Girl Amazon Survival
Has a total of 6 trading cards.
This game drops cards and has single player and multiplayer. It's clearly an asset flip with very poor optimization though. Game consistently freezes after exactly one minute of playing due to a memory leak. The game itself, at least as witnessed through the one minute play attempts, is complete rubbish. It's also created using the personal edition of Unity, which I believe is not allowed for commercial games. Avoid.
Warning: Asset Flip!
Girl Amazon Survival is an asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated someone else's example/template/tutorial game (a demo/asset pack for making a third person survival game), changed the name/reskinned a couple of things, and submitted it to Valve as if it was their own game.
Kobra Studio have a known history of trying to scam people into paying them money for someone else's work, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. One example of Kobra Studio doing this is Second Warfare, which is really the "Post-Apo Pack" asset, written by the actual developers, Manufactura K4.
The work that went into reskinning the asset flip and arranging assets to make a "complete" game was abandoned roughly three months after launch and hasn't been updated in over 7 years. It blew past the developers commitment to complete the game without any notification or admission of failure from the developer. The game will never be completed. An incomplete asset flip... what a mess.
Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.
The game assets are far from bleeding edge, with lowish polygon counts and somewhat low resolution textures, making this look like it's at least 10 years old. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to pirate high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks poor in comparison to more professionally produced games as a result of their decisions.
These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.
You don't have to take my word about how bad the game is, we can measure the interest in a game by how much people bothered to play it. Girl Amazon Survival has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the game absolutely failed to capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is for dying (something actually trying to play this asset flip will make you want to do), trivial to achieve, but less than 10 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the game. That's a tiny, tiny proportion of gamers who even bothered with this. Ouch.
Reviewing SteamDB to check how popular this game was with players reveals a surprise... there's a very healthy spike in player counts for the game. But this only happened once, and isn't consistent with the achievement stats, that show less than 10 percent of players bothered playing the game for any reasonable amount of time. How is it possible for this game to have so many concurrent players who didn't bother engaging with this game? Trading cards. People will use card idling software to collect the cards and sell them, but this won't trigger any achievements in-game.
That tells us people only really bought this asset flip for trading cards, and that's a damning indictment of the woeful quality. A closer look at the numbers shows the game just has a couple of players every week running up the game and idling it for cards, then deleting it. We must ask how it benefits gamers for there to be so many games like this, with little merit as a serious game, that only generate sales from people idling and selling the trading cards.
Unethically, the developer sold keys to this abandoned Early Access game into cheap, nasty game bundles, where they knew it would be advertised and sold as a complete PC game. This seems to have been done in an attempt to mislead gamers into buying a knowingly faulty, defective and incomplete product. When a developer does this for a game they have zero practical intention of completing, this is essentially a scam, an intention to get paid for a broken/unfinished product. Often this is done as an exit strategy, as the developer takes the money and runs. No refunds have been given, the developer kept all the money they took from gamers.
Another unethical act of this developer, knowing full well that this game is abandoned and they will never complete it, they are deliberately trying to scam gamers into buying it by offering it on discount from time to time. It's impossible to "accidentally" discount a game. The developer looked at their abandoned game, and instead of doing the right thing and removing it from Steam, they instead doubled-down and tried to scam even more people into paying for it. Greedy, and completely unethical. Doing the wrong thing, on purpose, for money. This is not okay.
Furthering the unethical nature of this developer, while they are selling this incomplete game under Valve's failed Early Access program, they're abusing that program, and not working on this game full time, as they have other projects in the works. That means there's ZERO confidence anyone who buys this in Early Access will receive a complete game, and it's possible that they're being scammed.
So, should you buy this asset flip?
Girl Amazon Survival is relatively cheap at $3 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. Remember that if you buy a game from an unethical developer, you're putting your money at risk.
SO ITS OKAY fair price on sale 60p but not the full price graphcs way out date but i liked the style of it looked cool could keepd style but inprove graphcs bit could been better game if more stuff to do could be way better if more update overall okay game if you got it on sale and bored around 20 mins to get time by other than that thats it it just could have been better but it desrves like but could have been better
Girl Amazon Survival has had an extremely murky start. As many may already know, Kobra Studios is really just a Russian Indie Dev who originally tried to port a mobile game of his called ‘Island Light’ onto Steam. His attempt to do so, was extremely criticised by Jim Sterling. Instead of listening to Jim Sterling’s critiques and taking on board what was applicable for himself, instead the developer played the dirty trick of trying to copyright strike such a video. In fact, the sensitive developer then continued to try and supress ALL negative feedback, deleting and monitoring all comments in the steam forum and striking ALL video’s of YouTubers whom voiced anything negative about his products.
