ok i used to see vids about this game so........good job
So many bugs, horrible controls, extremely short time limits, explosions that ignore your sound settings. Frustrating; not fun.
Ngl I forgot about this but it was really short and hella laggy so don't recommend
I used to watch ytber play this game, now I finally can play it myself after like 6 years :D
It's been a long time since I last played this game. Way way back when I played this for the first time, I remember the game being really laggy and that the one objective based gamemode being strangely difficult for what's supposed to be a fun destruction game. I decided to play the game once more recently and wow, past me was not wrong. I was at first pleasantly surprised by how well the game ran at the title screen and when I got into the actual game, but I quickly rediscovered what the problem was and still is to this day. This game is not well optimised whatsoever, if you're too good at destroying the city, you will start to feel the game slow down to an unplayably bad state. I am aware that my PC isn't the best, but at least I'm able to play most games at a reasonable frame rate. Now that's already quite bad, but it gets worse. Couple that with the fact that the Gman levels are really freaking difficult for some reason and that there are a good amount of minor, but annoying bugs and glitches that you can randomly stumble upon at any time, just makes this game frustrating to play. I cannot in good conscience recommend the game in it's current state. If the bugs were actually fixed this could be a pretty fun little game, but I highly doubt this game will ever be updated to fix that, as this game has been in this state for many years at this point.
PS. The UI is not designed for lower resolutions. At the lowest possible resolution that the game "supports" the minimap will end up covering most of the actual game, making it very hard to see what's going on.
It's a fun game, unfortunately it's COMPLETELY BROKEN.
FPS drops from 144 to 2, the game crashes, some of the machines are impossible to control. It has potential to be fun, but this one is more hate inducing than fun.
This game had potential in 2016 and now in 2023, it's the same game. It's so shallow compared to what it could've been. It has an amazing concept based off of a movie which no one knows what I'm talking about any time I say it. But the game never changed out of early access, no new mechanics, no new regular vehicles. Just new maps and bugs. Take my recommendation and don't get the game. It's a shadow of what it could've been.
Abandonware. The developers ran halfway with this project and labelled it complete. Nowhere near enough in this game to justify even this low of a price tag, let alone being called a "complete project."
This was The second game I ever downloaded on my PC. The only thing I have a problem with is the VR demo now I am not sure if it is my oculus quest 2 but whenever I load in my hands do not appear so I can not press the button so please help me with that. but the game itself is fine
Budget teardown, a relic of days long ago. Tbh it's probably not worth the 7 dollars, given how poorly it's optimized and the overall lack of content. That being said, it's not too awful.
This game is literally Unplayable. At first I thought I ran like garbage because of my laptop being bad at running games. but then I got a PC and still was getting 3 frames a second. it stutters, the gameplay is interesting but broken. and overall not a fun game to experience or play.
the only positive is that you can get 100% completion within a couple hours but that's not really praise.
This is the first game in my library that I actually hated playing. It looks fun on the surface but it's fun for all of ten minuets. its also full of some bugs and continues to crash constantly. not a fun time.
It's a bit hit and miss with this one. I enjoyed finding all the secrets here and there and destroying the towns and I liked the art style and visuals but felt it was still a little too family friendly.
I would have liked if there was a wider variety of ways to destroy the towns. The maps could have been bigger but it seems that even at this size the game struggled a bit.
It's a good game to chill to so I'd recommed it for that. It has the capabilities to provide some stress relief just not a whole lot.
It's a nice low price to those who want to basically destroy the world.
That being said, destruction is the only thing this game is really good for.
Yes, it does have missions, but it's either hunting down g-men by blowing up buildings or just seeing how much you can destroy in a given amount of time.
That being said, there is a custom map option, so basically destruction can be never-ending.
The only problem I have with this game is the lag. If you'd expect to go and blow things up into thousands of pieces without your fps dropping, you'd need to have a pretty beefy pc.
Graphics should be able to run on all computers that are somewhat decent.
Wish I had a VR headset for this game man...
