Broken Game. Unplayable for Ultra WideScreen users, and no rewards are added after daily spin.
Impossible to play as a new player if you find it fun to win any game, the second it's just you and some sweaty no life 3000 hour lvl 100 guy who has 10 different weapons that will kill you regardless of where you are on the map or your HP, the game is over, you might as well leave and find a new lobby.
if you're into either A. permanently taping a protractor to your screen B. memorizing spreadsheets of angles just to not miss every single shot or C. grinding XP for 100 hours straight to get the actually usable weapons then this game is for you, if you're mentally stable skip it, there's only like 1 enjoyable ish server that pops up every couple of hours but it's not worth waiting for something like that to show up
I really like the game but my friend coribanani is really good with the snake so please remove the snake from him!!!!!!!!
If you want a random number generator that hates you, play this game. You won't get any of the weapons you recently unlocked, the Rebound gamemode doesn't generate bumpers that let you actually hit something with them, and the teaming...oh, don't get me started on the teaming! There is absolutely nothing that balances the teams so it could literally be a team of level 100's against a team of new players. KChamp, if you're reading this, please make some of the RNG not completely random so the game is more enjoyable
This game is like Worms Battlegrounds but with tanks. It’s a lot of fun and even better with a big group of friends. There’s a ton of weapons to unlock and maps to play. Overall a great game!

It really depends. If you like playing the same thing over and over again just to make minimal progress you are very welcome. Overall does this game not offer a lot of different mechanics, bad bots, toxic players and not many players afterall. Many gamemodes take hours just to get a team once and are almost unplayable. All I can say: Fair price of 9.75€

Shoot tanks, get shot, blow up. Shoot at targets, miss targets, reset challenge. Recommended for mindless fun!
I've played artillery type games since I was a kid. This scratches the itch. 2 complaints: the servers are a little finicky, and way too many people set up their games with no wind. Fun game.

Im ngl. i rate this well on gameplay, but the only minigame that exists while dead is a pong game designed to ruin your mood.

Pure nostalgia for the OG Scorched Earth. Only thing missing is the trash talking CPU tanks.
Has a big grind potential, but not for me. Gets too boring after playing a bit.
Besides, the game is only fun when you already have all the weapons and max upgrades.
Still recommend to get it on sale if interested.

Decent concept if you want to play only SP. Every host of MP kicks you on quick join. Do not waste your time unless you want easy SP challenges.

Only 3 hours playtime while writing this, but this feels like a new updated version of Pocket Tanks. Tons of weapons and unlockables and those are just additive to the simple but fun gameplay. Get some buddies to play with and this game is a blast!
It's fun with friends, kind of like rounds. Would reccomend, good laughs.

Underrated game that is probably past its prime. It's a better version of Worms but with tanks. It's extremely fun to hop into and play a few games. Incredibly this was created by one developer. Though I feel like with a bigger team this game could've been a lot more, after all, this game wasn't updated for like 6 years. Levelling up also takes absolutely ages, and the server list is mostly filled with XP farms. If you like Worms this is probably a must-try.
Can't play if you have an average IQ apparently, you are too smart for this game, this game is for dumb people who don't know how to visualize that bomb go up, must go down somewhere over there...oops too short, better adjust a few clicks hee harr harr. and then after one game no one wants to play with you because they think you have a ruler, when in actuality you just know know the basics of 2d physics.

tried playing for 1h, it was horrible...
most lobbies were XP farms, devoid of any meaningful gameplay, where people flame you if you don't get it's purpose... the ones that are not xp farms, it will be an absolute wash for you due to lack of levels which means lack of decent weapons and damage, most useful and powerful weapons are WAY up in the leveling system... i did not even try the singleplayer experience, as it was not what i was looking for anyway...
this all combined makes the experience terrible since you dont have many low level players to play against in any balanced fashion, making many players go to XP farming lobbies, which in turn make actual game lobbies even more rare...
not worth it even in a sale because it will keep having abysmal low player count as long as it's not free. all the problems i noted on it was totally due to a poorly balanced leveling system in a game way too small to support it...
the old flash game had a WAY better model even if it was a little bit more pay to win... an engaging f2p experience with lots of fun and rooms to play both with friends and randoms + a premium mode for those who could afford it (shame they locked great weapons/maps behind it which it's own problem) BUT at least it was more fun

Fun Game. Lacks frequent updates. If you're more into the competitive side of shellshock live then just ignore the shellshock live leaderboards are as the majority of players do use cheats to improve their overall stats. I'm not liked very much in terms of the shellshock live community due to being one if not the best players in the game.
I love everything that I've done with the game so far! I just started about 3-4 days ago and i'm having tons of fun! There is a lot to discover,like how there are a ton of different weapons and abilities as well as many different game modes. I knew this game from watching Byze,Phunix and a few other Youtubers play it and it looked so much fun! I definitely recommend this game!
love the game, the community is the best. The rounds can be a bit long like 30 - 40 minutes. the longest found i had lasted over 1 hour, but the people in my room had really bad aim. overall great game, 100% recommend.

The classic Tanks game from the arcade cabinets to the now defunct flash applications.
But in this incarnation, there are lots of twists!
Tons of ammunition, modifiers, and little aspects keep the matches fun and interesting.
Most astounding, and clever, is the addition of a simple-yet-effective leveling system.
You begin by lobbing very basic projectiles over hills at your opponents, but as you level up higher, you begin launching assaults of deadly disco balls, killer kittens, holy beams of radiance, bird droppings, and much more.
It’s wickedly creative, and between matches you can level up your tank to have more armor, higher critical chance, better equipment, or vastly increased traversal. Lots of customization options too.
The tempo is sinister and strong as well - you’ll hop into matches quickly, blow up your enemies (or get blown up yourself) and be going into the next match in record time with precious little downtime between.
It’s not much more over the original formula, and isn’t going to be captivating your heart and mind with novelties beyond the stars, but for what it is - it is strong.
It does have a shelf life. The core loop of lobbing things through the air to explode your enemy loses its finesse after a few hours - but it doesn’t push to overstay its welcome any.
Chatting with strangers while you embark on this silly, innocent, and simple game is a joy in and of its own.

Shellshock Live is an amazing game and very fun. You can play it alone or with friends, and especially with friends its really funny and you can play for hours.
I like the big variety of weapons and upgrades and that it doesnt use a p2w concept. It's just grinding some rounds in between or for some hours straight.
I would really recommend it to the readers of this review.