While this is a port from a mobile version using Unity and some work has gone into transition, there are TOO MANY bugs and misleading statements on the Steam page to genuinely avoid such criticism. For instance, out of the 22 achievements 15 are broken. The AK 12 and AK 45 guns don’t work at all. While the store page claims that there are mercenaries and bandits to combat in game, such a thing does not exist. While the store page claims that there are caves to explore, only 1 exists and it doesn’t display properly, making the cavern walls invisible. Multiplayer crashes and the needing to refuel a generator quest is impossible to complete and the list of problems with this just goes on and on. Far too many to mention.
The objective is to make money. This is done by either obtaining 5 coins for each zombie you kill, or by being rewarded with coins for completing one of the quests that appears every 20 minutes. The three main quests you get is to pick up a bomb and plant it somewhere, pick up painkillers or a first aid kit from a marked location, or refill a generator which I’ve never seen anyone able to complete, myself included. So, do quests just loop endlessly? Is there ever an end quest? Who knows?
The pinnacle of the game is to maybe buy a house for yourself and stick it somewhere for 1,500 coins while at the same time completing one of the achievements which requires you to slay 1,000 zombies which actually unlocks. The flame thrower works quite well and is reasonably priced with ammo and worth buying, but most of the time it’s actually water that you will need to keep purchasing as the chance percentage to pick it up in loot spawns is extremely rare.
When you first spawn, you will need to find a melee weapon, a simple stick will do, as punching doesn’t work in this game. Clothes, anti-radiation packs, backpacks, armour have no effect in this game other than cosmetic looks, therefore there is NO POINT in buying this stuff. Also, the map while it does show you a bird’s eye view of the island if you press ‘V’, it actually fails to point out your location on the map so seems rather useless.
With continued failure to disclose their true identity with credits in their products, with misleading shell accounts giving spurious positive reviews, with blatant false statements made in game description, with a non-committal attitude to get it out of early access, with a skeletal thin 30 minute entertainment value to a shoddy implementation to unity assets and finally with a deplorable attempt to commit Streisand Effect censorship, results with me recommending that the developer move onto something more productive, like self-mutilation.

This is the most beautiful realistic game ever! I love it! It reminds me of COD: Warzone! I recommend everyone play this lovely thoughtfully created game by this very skilled dev!!!! :D
This game was a master work. It truly took my breath away. Every single time I saw a tree clip through the ground, or every time I saw a zombie spawn, I felt like shedding tears because of the true beauty. The music was enchanting, and the ocean seascape was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen in a video game. Truly incredible.
Just no. The graphics are worse than the original Doom. The music can play one clip per action and the controls are awful.
As a note, if you have a controller connected half of the keys are for the controller and half for the keyboard. WTF
If this is a simulation on how to make a school project if you're in seventh grade then it's decent.
Any other situation and this game is just the worst.
This game is one of the worst games I've seen yet. It is so horrendously bad in every single regard.
The graphical abominations in this game include blocky tree textures in the background, psychedelic looking water in the distance, reflections that make no sense with rocks and trees seemingly floating in the air, horribly cheap animations for walking and swimming, and many more. The background sky also looks like it was made 5 minutes in Photoshop and there is no rhyme or reason with how the lighting or shading works for a game released so recently. Your character, at least the female character, also has clipping problems when swimming; for the female, her swimsuit will clip through the outer clothes which shows an obvious lack of care into the animations.
There is no music besides the overly dramatic title theme and the ambience of jungle noises and monster groans that plays all throughout the game.
The controls are beyond awful and there is no concept of a pause screen in this game. If you want to do something for a few moments, the enemies will kill you when you least expect it, teleporting you all across the map when you die. Besides that, the game gives you no indication on what to do or any help; you'll just drop into the middle of the game being relentlessly attacked by zombies and other enemies.
There is no reason to play this ass game. This is not a game that's so bad it's good. This is a game you'll regret playing if you ever pick it up.
In an effort to work through my Steam library, I'm trying to play each game for 30-60 minutes and then provide a review. Here's my review for Girl Amazon Survival:
It's beyond unplayable. You might get 30 minutes of having "fun" while just dicking around with the game, but I honestly can't imagine getting more from it than that. Absolute trash.
You are wasting your time thinking this will turn into an amazing game or even a cash cow. Give up now. Quit. Delete this game. Stop. Plz.
Me and my mom tried to play this, before I created a server.. I clicked on the shop. They started off giving you 1,000 coins to spend, so i bought some resources and weapons.
Created a Host lobby..
10 seconds later I died from a zombie, immediately spawned elsewhere all weapons were gone.
My mom said that it was also VERY BUGGY, the hair and the quality of the game.
Oh dear lord, don't play this if its $3 your wasting money on a poor game.
Please...make this a better game.
