SO BIIIIIGGGGGG
It's good
Its a great survival game with a lot of comedy elements to it. I found it very engrossing, and although I'm not a completionist, I may revisit to finish out all the side objectives!
Very nice and polished game.
KAMGUSTA'S MINI REVIEW
A mobile game ported on PC. I'd call the genre "find-materials-craft-items" (similar to Don't Starve, but less punishing and more colorful). I remember playing it on mobile and I thought it was fun. But your mind often times play tricks on you. It was 8 years ago and I was 8 years younger. Game is... a mobile game, very limited, with little variety and a poor interface. And the fun is... for a couple hours. Meh.
Best played with joypad

Score: 5,5/10
Absolutely love this game, got me back into gaming during 2020. Started playing on mobile after spending my play balance on it, but I wanted it on a bigger screen, so pirated it on my laptop. But I loved it so much I wanted to actually pay for it.
this game is realy fun cant wait for the sequal
Played this game since middle school in mobile(pirated), and now i have the money to buy it :) worth it
Yep. It sucks.
It was apparently a mobile game at first and then they thought, "hey! We can use up so much more memory on a computer! Let's do THAT, guys!"
But...
It stayed a mobile game...on a computer.
Lemme 'splain...no no, that is too much. Lemme sum up:
Each area, each weapon, each armor, each area...everything...is just a copy-paste of the last thing you had. For example, each stronger weapon has a different look and name but now the numbers are higher.
"Well duh, stupid, that's how it's supposed to work."
Ok, but think of Diablo. In order to get further down the labyrinth, you have to get stronger gear. But the levels were different, new. The enemies worked differently had different characteristics. There was SOMETHING. NEW. TO. DISCOVER.
Not so in Crashlands. It feels like Cookie Clicker or another idle game where you just do the same things over and over...and nothing changes.
I got teleported to a 3rd area and quit because it was just business as usual.
Overall, it’s a good game, but for people who only want to progress without paying attention to the story, it can be a little uncomfortable. The quests do not provide clear answers and objectives, making it difficult to know what needs to be done without reading the entire storyline or searching online for answers. A simple taskbar with clear and easy-to-understand objectives could make this game much more enjoyable for those who don’t want to waste time on the dialogues. Having 5-10 quests without knowing what to do can be overwhelming for some casual players.
This game is a trip to a mutated alien Florida. I came into it a skeptic and it's boring for the first 5 minutes. You begin by escaping for your life after your spaceship is destroyed by an evil alien. You're then told you need to build your way out of being stranded on this alien planet. The hunting and crafting loop is intriguing but been there, done that. The real hook comes in when you realize that you're in fact not alone and this planet is inhabited by hilarious aliens and that you can cooperate with them in order to expand your crafting abilities. Every quest is filled with a humor and wholesome charm. This game has heart and I'm glad I gave it a chance.
I will leave the cat here, so that everybody who passes by can pet it and give it a thumbs up and awards, thank you

okey
feels like a mobile game. quests are dialog ( when reviewing quests you have to re read conversations. you have to click enemies to attack which feels stiff when moving around in combat.
good humor, good music, good crafting system although i have hit a brick wall at 6 hours or so in the stone tier. no idea how to progress.
its the first survival ive played where it feels like they are holding my hand too much and telling me how to play but when i look down at my hand no ones holding it and i have no idea how to progress.
strange but fun
harga nasi uduk, playtime ratusan jam
Fun with a young kid because it has a tag-along mode where player 2 controls a robot that zaps enemies, heals, assists with no stress of dieing.
I FREAKING LOVE THIS GAME. I've bought it on my phone and computer and haven't beat it ONCE!! I'm gonna do it before the second one comes out
Good
absolutely amazing, cant wait for the sequel to ACTUALLY RELEASE
Meh, I didn’t like it. I don’t know why but the exploration/crafting/building just didn’t captivate me.
Reductio ad absurdum
I've only played this game for 14 hours...but those hours have almost all been in large swaths of time because this game is fun. I can honestly say that I have not had this much fun playing a game by myself, without feeling as though I need to play co-op or multiplayer or something (yes, I know it supports 2 player co-op) in longer than I can remember. I guess I sort of can remember, actually, and it was in the mid to late eighties when I was playing on an old boat anchor, ms-dos, those D&D gold box games (Pool of Radiance, etc.) But honestly, this game tops those by miles. It's hilarious, exciting, frustrating in a good way (what I mean by this is that it makes you work honestly for things and use strategy to accomplish your goals), and a pleasure to look at. Yes, the artwork is just as fun as the smarmy jokes. And the creatures in this game are so creative...I mean, who came up with this stuff? They HAD to be on something or had nightmares or been on something while having nightmares!
So yeah, I totally, unequivocally, unabashedly, unconditionally, wholeheartedly, absolutely, and completely recommend this game. I am really looking forward to finishing it...it's difficult to get other things done sometimes because it's so fun!
I just wish I could EMBIGGEN myself into something that is SOOOO BIIIIIGGGGG!