8/10
This game is honestly an amazing game. From its low price of $6.99 to the hours of fun you can have. I have over 120 hours on this, and it's just endless fun. If you're into destroying cities and having a ton of fun with gravity, get it. It was worthwile, and I've had it for years. One suggestion though, for level select, use the arrow keys and enter to select. I thought it was left click but it isn't.
Have fun!

English:
The game itself is fun but it has a lot of glitches and it is really laggy thus commands respond a little late, making it unbearably difficult to complete tasks. Bought it for the achievements but ended up uninstalling it before completing all 3 of them.
Game runs like garbage. Randomly loses controller support. I thought it was in early access so I forgave these things at first. Now I've just noticed this is a full release, and I'm extremely disappointed in myself for missing the refund period.
Completely un-optimized, if this could keep a solid 60fps, or hell, even 25, I'd be more lenient in judgement. As it is, my system starts dying the second the menu background loads, and that single-digit framerate persists throughout the experience.
Also, they're outright lying when they say the cities are procedurally generated; at least as far as my understanding of the phrase goes...because the cities are always the same.
I'd say to avoid this game, but let's be real, you probably already knew better.
Thanks for your time.
While I like the concept the execution seems to be the issue here. The game is pretty buggy still, it lags during some explosions, sometimes straight up freezes when entering an object, and on multiple occasions froze to the point I had to task manager it down. This was in various graphical settings as well.
All this in less than an hour of gameplay. Unfortunately I have to recommend a pass.
You destroy things and posses random objects to destroy even more things. What more could you want, this game of course.
This game is super fun and has alot to offer for $7, I haven't played the later updates but from what I've seen its fricken awesome and you should buy it.
Seemed like a fun idea, and it probably is, but considering what the game is, the downsides were just too much for my taste.
All ground vehicles handles like trains. Not something I'd expect from a game set in some sort of toy universe. (which is completely fine for that matter)
Helicopters are also very difficult to handle, something which isn't helped by the absence of a separate yaw control. I don't expect a fully fledged helicopter simulator, but handling a helicopter with a single stick is not good. The attack heli missiles doesn't seem to carry any warheads, because I landed several hits pretty much at the feet of a Gman without killing them?
Finally, while the rest of the game ran fine, I found that the animation of my moving vehicle was lagging as if I was looking at an object which position was synced over the Internet.
If the above is fixed I would likely buy it again, but I'm having it refunded now.
+ The fun far outweighs the flaws.
+ Graphics
+ Cows
+ Reminds me of Blast Corps on N64
- More scenarios needed.
I hope development continues.
To play easier, but the lag and freezes are still there, so the fixes. You well done's. When making a new level I suggest you add some more cool tank: microwave, laser, missile. That is a special or prototype which can be obtained by executing some action. Destroy the turret with a gun only, there will be six, approximately.
10/10: Absolutely phenomenal. I always like games where you can destroy stuff, and this one is exactly my perfect vision of such a game. Buildings break and pieces bend beautifully. When I want to destroy a city or something, my main goal is to destroy ALL of it, and to my knowledge this is the only game that lets you destroy EVERY BIT of everything. Love it! And some designs for destruction, such as the vending machine, are very unique and creative. I have only one complaint: the people look too cute. Every time I kill someone I feel kinda bad for doing it, which is not a feeling I commonly get with playing other games. Anyway, it's a wonderful thing! It's also one of the few games I've played that are literally a dream come true.
From the short time I've played it, it was lots of fun, but let me warn you:
As the game is now, it is very unfriendly with Integrated cards! Yes, I know this recommends a minimum of above integrated, but most games do and I can still play them fine. I'm just giving everyone a heads up that they're still very early alpha and optimization has not been a priority yet. It's crashed my card 3 times.
Like I said though, my card is below recommended, so you can't really blame them.
As for the game... I think it's a $6 game. It's fun to pick it up and level cities, but you get bored easily, and as the game is at this stage of Early Access, there's almost no content. You have two non-randomized cities, three modes each. So right now, $5-$6 is the right price. If, and only if, they add more content will it be worth more than that, but $6 is pushing its current value.