I got this game after watching cr1tical thinking "this game is so bad it must be good". How wrong i was.
I would rather gouge my eyes out with a rusty spoon covered in hepititis C than stare at these god awful graphics. Not only did this game make me lose faith in humanity it also reassured me that god has indeed left us. It is not worth the 77 cents i spent.
This Game was purchased to enlighten my life from the suicidal shackles of capitalism.
When I opened this game, I was overwhelmed with how well optimised this game, 20FPS! Woah!
I then proceeded to look around the map at the polygonal zombies swarm around me! I couldn't contain my excitement! Because there was none to contain!
I now look at life in a different viewpoint. That someday we will evolve and games like Girl Amazon Survival will be our only sweet release of enslavement from the cow people.
I'm sorry, but I have to go cut the words "Girl Amazon Survival" into my arm, in hopes Jesus accepts me into Heaven for my sins of not purchasing this game. May Sebastian the Crab have mercy on my soul.
I'll be honest
I found this game whilst looking for a background for a friend.
What did I find you may ask? A horribly positioned and modeled woman in a buggy asset of some sort.
But Synchro? Why did you get this game..? THE BACKGROUND WAS TRASH. Well let me tell you PURE CURIOSITY. Not only does this game lie in screenshots, description (as in the generic FUCKING DEFAULT MESSAGE THAT COMES WITH EARLY ACCESS).. The trailer just.. well sucks the reviews are unanimous in the fact they are negative and it's early access.
So then why play this game?
Well lets start on how I bought the game
I got all 3 'games' that this developer has made for cheaper than just this one game.
I wanted to see how bad it was, maybe how bad it could possibly be and man I was not disappointed.
Not only does this look like the work of a middle school student made in a drag and drop environment I can even see the lack of skill in many of the game's core features like the map, ai, menus, assets... This 'Studio' is most likely some eastern european fuck that lives in his parent's home. Long story short. Another scam. Just wanted to put that out there.
TLDR:
NEVER NEVER Give these scammers money if you bought the game, get a refund PLEASE. This is what's left of Steam Greenlight a shithole of people abusing the system.
Absolutely loved playing this title. Great fun for anyone that has never played a decent game before.
Ran into some problems with the zombies spawning right next to you and losing everything that you've ever owned when getting killed. Also couldn'd seem to find my lost items anymore...
Btw you should consider getting a GTX1080 for constant 40+fps
A no buy. Rating 1/10. 1 Just for being a game. A sucky one at that.
This has single player and multiplayer. I only played the single player.
When I saw this game on the store page the name grabbed me but I hated the graphics in the trailer and I told the developer the game looked horrible and that he should remake the game in Unreal. Unity sucks. But afterwards I felt bad and since the game was under $1 I figured I'd support the dev and help him buy assets for Unreal so he can remake his game so it at least looks good.
After playing the game for a short while. My opinion of the game still stands.
When I started the game I noticed I must of been in a plane crash and landed in the jungle or on an island. Sound familiar? And then I noticed that out of nowhere zombies are spawning and attacking me and they keep spawning from a spot for no reason. So I run and run until I see a beach with a nippa/bamboo dock and when I walk up there are zombies already there. I run and run and am wonder what to do. How can I defend myself. "Oh look !!. My inventory has a machine gun and a flamethrower already in it." Hmmm. Are airline passengers allowd to carry guns on board? Maybe in the country I am in. But flamethrowers? So really if I go on I will just judge this thing more harshly. Oh I went back to the dock and killed the zombies and they just kept spawning at a spot on the hut that is over the water. Hmmm? Whaaaattt?? I don't get it. If the developer remakes the game with way better graphics and game play and animations which are horrible then I will play this again. Possibly good idea for a shooter/survival game but junkie for my taste.
Yeah, this game is something else. I like the parts where your shirt doesn't have armpits, the animation for swimming sometimes gets stuck and happens on land, and how your bones shatter instantly.
Bought this so friends and I could entertain ourselves while we drank ourselves stupid.
Could never get it to work.
Sober - still can't get it to work.
Single player - this is the worst trash I have ever seen in a video game. The "developers" (probably a 12 year old) are using a non-commercial engine and pulling profit (honestly anything over 3 cents is both amazing to me, and it smells like jail time).
This game is absolutely horrible. Nothing about it is good in any way, shape, or form.
We'll try again the next time we get drunk. Other than that, you'll probably get more enjoyment by stuffing a few quarters up your butt and trying to get them out with a high powered magnet.
Good
-cheap
Bad
-runs poorly
-has shop for buying items in game
-looting is pointless
-zombies spawn often where you are or have been
-zombies take many bullets to kill
If this ever updates with fixes, might be worth getting otherwise just ignore.
