Cute twin-stick shooter with engaging gameplay, diverse challenges, hidden treasures, and humorous WWI-style warfare maps
It's a unique and fun arcade game. Still works just fine on modern (2025) systems as well. I don't see why you wouldn't want it!
Top down shooter in which you control soldier during some conflict. You can buy better equipment from merchants and do some missions. Game is semi open so you can travel across the map in limited fashion. Visuals are mediocre and reminds of speed doodling. Game have plenty of dialogs and stands out by its wonky humor. I don't find this game to be very exciting. Overall not recommended.
This is a fun little World War focused I'd call twitch third person shooter. There's a lot of things to like about this charming little game, enemies react to being shot in the feet or in the head, AI is pretty accurate even on normal difficulty. Boss stages are pretty challenging and will require some retries. Labeling this an "RPG" is kind of inaccurate unless you count ranking up and allocating points to improve 1 of 4 stats that affect gameplay very little. It's also labeled as a "funny" game, I'd call it parody and charming at many points, but not really a laugh out loud experience. Try to pick it up on sale, even at full price it would be worth purchasing. If you enjoy other games in this vein like Metal Slug you'd probably have a good time here, I just wish there was a little more weapon variety.

A cheap & simple game about the horrors war...kind of?
Overall, was a fun 5 to 6 hours experience, with satisfying shooting mechanics, level up system & simple nonsensical dialogues that somehow hits right.
Only gripe is dying a lot due to random difficulty spikes &...the final boss was a pain.
