99 Waves to Die is a retro Arcade Shooter that can be a few hours of fun. It will get boring quick though so only get this heavily discounted.

Colorful and dynamic, but nothing more, too old explosion effects. Pixel models have no questions about the genre, but models can be made more pleasant. The default gameplay didn 't notice anything special . The movements are smooth and the hitboxes seem to be solid

Well, that's something! On the one hand, the adrenaline is off the charts — waves, lots of enemies, animation effects are just fire... but, damn, sometimes it seems that the complexity was adjusted not for the challenge, but just to break your psyche. A couple of times I wanted to throw the gamepad at the wall, but then suddenly I found a strategy, and it was sooo exciting to break through further. As a fan of fast—paced action games, I'm into it, but if I could just tweak the balance, it would be perfect!

At first, to be honest, everything was pretty fun — the enemies swooped in like mosquitoes at a picnic, and it was even fun to fight back. But then the waves got so crazy that I felt like I was trying to put out a fire with a glass of water. It's a little annoying when it seems like there's no chance at all, but on the other hand, such moments make you give your best. Adrenaline is definitely provided, although sometimes emotions are more on the verge of anger than delight!
for fans of minimalism and old-fashioned, I may like it, I only had enough fun for a couple of games

I really didn’t like the game, the controls are inconvenient, besides, during a long gaming session, I lose my eyes, unfortunately, I also spent money on this game :(

The game tries to catch the wave of hype for old arcade games from the 80s. Alas, there are not many fans of such games these days.
